Tried to make an interior design appointment twice. One time no one was available m, even though they called and said everything was all set. I drove an hour. So a few months later I tried again and this time no one from PB called me so I called them to confirm. They never had my information so I am glad I called. They took my name and number and never called back. Don’t waste your time - the whole mall sucks

Pottery Barn has a wonderful selection of unique and stylish items. Unfortunately, they didnt have the chairs available that we wanted to purchase, but Tiffany the sales associate gets a 10 star rating from us. Tiffany was excellent! She called other stores and the distribution center to try and locate the chairs. The service was so great that we still bought a few items that were not on our list to purchase! It was so refreshing to see customer service alive and well again. Pottery Barn just gained a new customer .

Ugggggggg!! Laura is a trip!! Her customer service was horrible when ever a customer walks by you you speak and continue on with a customer or ask if the customer needs help finding anything!! I give her a thumbs down👎🏿!!Now “Berry”on the other hand 🤚 spoke to us asked if we needed any help and went with us to get what we needed and he was so nice!!Brittney was rude asking questions while Berry was helping us!! Talking bout she was doing online orders very rude to bother another employee while he cashes out a customer!!

Came to the store at 7:30pm, posted working hours are till 8pm. Doors were closed, I saw a lady who was working there at the register. I tried to call and ask if I can drop the return. I Was calling 10 min, no one didn’t answer, saw this lady not reacting at all. In 15 min this lady came closer to the door so I could ask my question. She said store is closed from 7pm. So why hours are not updated? She didn’t let me drop the return. 40 min of driving to the store....

Great customer service in the store. However their “design lady” was horrible. She was a no show the first appointment the second appointment was late. And then never sent us our quote for the items we spoke about. Ended up going to the store and picking our own stuff out and ordering online. Staff was super accommodating and welcoming. The stuck up lady we design lady however was not.

Ive visited the store several times since the beginning of April, and each time Ive had a positive experience. Every shopper is different, and has there own expectations when they walk into a store. I dont like to be bothered by the sales associates when I first enter a store. I like to walk around, and look at things. I do like to be greeted by an associate, and left alone until I have a question. With the vast size of the store, and the number of associates they have on staff ....its not possible to give personalized attention. All of the staff have been friendly, and make recommendations regarding various products. They offer assistance, and ask if I need help finding anything in the store.

Terrible company! I ordered a shower curtain, and for some reason it wont arrive for two and a half months! When I tried to cancel the order, the customer service department said its already in fulfillment, its too late to cancel it, youll just have to wait the two and a half months. Dude, you have two and a half months to cancel it! Why cant you cancel the item? My only thought is that perhaps they make the item overseas as they get orders to save on money, and just shaft the customer by not telling them their item will take months to make and ship. Terrible.

This place really sucks across the board!!! Customer service, delivery, first impression walking in the store. The only thing that is at all inviting about this place is the furniture on display. If I could give a zero star that would be too kind. Spend your money elsewhere or you will regret it.

We went in to look at a dining room table. They have several lovely tables but good luck getting a look. The store shows more like a textile and dinnerware store. There is SO much stuff on top of all of the tables that you cant even view them properly. I had to move table runners and dishes to even get a glimpse of the tabletop. I am willing to spend money on a nice table, but I have to be able to see the table!Our other issue was the poor customer see i.e.. Although I appreciate when sales people are not pushy, please acknowledge me and be able to answer our questions. Our sales women did not even know how the table extended....she had to figure it out.

Massive Pottery Barn location for in a mall. Lots of selections and friendly staff. Pretty easy to get to and their displays give you a good sense of what some possibilities are when decorating or furnishing your place.

I went into the store to order my items instead of online because I was told by the salesperson it helps the stores revenue and that they could provide me with customer service through the whole process. Well since then my PB order has been a nightmare. Never got my mattress. They charged me for it and still have not refunded me. I have called the store countless times as well as PB customer service. Many times a store manager does not even call me back. I will never buy something from them ever again.

Called and was told there were tons of chairs of the set we were looking for, needed 2 chairs. Get to the store, 2 chairs on the floor, 3 listed in the stock room. Wait 45 minutes only to find out there was only one in the stock room. The manager refused to sell us one of the two floor chairs because there was going to be a visit soon. Wasted 3 hours of our day for nothing. We would have stayed home if we knew there werent 2 chairs in store, that was the whole point of why we called ahead of time. I guess appearances for some corporate visit are more important than making the customer happy and making a sale! Very frustrated and unhappy!

Very poor service. The lady working rang up our return wrong and sent the money back to the purchaser of our gift. It took over an hour after her calling customer service and then we were issued a gift card arriving in 7-10 business days. She then proceeded to blame the agent on the phone when all along if she had simply listened to us, a return to a gift card would have sufficed. Disappointing service all around.

I returned two pillows on the same day. I have a receipt for 2 but they only gave me credit for 1. The billing dept. wants me to go back to Towson and show them the credits receipt. If they dont know how to credit a return... they should take another job. It is very inconvenient to return to the store and show them they made a mistake.

When we went to go return something its 30 days instead of 60 days. You cant return something after january 31 if you by it online for the holidays. Also it takes forever for them to call it in if you do it online.

I ordered a rug and pad in early February. My credit card was charged and in February as well. After many calls and emails, I still do not have delivery of the rug or any explanation of what is going on. This has been a horrible experience.
