Fantastic team which really cares there. I rented for a day and no surprises which I had from a company named H____, in Passaic. Bathroom nice and clean. Place was immaculate. I would hire any one of their well trained staff...in fact....

Made a reservation through the app, checking in was easy, I was in and out in minutes. Awesome service. Upon drop off a worker stopped by and helped me unload the trailer. Will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Ambrose Browne helped me with hitch accessories today and I ended up buying a few things to set my car up for a motorcycle trailer rental. I really feel like he went above and beyond and I really appreciate him for that. He was very patient and knowledgeable, you got yourself a great employee working for you U-Haul!

With no advance warning I found I needed to rent a U-Box. I stopped in and spoke with Justin. In about 20 minutes I was on my way after hooking the U-Box trailer to my car and having all the lights checked. It was a very fast and efficient process. Ill use this U-Haul facility again.

I had a great experience at this location. It was a clean and neat space. They truly have all you need to move. It was very easy to drop off our trailer. Justin was very nice and helpful with an overcharge issue that I’d been trying to resolve since we picked the trailer up five days ago. I literally spent over an hour on hold and nothing was accomplished. But 3 minutes in person with Justin and he made it all better.I highly recommend this location.

Great service, storage space and rental trucks are very clean and properly equipped.

Received very good service from the guys here. It was my first time using a trailer and they did everything for me.

As soon as I brought the truck an attendant came to examine it. He was very courteous and professional. I had to wait for a pick up and it was hot so he invited me to stay inside in the big room there. Noticed its cl an and well stocked with boxes and all kinds of helpful stuff for moves.Well, I had zero charges as I returned with the proper gas level and I swept the cargo area clean, secured the doly and hand truck, etc, and in time, so I was happy about that.

The service was efficient and friendly. The van I had ordered was ready to go, and I was able to move what I needed to and return the van in under two hours for a very reasonable price. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
