Stopped in Wawa for some hot chocolate and chocolate chip muffins on Sunday around 5:45am. As usual, this was a great experience. The service was fast and cheerful (and who is really cheerful working at this time in the morning?!) The store and lot were clean and this place is usually super busy with tons of gas and snack sales, so it was nice to not have to wait at all. Everything is well lit, so I have never felt unsafe here. Their drink and food offerings are extensive and this is fast becoming one of my favorite places to go for fueling up the car and myself because the prices are always decent and not jacked up just for the convenience factor.

When I walked in to this Wawa location, there was an eerie and endless beeping that never stopped. Not even once. I commented to my friend that it seemed like a form of medieval torture to have people running food amidst a never ending fire alarm. Like, Im not talking oven beeps. I mean it just never ended.Then I received the best food and drink of my whole life at Wawas everywhere. And I live in Philly. The sandwich? Choice. Perfectly toasted. Our drinks? Delicious. My friend commented that their coffee actually tasted exactly right for the first time in ages. The cashier was extremely pleasant. So, I would like to commend the employees at this location for making my experience so great. I do not thank Wawa itself, because it sounded like an ICU in there.

When first arriving, I was pleased with how well-lit the lot was, allowing for ease of access, the opportunity to make pedestrians feel safe, and the presence of an all-around welcoming environment to be experienced. The fuel pump area is quite spacious with many pumps available. Trash cans for both recycling and non-recycling items are at each station too.Inside, the welcoming presence continues. The store offers a wide variety of snacks and freshly-made offerings. The staff were friendly enough throughout everything. And, I have to admit, the restrooms were the one of the cleanest I have ever been to in a gas station.

Usually I Love this location But this morning I ordered a latte with oatmilk. After drinking half of it, I realized they had used cow milk. I have a lactose intolerance so this morning’s work shift was quite difficult. Please pay more attention to orders so people don’t end up in anaphylactic shock.

For a gas station burger this was really well made. They put tons on it and the fries with it are really good too. I’d probably get this more than a burger from McDonalds or Burger King.

Why too expensive... There silvery charge is outrageous... Go someplace else

For the most part everyone here is very friendly, but the food service is VERY SLOW... I am a doordash driver and I feel like I am definitely one of the more patient drivers, but a couple of nights ago I went in there for an order and the food was actually ready and sitting on the counter when I got there, but it wasnt bagged. So I stood there while the woman rang up 11 customers, then like 30 seconds later, another 10 people walked to the register..... And instead of asking them to wait a minute so she could bag my order (since at this point I had been waiting for 25 minutes already) she continued to ring them up.... I walked over and asked her if I had to get in line to get my food bagged and she acted like I was being impatient..... Mind you, some of those people she was ringing up had been in the store for 5 minutes and were already getting service.... They really need to have one person specifically for doordash and other online orders, since that is the majority of business these days....

I go here 2-4 times a week. Employees and staff are pleasant, work hard, make me breakfast, lunch, and the BEST pretzels ever! Im addicted. Plus they have puffin corn, fruit, sandwiches, quesadillas, prepackaged comfort food, coffee, tea, subs, fountain drinks, never made me sick during the entire pandemic. I highly recommend this chain. I would tell you which one I frequent but its crowded enough!

I expected a way better experience when going to this location because of the fact that it is located in Towson which is a pretty nice area. My food that was supposed to be hot was very cold. They refused to remake my food because it is “against company policy” which I just couldn’t believe. This location lacks good customer service and customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed.

Have been going to this store several times a week for 3+ years and I have never seen such a high level of customer service! Maybe it is because I am from jersey and there’s no wawas here.... but wow it takes absolutely forever to get absolutely anything at this wawa. if you’re ordering a sandwich prepare to wait at least 30 minutes, lines are always so long, doordash is hour+ wait at least. disappointing

Very clean interior, great and sociable staff. Had to knock off one star for their coffee: unfortunately, it was underwhelming.

Awesome place, gas and snacks, food, ice, motor oil, etc. all in one place....plus a lottery machine for all you lottery folks out there. The gas station side is mobility device accessible as well as a sidewalk type ramp thing on the ( left ) side as you face the store from the non gas station side but The DOOR is Not Automatic around there, the walkway thing they built will let you get to the other side of the building once you are on it as long as that heavy trashcan isnt to big for your chair or device to get by. They have an ATM as well AND 44oz drinks. Creative food items like mac and cheese plus pulled pork...in the same container....wish I made some cornbread with that or got some chilli or baked beans 🤔💡

Decent store, but letting employees wear ineffective masks is pretty ridiculous. Last time I went in an employee was walking around with mask under nose and today the cashier has a rhinestone netted mask 😑 Disappointed to see the store isn’t taking health seriously.

I love wawa, but not this one. My orders are consistently being messed up, and management never has the store properly staffed, making ridiculously long wait times for food, when wawas in harford county are super quick and accurate. Ive lived in towson for 6 months and i miss the reliability of the wawas from HarCo.

The Uber notification whistle was so loud, I could not hear the cashier. Another employee was asked to turn it off; with a tray full of pastries she asked Should I do it now? Uh...YES! Priorities...

If you told me 10 years ago I would buy sandwiches and milk shakes from a gas station 5 minutes from my house. I would never believe you. But I do. The young lady Mandy is very nice. She makes a wonderful Turkey sandwich and always with a smile. I wish they had someone who could take your order instead of the computers. But this is the way the world is now. Computers everywhere. The gas is often the cheapest on the block. Which is nice. They also have free air. Someone helped me. He didnt even work there. Maybe he should! But I do enjoy this gas station. Order thru Uber eats my driver was waiting for 45mins for a sandwich and drink I called the store the person who answered was very rude and said that’s right we’re extremely busy which is understandable. Saturday is a day in which you should have extra staff that way you avoid those problems won’t order from kappa road locations again.

Wawa is always great. Open 24 hours, clean, fun, good food, service is good. This one is well-organized and clearly very busy all the time. It’s a great option for the Towson area, especially late at night.

I go several mornings a week especially on Tuesdays for the soup of the day. Unfortunately they NEVER have the soup ready in the morning for me to take with me to work. This morning they said to me they have it and that is the soup of the day but its not out yet. She also said to me if i was in the area later to come by they will have it all day. Well unfortunately I used to get up extra early just to get my coffee and soup for lunch. They never have it, 730 quarter to 8 in the morning! This the third time. I will just go to another wawa that I know for sure will have it. Chicken corn chowder soup with old bay is 5 stars “when they have it out”! The straws on the coffee stand are gross and unsanitary. I’ve seen people personally touch most of the straws out when getting a straw. For infection control reasons they should all be individually wrapped! Gross

Bianca was amazing. There was a lady in front of us that just a nightmare. This lady held up the line for almost 5 minutes and just straight up rude. But Bianca kept her cool and very professional. She is a great person to have to deal with the public.

Came in to order something to eat and I said excuse me to the woman in the food making area, then I moved closer and said it again yet she ignored me both times. This is why I dont come to this location anymore, seriously, what kind of worker ignores a customer?

A newer gas station in Towson. I love Wawa and its location to my work. Premium fuel is much cheaper here than other gas stations. Easy to get in and out of. I never had a gas station sandwich before and was very hesitant but they are pretty good for the price they are. They dont have soy/almond milk for their specialty coffees though. I appreciate the Wawa includes recycling receptacles at the pumps!

This location Open just a few months ago. It is clean well-lit and the pricing is competitive. Theyre made to order sandwiches or very good and the soft pretzels are great.

Skip this Wawa with confidence. I was told there was no late night food on more than one occasion while an employee was still behind the counter whos job was most likely to make the food and the sandwich counter still totally stocked also the computers still on to order. Extremely rude employees, should be fired for people who are friendly, helpful and deserve a job. This place is an absolute joke in comparison to other Wawa locations. NEVER AGAIN.

Love the soft baked pretzles BUT I can never get any cause they are always out of stock around 11pm. Im done wasting my time coming to the store for soda and a pretzel if you never keep them in stock. Disappointed.

They have “free” air pump but guess what it’s not working. Me and other guy got our tyre more falter instead of getting filled. While I informed inside, someone said it’s already down and they will call someone to fix it... couldn’t they post a sign saying pump is down! A simple sign could save many people instead! And they were aware of defect machine too!

Very easy to get in-and-out of this Wawa. Plenty of gas pumps to use. I highly recommend that you sign up for the rewards card by buying a gift card and using the mobile app.

This wawa is always out of a top item from the made to order kiosk. Ive here on a work trip for 2 weeks and so far all last week and today they are out of grilled chicken, chicken noodle soup or mash potatoes.. I still come because wawa is my place but come on guys..

This location is the WORST. Tonight we returned to have a free meal to make up for the last one they screwed up. They didnt have any of the ingredients to prepare any of the menu items that we wanted to order(nor for the replacement item). This is a grand disappointment. If you know and love the magic of Wawa dont visit this location. They will ruin it for you. And we were so excited to get one in the area. ☹ Get it together Wawa!!!

I ordered a salad with tuna. The salad was a great size and fresh, however, I did not receive any tuna and the size of the salad dressing was not enough.

UPDATE: (old 2 star review below) I think they finally figured out training and the service is much better now (though sometimes there can be a bit of a wait). I have tried to utilize the app to order ahead which sometimes works but usually totally fails me.Marie, the barista is AMAZING she is so friendly and greets her customers by name. Shes the best.-----When your hoagie only has 2 of the 6 toppings you selected. If I wanted to eat plain bread I would have bought a loaf.Update- Just got a salad... without lettuce?

I understand it was slightly busy, but the ladies working the store, from the front register girl to the two that we’re making food were so worried about conversing with each other that they weren’t focused on getting through the rush. I waited for 22 mins for my custom salad to be made. The sandwhich girl was bustin out sandwiches, called 3 orders before me and 3 more orders who ordered after I ordered but they got there’s before me ? 6 ordered get called before mine? For one salad? I only get 30 mins for break so when I’m leaving, I didn’t check to make sure she gave me everything. Of course, she forgot my bread, and of course she handed me my food without a bag and I asked her for one and then she got smart with me when she saw I was frustrated from the wait. Im only coming back for my bread.

My family and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. I got a chicken quesadilla for my son, plain. There’s salsa in side the quesadilla. My four year old will not have this. I got tuna salad sub, with extra old bay. I was mocked by specific employees for asking them to not be shy with the old bay. Theres no old bay on my sandwich. At least I don’t taste it. Disappointed in my overpriced meal with poor service.

People in Towson complained about this place being built and have taken multiple measures to keep it from being built. But honestly, this Wawa is the best thing to ever to happen to Towson. Its got the cheapest gas, free air for your tires, and a bathroom to use. Plus their sandwiches arent bad either. You Towson residents are so lucky you failed to keep this Wawa from being built. You guys dont know whats best for you but Corporate America does.

I agree with the reviews that touch on the slow servuce. Its sad because the location has so much potential. However, tgsy dont seem committed to teaching the food prep team that people are typically on a tight schedule so they should minimize their small talk and personal employee conversations when the line is long. They dont seem to have much sense of urgency expediting customers food orders. Today makes the forth incident where my order was completely incorrect. I ended uo having to go all the way back to discuss in person because they keep you on hold then drop the call.

WaWa corporate needs to review this store. Numerous times Ive stopped in on my way to work and there are 16+ people waiting in line. There are 4 registers at this store but only one is open during the morning rush. This, along with all of the other complaints says something is wrong with management.

Severely understaffed at peak times. The lines wrap around the counter. Receiving an order for a sandwich takes 15 to 20 minutes. What little staff they have is not courteous or friendly.
