Love this place, Ariel De Leon is the best, always attentive and he provides excellent customer service. I only come to this storage because of Ariel, he is always willing to help his customers.

Renters be aware that storage will not be accessible i certain times of day, 20-30 minutes waiting time. They allow other renters to park vehicle in front of your door. If you have to unload something either you will wait for the car to be moved or you will carry your stuff from far away.I complained multiple times, it seams they do not care about it. So you have no choice, you have to choose either to put up with that or leave.Disrespectful towards its customers.

I have been utterly pleased with renting storage space at Extra Space on Riverview Drive. It is always clean and in excellent condition, the staff have been cooperative and friendly, the place is well-lit and it’s always been a breeze bringing things there or picking some up.

I had a great experience ! One of the workers named Ariel was amazing, helpful listing to all my needs and going threw some extra steps to make me feel comfortable. I could only say that there is not that many nice people anymore but Ariel proved me wrong He was exceptional!!!!

Been storing my belongings here for about 5 months in between moving. Overall great experience! Id definitely recommend them.There was a minor leak due to the unit being below a vent in the ceiling, but thankfully when I signed up I got the insurance they recommended. Ariel helped me along the claim process and he was very helpful. It all turned out fine. Always pack your items well to protect them and get the insurance! Ariel was excellent when I needed help.

Julissa is the epitome of patience and customer service. She followed up with me, after my initial inquiry. While it took me some time to respond, she stayed in touch without being overbearing. When it came time to rent the space/finalize the information, she was personable, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. She is an incredible brand ambassador for Extra Space.

Excellent experience renting a 10x15 air conditioned unit. Security seems very good; we have a personal security code to enter the facility.Julissa is the facility manager. She really took PRIDE in her work and was super pleasant. She explained every detail imaginable.

Hands down one of the best experiences weve had and Julissa made that happen. Shes extremely friendly and very helpful. Overall, the place is very clean and spacious. This is the first time renting a storage unit, so we dont know whats typically included, but the moving carts they have available for use are huge and extremely helpful for moving items back and forth.

Every time we come here they make everything really easy and simple to understand. Julissa has been very helpful and has answered all questions and concerns that we have. There is plenty of space for our trucks to unload the equipment that we store there and the facility is always clean and neat.1-5-2021I wanted to Add that Ariel has started to also become very helpful since he started working here at Extra Space. He has reached out on multiple occasions and has helped me keep track of my receipts for my company.

Way too expensive! New storage but I wouldnt pay more than $150 - month for a 5×10 space! Are this people out of their mind?. In any case, i just got rid of of most sentimental values. I will stop buying things that I will not use. I learned my lesson.

I had a good 1st time experience reserving a space online and gaining access. Manager at office was helpful and gave me the rundown of how things work and how to use the lock and enter codes are entry doors. Space is clean and It was ready to Fill up. So far so good!

I have nothing but great things to say about Extra Space Storage in Totowa. After looking around the area at different places, what sold me was the customer service (the reviews were outstanding and yes, they are legit because my experience was like most others). I filled out an application online to reserve a unit and by the end of the day the Manager, Lee, called me to follow up. Not only was he extremely personable, but he made sure I was getting the best rate for the length of time I needed the unit. He set up a time with me the following day to see the unit and facility.When I arrived the next day, I was greeted and escorted on my tour by Ariel. There are not enough words or stars to describe how helpful Ariel was. He answered questions, showed me additional units when my indecisiveness kicked in, and talked through the larger items I would need to store to make sure everything would fit in the unit I choose. In case you’re wondering, he helped me decide a smaller, cheaper unit would be fine for the items I was storing.If you are looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend going here. The rates are good, the facility is incredibly clean and the employees are above and beyond helpful.

Love Extra Space Storage. Wish they had more in Georgia as we have to use a different storage there and it does not compare to Extra Space with ease of loading and unloading, cleanliness and value. The facility is very clean, secure, and easy to access.

Extra space storage in Totowa is a great place to store your items. I’m not familiar with other storage locations, but I can assure you they are the best location. They have plenty of parking spaces, they follow COVID CDC guidelines, safe location and reasonable rates.
