Wow for the first time ever coming in here and was able to get assistance. My hubby and I were going away and needed a rain poncho, and since the price online was reasonable and stated they had them in-store, we drove up to the store. We looked around the front near the registers, and towards to linens but never found the rain ponchos. Then asked a female attendant for help. She escorted back near the front, but we were curious how did we miss them.And of course, of would we find them. They were tucked on the other side of the candles towards to be up front of the store. There is no way any human wouldve found them. But so glad we found what were looking for. We went to pay and was able to utilize my 20% off coupon.Unfortunately we didnt even get to use the rain poncho, due to several layers of the poncho had a cut that went beyond the carrying bag to the poncho itself. We just discarded.

Loving this location, things are easy to find, parking is right near to entrance.. my first visit but Ill be back!

4.5⭐ This is one of those stores where you go in for 1 or 2 things, and come out with 10. I went in for an electric razor and came out with that, another pair of silicone tipped tongs and a new Nutribullet and accessory kit. Was happy to be able to use 4 coupons an to save almost $40. Very Helpful and Courteous Store Associates!

It’s worth the trip if you wanna freshen things up at home. Me and the wife stop by once a year or so to get stuff.

Return line staff is extremely rude and unpleasant. No wonder this store is so empty. I am done spending my money in BB&B, Return policy is 30 days for products that were sold broken to begin with....Im predicting this chain will close all together soon.... sad, I use to shop here all the time .

I purchased a curtain rod and was so happy when I checked that it was on sale. I double rod for less then $2.

I was looking for a comforter & sheets sets but the stock was very limited because they needed to restock there shelves. Prices are a little more higher than I’m willing to pay, but it gets a 4 star because my wife likes this place.

The store was beautiful, but the cashier had a chip on her shoulder; I thought she had an attitude and she was not very nice.

I wish Bed Bath and Beyond would reopen in Owings Mills. It was my go to store for things for the house. Now I have to drive to Joppa area. Bummer. I called Corporate to explain the revitalization the area is going through but I guess they dont think Owings Mills is a good fit anymore.

My visit was good i purchased some lovely white sheer curtains and a good find in the clearance aisle . This was months ago i forgot to put my review.

Poorly stocked with a lot of empty shelves for things that I was looking for.

My wife is handicapped, and they only had one motorized scooter. And that one wasnt working.

I just did ordered online for pickup and had the best experience! There was a very slow line for pickups and returns, and one of the folks working there saw me standing and waiting. So he asked me what I was waiting for, I told him an online order for pickup, gave him my name and info. He came back a minute later with all of my stuff and I was out the door!I really, really appreciate him taking that time to help me. I didnt want to do curbside pickup because it feels like creating extra work for folks working there. This was wonderful and I will definitely be coming back to you location, specifically because people working there are so great!!

Looks to me that they need help. The place was a mess! Considering its Christmas Eve, I can understand but Safeway was just as clean and organized. Whats up with that?

Bed bath and beyond is a 5 star with their 20%coupons, but thi store is always out of stock and looks like its been picked over. I come here out of Necessity when I need a close store but always dread comi g and ways get the same experience. I thi k the worst bed bath and beyond, but still a 3 star because I do shop here

Bed, Bath & Beyond is a toystore for adults. They have everything you want and dont need (LOL) Customer service is 50/50. You encounter some very helpful people and then you encounter some who have the personality of a turnip, but overall, its a store to visit with no problem (clean, well lit, stocked)

Location is decently stocked and over all serves as a bed bath & beyond. I do not shop here often enough to give a proper review but my one time bad experience with customer service taking a while has made me give less then 4 stars.

I enjoyed shopping there,but the sales person seemed a bit annoyed that I asked her where the bed risers were and after taking me to them,pointing at the end cap,and walked away before I could ask my next question.I figured things out on my own. When I reached the check out all my items were scanned at a total of 115.35 the cashier handed me my bag and said have nice day before I could put card in the chip scanner...she was busy talking to the other people behind the counter...I like shopping there because the store was neat and organized. That is way I gave 4 stars

I stopped in to look for a table that I saw in another Bed Bath and Beyond in New Jersey. I was helped by Brenda. I am sure she is a manager of some sort. Brenda went above and BEYOND the call of duty to help me figure out the information surrounding this table. I left with all the information that I needed and some. She is gracious, sincere and sweet. They chose a good leader. ♥️

Poor selection of curtains and the area was messy and disorganized, I actually found more choices at Walmart. There was no one on the floor to help customers. They claim to take mobile pay but your are not able to use it because it does not take credit as an option when you use mobile pay.

Store with everything you can think of and the coupons with 20 off of whole purchase of most items helps but of course in the fine print it cant be used on certain items. Can be a bit overwhelming when looking for something specific because stuff is everywhere. The rebate offers on certain items are always great.

My home away from home 😂😂 they have such a friendly staff and the shelves are always stocked! I created a registry here and they walked me through everything and offered a print out at the end. They accept all coupons and encourage you to try mobile coupons as well. Parking is ample, clean and safe!

Its so easy to love a place that inundates you with 20% off coupons that apply even to sale and clearance items! Huge store that is well kept and organized with enough staff on the floor that you can get questions answered easily. Womens room needs some TLC, however.

The Towson, MD store is clean and bright. Large variety of products with 20% coupon-you can get great deals. Terrific for wedding gifts and household items.

Great selection, reasonable prices, but service was poor. Only one cashier, and eight people were on line ahead of us. The line moved slow, even with two people leaving after getting tired of waiting. Sad.

Pretty standard Bed Bath and Beyond. We found the things we needed easily and the checkout line was small and we were out of there quickly. Using coupons is a good idea as some of them might be stackable.

Long story short, I was trying to return an item and the staff treated me as if I had stolen it... it was an online order and never arrived to my home so Bed Bath & Beyond resent me the product. It kept ringing up at $0..? (Not my fault...) Anyway, the two employees were incredibly rude and had sour attitudes! Normally I would think be mindful, maybe she had a bad day, but both ladies were being quite nasty to me... Not coming back to this location again.

This place is hella expensive. Do not enter without the mailer coupon in hand. Went in for a duvet cover and came out delightfully empty handed. I was successful at window shopping home goods! Sheet sets galore but nothing with a price:thread count I was willing to pony up for. If you got cash to burn good on you, go enjoy this suburban home utopia!Call me crazy, and its just a weird feeling, but Im betting theyll be the next big box store to file for bankruptcy protection.

This place has really nice things, for a house. From kitchen, bedding, kids toys, porch chairs etc. They even had Christmas decorations.

The person who checked me out was not informed and was not friendly. All others were very helpful. The exiting process could use some tweaking. Its not clear how to get out because you have to back track from the courtesy desk.

A large display of so many different things, a lot of new ideas for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens and other areas.

The staff is helpful and I can usually find exactly what I came for. If you dont know what you want, there are plenty unique gift ideas to choose from.
