I had problems with my phone yesterday and went into the shop without any appointment. Joshua immediately assisted me and provided an excellent level of customer service! In no time at all my phone was back in working order. He did an outstanding job. Recently, my husband and I were entertaining the thought of possibly going to another carrier, but due to the excellent service we received from Joshua yesterday,..we have decided to remain with Verizon.Again, sincere thanks to Joshua for helping me out and correcting the problem!
I have 2 lines with Verizon and a 15GB hotspot that I pay for every month. Since I live in a rural area, my hotspot is a hit or miss. Hence, I drove to the Verizon shop (where I bought my plan and hotspot) so I could use my hotspot device to have a Teams meeting with a very important client. This was the second time in 2 years that I drive down to do this. I parked my car in front of the store and logged into my computer.As I was about to leave after the call, a verizon employee approached my car and kocked on my window. So I rolled down my window and he angrily asked what I was doing there. I told him I am a verizon customer and my internet & hotspot signal is terrible where I live and that I came to take a meeting at verizon because the signal is better. He rudely told me i was stealing their internet, to which I replied I was using my hotspot(dont even know their wireless pwd). He then raised his voice and said, I dont care, and you either move or leave. I told him there was no need to be rude, and that I was a verizon customer. He replied angrily: I dont care, you either move or leave.I left the premises, and I will be leaving Verizon as a customer. You cannot treat paying customers like that. Same store where I bought my plan and hotspot. Incredible. I will start looking for new providers.
We upgraded our phones recently at the Manchester store in St. Louis. We typically dread having to do this from past experiences. However, Nick at this store made it as easy as possible. From walking into the store, he was friendly, helpful and professional. He made the process seamless. We truly appreciated his help. KUDDOS to Nick!!!
Walked into store and observed amazing customer service to multiple customers, while time managing late hour flow. Jarred was patient and took the time to confirm specifics of order. Gracious professionalism. Dylan fast on the decision making with a wealth of knowledge and clarity. Both put customers’ needs first. Very bad customer service. We are loyal customers of Verizon from 6 plus years with 4 lines. I wanted to change 3 years old paid off S9plus phone and Mr. Nick notified we are eligible for the upgraded devices. I opted for S21Ultra and Nick offered us $800 trade in for the S9plus and $1200 + tax for the S21Ultra. Two days after when I reached their location for the S21ultra. A new person (I dont Know his name) asked me to change the plan or I will get only $300 for my S9plus. The plan was higher monthly bills so I said I do not want to change the plan and would like to buy off the device. He told me it will be $1420 after tax and insurance plan. When I agreed to pay the amount, he asked me to pay in hard cold cash, no credit or Debit card. I was pissed…I am an American citizen and have been with the same location for more than 6 years paying my bills for 4 lines on time and they suspect me for fraud how can I trust them to give my money and business. Really offended.
Klayton and Nick were responsive, professional and knowledgeable regarding my phones issue. They took the time to listen to my questions and provide possible resolutions. When I left, I felt confident that the problem was resolved. However, they told me to come back if I experienced any further issues.
I brought 5 lines over to Verizon from ATT. Customer service was hands down 110% better than what we received for 5 years with ATT. Nothing but mistake after mistake and headaches dealing with ATT. Clayton Kaimann was our wireless consultant at the Ballwin Verizon store. He was not only very knowledgeable and thorough but kind and patient with all my questions and concerns including helping my 80 year old mom navigate her new phone. We had multiple people to unlock, transfer service, trade phones, purchase new phones, password changes Apple Watch connect, etc…. Clayton handled it all. I even had 2 college kids (out of the area)to switch SIM cards at a later date and was able to text/call him several times to make sure it all went smoothly. He went above and beyond to make this a transition smooth and as uncomplicated as possible. It was the best experience we’ve ever had with a cellular service. Just want to give him a shout out for being such a ROCK STAR with his customer service.Tracey Sheade
I have been going to Verizon for over 25 years. Love this store. Service was great. Store clean and inviting. Customer service is beyond expected. Been working with Molly now for three years. She always has been very supportive and listens to my needs and wants, and then provides me with great product.
I worked with Mark regarding a few questions I had about my bill. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my new phone plan.

I never write comments about anything but very much annoyed about this place. Please dont go to this place. Youre better off talking straight to verizon. I bought couple phones from salesman Michael. He seemed nice. He told me that wed be charged upgrade fee and I was ok with it because he told me if I call Verizon, theyd take care of the fee. I just called Verizon and they told me they dont do such things. The representative called the place and told her they never said such things. Pretty much calling a liar. Again save yourself from this place. NOT WORTH IT.

Was trying to purchase 4 phones. Wouldnt price match or negotiate. Sales lady was very nice but said couldnt do anything to save me money. Fyi Im a current Verizon customer for last 10 years too. Went to Best Buy and left saving over $1000! Very disappointing that you cant get the same deal at Verizon.
After visiting the mall Apple store and receiving no assistance in finding information on new Apple phones and iPads, I went to the Ballwin Verizon store on Manchester. Teagan Conway ( salesman ) offered his help and he delivered on every question I had, such a refreshing experience meeting a sales rep who knew their product. With Teagans’ help I was able to select and buy exactly the phone that suited my needs and an IPad to upgrade my older version. All of the sales people were very cordial and helpful. If you need answers and not pressure this is a great store and Teagan is a great sales rep.
Dylan has assisted me several times and has been excellente each time. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. I have found the store to be very professional in general.

We moved from AT&T to Verizon. I have to say, this store blew me away with their customer service. I expected to be in the store for hours (we were moving the family), but the staff was efficient and knowledgeable and respectful of my time. I highly recommend.
Great customer service and cell tips from Tom and Isaiah (for the Note9 and other Samsung cells, activate Atmos Dolby from pull down icon for full sound! Use Google Messages for text app, and use Microsoft SwiftKey instead of Gboard.) Had many, many cell screens that cracked with stores trying to install them, and they were successful! Many thanks!

I won’t give a 1 star rating because some of the service here was fine, but lack of integrity is a big no no. I used to have a grandfathered unlimited plan until one of the employees suggested I switch to a better plan without any sacrifices, assuring me everything would stay the same, but even better now on this new plan. Whether this was intentional or not I don’t know, but the fact remains, I lost the service I used to have. Don’t go here, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Very helpful staff! I was impressed at how quickly I was able to get in and out with a new phone! Gone are the days of planning to spend an hour minimum to get someones attention, my questions answered, and a purchase made.

Very poor customer service. upgraded to new phone a month ago. I was talked into a bundle deal due to the fact i would be getting money for old device . After upgrading i was billed 150 because my device did not qualify for money back although the sales representative in store examined and accepted the old phone. when i went to store to inquire about this they again stated they verified with management and my phone DID qualify and then proceeded to tell me to call customer service.I was on hold with customer service and when i finally was able to speak with someone they told me that the store was mistaken. I again went back to store they told me this would be resolved within 48 hour or at least give me an update- which i did not receive. Verizon is more expensive than other companies and we are paying a premium for better customer service but have not seen any good service especially at this location. the store should have called customer service themselves and if they do not accept a certain phone- Verizon needs to educate all branches so that they do not quote a number that is inaccurate. I again called for an update and they again said to call customer service myself . Bottom line if youre expecting assistance from an actual store member do not go to this location they will just direct you to call customer service yourself to do their job for them.

Stopped by last Friday close to 7pm since Google shows 8pm as their closing time. Well, they do actually close at 7pm. However, Victor Howze was helping the store that day and he was AMAZING!! He tried his very best to help revive my Blackberry but unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. He was able to arrange a replacement phone to be shipped right away and I got it Monday afternoon. Victor stayed with me until 8pm with a pleasant smile and extremely supportive. I will always be very appreciative to him. Thank you Victor!!!!
If cell phones weren’t a necessity, I would have canceled my service entirely because of the employees at this store. They are seriously the sorriest group of people I’ve ever had to deal with. Utterly helpless and unable to perform their job. There’s no work ethic or integrity in sight. I hope management takes notice. Never go to a licensed Verizon store when you can go straight to corporate. Theyve never done me wrong and arent too insistent on trying to upsell you things. The staff is always friendly and even when you have to wait for service its not nearly as bad as some cellphone stores Ive been to.

Worst service I have ever experienced out of all the Verizon stores Ive been to. After an hour of trying to upgrade my phone to no avail, (I had to walk out mid upgrade), I have discovered these people simply dont care about their customers. Just awful. The employee I talked to didnt so much as acknowledge my questions and just tried to push for a sale of the phone.

Worst service EVER! The only good person there is Josh. Went in to switch over my new phone. All they did was switch the sim card. They said for me to do the rest and gave me a sheet of paper. There were 4 guys there in front of me on THEIR PHONES and there was 1 other person in the store. Dude its your job to help cause I have NO IDEA how to switch over a phone! Its why I came to you! You want a good store, go to the one by Town and County Target- they switched everything over no questions asked.

Terrible. New to Verizon. They couldnt transfer my text messages over to the new phone Galaxy S3 to S5. They wasted over an hour of my time with clearly an inexperienced associate. They sold me a new glass screen protector and installed it. A month later I go back because it is peeling off and there is nothing they can do and I need to buy a new one. THEY installed it. What is the markup on that?? $34 out of my pocket and $5 out of theirs to stand behind their work? What a joke!

I think its pretty pathetic when they wont sell you a SIM card and a prepaid card without having a phone there with you. But whenever I can go to Walmart and I can buy a SIM card and a f****** prepaid card right then and there and not have a phone and be okay f****** pretty pathetic
Went in on a saturday afternoon so of course the place was busy. my wait was maybe 10min or so. the staff there was very helpful and even though the place was packed i didnt feel like my service was rushed in the slightest. sometimes lines cant be avoided if you come in at the wrong time in any industry, so i found it very important the staff didnt rush me. I got all my questions answer and my problems fixed in a timely manor. If youre going some place bc theres a problem with your phone service, these guys can handle it very well.

I did not appreciate the service I received back in June 2016 from Hunter. He told me that any money that I got back from my trades I had to use today which was about 500 dollars AND they would pay off my T-Mobile phones via a prepaid debit card. But he failed to mention any money that I spent that day in accessories would count against the money I was supposed to get to pay off T-Mobile.
Trust the reviews. Lackluster would compliment customer service at this store. Paul, along with looking like the guy on the couch, made the process of upgrading so cumbersome and difficult I walked out mid upgrade. Didnt really seem concerned. If I hadnt had good service from other Verizon stores Id probably jump to another provider.
The cell service is good this store is understaffed.
Dont trust their attendant with shoulder length red auburn hair. Told us that our devices will automatically slow down as we approach our data limit. Ha. Been charged overage 4 times
