I originally was not going to say anything and chalked it up to the cashier having a bad day, but the way she acted towards my friend and I was unacceptable. First of all we had been standing there for 15 minutes as one lady was busy with another persons order, (also you were awesome, so kind and calm even in the midst of craziness all by yourself). Finally the other lady came out & helped the next person in line. Then looked over us and asked the people behind us in line to come up to the counter. My friend kindly explained that we hadn’t been helped yet just to be met with an attitude filled “okay. I didn’t know”. Afterwards my friend then apologized and said she didn’t mean to be rude we just hadn’t been helped yet, and instead of saying literally anything at all she was silent. We planned to get something for our moms and ended up just buying a little thing of chocolate covered strawberries. She seemed so inconvenienced to help us & even apologized to the people she tried to call before us for the inconvenience of waiting. The chocolate covered strawberries were great but the service was absolutely horrible. We will never be back to this location.

This Oreo parfait was on point. The employee was so friendly and was helpful in my decision making process. Plus, look how awesome she made this.

Everything about this place is excellent. They sell chocolate that will get you out of almost any problem you face with your significant other. Their dark chocolate truffles are literally an effective cure for divorce. Im not going to lie though, I buy my wife extra so that I can sneak a few to make my life better.

These were some of the best Ive ever had. Got them via a fundraiser I will make a trip to the store now on my own.!!!

How in the world can you be delighted with Godiva, when you have type 2 diabetes ? So, I stand outside and drool at the display and think how Id pig out if I had that chance.However, when Valentines day hits, you can bet I I will be scoring points with the lovely Mrs., with a BIG BUCKS BOX of the chocolate covered caramels.I think one with even the least amount of imagination can figure out the dividends this offering will provide. Just think, a stop at Godiva and Victoria Secrets ....Break out the Barry White albums !

My son came to the store looking for something special. It was his birthday the end up getting chocolate covered pretzels. That he loved and didnt want to share with me. But we will be coming back for more items. Please start back carrying the unsweetened dark chocolate bars my mother love them. He didnt have them in stock when we came in that day thank you thank you thank you

Chocolate was great. Staff was not. We were noticeably treated differently than the caucasian family that came in after us. Miss the manager, shes super sweet

Prices are super high, but if you look around you can find good offers and options. My favorite is the Dark Chocolate with Almonds Bark. And of course you have to try the Pumpkin Chocolixir. Like eating Pumpkin Pie!

Very poor customer service. Had to repeat our purchase requests several times. Staff including manager on staff only found excuses when problems emerged with our purchase rather than work to find solutions. Very disappointed as this is a store I am a frequent customer. Service was so bad I will no longer be a patron of this business.
