I thought I wanted a Purple mattress and had a budget but after testing several I went a little nuts and was up sold. The sales person was informed and nice. I knew there would be a certain amount of pressure to buy, I was not put off by my person.

I had a great down to earth, knowledgeable salesman. I selected the bed I wanted. The delivery was on time, well set up and the delivery guys were prompt and skilled in setting up my bed. I had my first nights sleep in my new bed and it was great. YES to Mattress Firm all the way!

We came in on a Saturday afternoon to do some fact finding and comparison shopping. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly Asian woman, approximately 30 years old, 5 tall, black hair, 130 lbs. Sorry but I dont remember her name. She inquired about our needs and proceeded to show us charts that detail the process of choosing a new bed. She graciously got us two pillows and showed us 4 models and explained the benefits of each. We loved the different bases and functions she showed. We didnt agree on a purchase at the time, as we wanted to compare what we saw and felt to other places. So we left. Lo and behold we returned about two and a half hours later and agreed on a purchase. She made the process so smooth, right downto the options for financing. I walked into Mattress Firm with an idea and budget on which Queen size mattress I wanted to buy. The Staff at Mattress firm was very respectful of that and showed me all the options that would fit my needs. I walked through a couple Demos of my two top choices and was able to walk out with the one that I wanted! I left with a Sleepy’s Memory Foam mattress. I got my mattress within three days of my purchase. I couldn’t have been happier with the product. If I could work from home, I definitely would not leave that bed. I bought the adjustable base with it and once you buy that, you won’t want to go to a regular mattress ever again!

My wife, children and I walked into this store and Gary acknowledged us right away with a warm greeting. Gary throughout our interaction gave eye contact and maintained of course “social distance”. He displayed his level of knowledge and experience by asking questions that helped us narrow our choice. In addition, he provided product knowledge that aligned with product specs we already knew (because we did tons of research on this product and other competitors).The store was well light and felt comfortable. During the checkout process Gary was thorough and could relate with our children getting restless. Short review: Limited interaction with Gary and it was not pleasant. He tried to sell us something for 350% more that we bought the next day at another Mattress Firm even when we told him that we were given a much lower quote. If you do business with Mattress Firm, consider going to the Lutherville location.Long review: My husband and I had about a 10 minute interaction with Gary. We did not buy anything from him so I can not speak to that. We were interested in a bed frame that we spoke about with another salesman at this exact location the day before. We did not want a mattress, just the frame, and I think that is when Gary decided he was done with us. (Even though the price Gary gave us was the same as a mattress.) He did still sit us down to talk to us about the frame even after knowing we didnt want the mattress, which I appreciated. When we explained what we wanted and the price we were given the day before, he made it clear that the price we were given--around $500 was impossible and gave us a quote for about $1600. He told us that the salesman from the day before was not as experienced as him (Gary has been there for 12 years, this other man had been there for only 4) and did not know what he was talking about. The day after speaking with Gary, we went to our previous salesman and made a deal for around $600. In Garys defense, the offer may have not been something he knew about from Corporate, but it was unacceptable for him to put down a fellow coworker--a coworker who was clearly better at his job in this instance than Gary because he made the sale. We also expressed to Gary that we did not want someone to come in our house to set up the bed due to the COVID pandemic. He said that fine, but we would have to pay a delivery and set up fee regardless. When we expressed this to the salesman that helped us the next day, he said the fee was for set up only and we did not have to pay for delivery.

Me and my wife arrived at the Towson Mattress Firm greeted by Mr. Kenton the salesperson. With what we could research online was confirmed and expertly explained in detail. We haven’t bought a bed in years, and despite our reluctance to buy was sold on Mr Kenton’s professionalism and expert knowledge of our dream bed. We recommend anyone looking to own a vital product to restore your physical capability while you sleep, to get the confidence you need before you invest from Mr. Kenton. Holman Sabet was amazing! When I can, I prefer to shop locally over shopping online, but with the cyber Monday deals extended recently I was torn! I reached out to the Mattress Firm around the corner from our house and Mr. Sabet was able to price match and have everything delivered in 48hours, well before I would be sleeping on anything shipped. In literally 5 minutes, he had everything set up for delivery, and sent me a link to securely pay online. Great service, incredibly friendly and helpful, surpassed expectations and was nice to interact with a human working right around the corner!

I loved my experience at Mattress Firm. Wayne was professional, and very knowledgeable about how to choose the best mattress for each individual person. I am ecstatic about my purchase.

My major problem is that I felt like I was getting tricked into buying things I didnt want. I was offered a free adjustable base with my purchase, but during check out noticed that the sales person had put a more expensive one on my bill. She took it off, but then added a $150 delivery fee that was mandatory for the free base. I said no, and then noticed that there were $50 sheets on my bill - these were supposed to also come free with the mattress. Ok, and after all that, our mattress was delivered without the free mattress protector we were promised. So, just a fight to get the stuff we were promised for the price we were promised. Looking at other positive reviews, I hope that our experience was just a one-off. But for anybody thinking about getting a Purple mattress, I would strongly recommend just getting it from the website - you save no money by getting it in person, and it was a pain in the butt to constantly call the salesperson out so that we werent getting charged money for things that we didnt ask for.

LOVE THESE MATRESSES HASVE BOUGHT THEM FOR EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY CHILDREN BUT...I was laying on a bed to try it out and all the sudden without even warning me an employee throws me off the bed slamming me into a wall breaking my spine. Now I dont have a spine or a matress.

I called this store to inquire about a Queen Size Mattress. The representative was rude and nasty. He didnt even let me get my question out before he said Ill call you back I have guest in the store and he hung up. That is poor customer service. If youre unavailable to give adequate time to a customer dont answer the phone. I will never shop at this store. That was very disheartening.
