Nice and professional guys. Went in to get a hunting rifle (Browning BLR) but because of good service also ended up buying a handgun from them. Im pretty new to handguns and how to handle them but they were totally patient and professional with me. Will recommend this store to everyone.

This place is pretty good. They have a large selection of guns on display. They are usually busy but they do have a lot of staffs to help the customers. Customer service is good, just not enough smiles. Depending on who you work with, some of them wont talk to you too much if they dont think you will buy.

These guys are great! I got a ruger here and when I purchased they threw in a couple bullet boxes which I thought was nice. The purchasing and testing process was an ease.

Wasted a lot of time trying to get over here on the 3rd only to find the shop closed when everything else online says theyre open.Really solid place here. Lots of staff so I didnt have to wait at all, all friendly and willing to help without being condesending. Made a newbie like me feel very comfortable there. Had a decent selection for the times, and saw lots of transactions happening while at the store and everyone seemed very happy with their transactions. Made a purchase from another state and the FFL transaction was smooth. Had garand thumb in the background which is a big thumbs up for me. Will definitely be bringing my business here.

Very poor customer service. They don’t answer there phones and the answering machine contains inaccurate information. They do not return calls. Need to wait on a long line to get basic or inaccurate information. Go to Carson pawn at 22012 S Avalon Blvd, Carson, CA. You won’t be disappointed. They have top notch service better then here, Turners or anywhere else.

Absolute worst customer service. Came into to the store wanting to order a pelican storm 3200 case. Put down my info and never got a call back. Just ignored. Anyway bought my case somewhere else. You lost a $250 sale. Avoid this trash 🗑 place. Bunch of pretend warriors over there anyway.

I called 10x during normal business hours @ 5:10 pm Wednesday. I know things are busy but it doesn’t take that much time to answer the phone to offer customer service or answer a question. So for me I won’t even consider this place for any type of transaction. The service in store is most likely just as bad.

I waited in line for almost an hour. I Preorder a gun and you GUARANTEED you would call me back by Thursday. I wasted time twiddling my fingers instead of vigorously pursuing alternative options. Now other stores are not even taking orders. I gave my information to the guy. I had a whole conversation expressing the need for my order to be GUARANTEED! I left my information legible and clear!! I cant even get a callback?! Man I get that were in a state emergency but this is your business, this is your integrity. I am highly disappointed. After REMARKABLE, EXCELLENT QUALITY Service at the store (in-person), you guys left me no choice but to leave this criticizing review. I have called your business approximately 47 times. I have received 0 call backs. I am disappointed.

Super friendly staff and greeted with a smile. There is a reassuring lock on the door and you have to be let in, lets you know that they take security seriously. They didnt offer the exact services I wanted but they pointed me in the right direction. They also offered a free bottle of water on a hot day. I will be going back there in the future!

Ive bought two Glocks from these guys so far. Excellent customer service and even added night sights to one of them right there in the store in minutes. I used to buy from the other local gun store however the lines were long, no parking and the service was terrible. At Crosshairs If you need something they dont stock, they can order for you, no problem. I wont go no where else now. Very competitive pricing and they really value your business.

This was our first time in a gun store, ever. We walked in and felt very welcomed. We were interested in a handgun and the man at the counter, Jason, was very knowledgeable & friendly. He answered all our many questions and the type of gun we wanted was on sale so we went ahead and bought it. We had our 6-year old son with us and he was welcome in the store also. It was overall a wonderful experience, cant wait to pass the background check, pick up our gun, and visit again soon!

This place is a no frills gun store. Staff is knowledgeable but they seem a bit brusque. They will take the time to explain fundamentals but it seems they do this mostly to cover themselves for liability reasons rather than trying to be genuinely helpful. Prices are decent. Not a bargain but if you want to avoid the hassles and fees of online gun dealers then its a suitable alternative. Selection of firearms is very small. I saw perhaps a total of 6 handguns on display. When I inquired if they had more in stock they refferred me to a website. I wouldnt really recommend them to be honest, but I cant say it was a bad experience. It could have been better. Bottom line. They have guns for a decent price but very limited stock in store.

Pulled up at 5:45pm. Google hours say open till 7:00pm. Almost an hour of my time wasted to and fro.Update your business hours.

Best gun store in Southern California. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Sean helped my son and me and he knows his guns. I specifically asked for high velocity 22 ammo, the young white male with mustache sold me the only option they had, I trusted him, when I got home realized it is NOT, very disappointed.

I came to crosshairs today to purchase my first firearm which was quick and painless. While i was taking my fsc test i overheard that the store was under new ownership as of 2 days ago and it appelarently used to only have like 5 guns in store. I picked the right time to buy cus they have plenty of choices now and can most likely get what you want.. i appreciated the fact that everyone was friendly and even tho i went alone and am new to the sport, the salesman wasnt trying to drown me in information or talk me out of the gun i wanted. The only negative thing i can say, which is actually my fault, is that i bought a firearm and my waiting period is over on a day they are closed, and its closed the following day as well. Im actually going to be waiting about 15 days before i can go get my purchase due to my schedule lol. When i go back for my rifle i will do some counting so it doesnt happen again

I had a gun shipped utilizing the stores FFL license. After the transaction I left the gun to have some optics installed as well as a few other add ons I purchased. The manager stated that it would take him a few days to complete. After waiting nearly 3 weeks the work was never completed. I also dropped off a handgun for a normal cleaning, this work was never completed either. I asked the manager why he hadnt informed me that there would be a delay to begin with. His response: well I could stay late to finish your order but I would have to charge you more. Good luck getting through on the phone LOL they never answer it.

They have a knowledgeable staff, they have gunsmiths, and they will set up sights there and you can bring them back to have them adjusted.They have ammo for the main calibers- 9mm, .40, .45, 12 guage, .223/5.56, and .308. Their gun selection isnt too vast, but they will have the basics- pistols, shotguns, and rifles- from the big brand companies. But if youre looking for that rare rifle that was made at that one time in that one place that fought for this one cause used by said super hero then you wouldnt go here.Their ammo prices are a bit more expensive than say Turners and most definitely LAX Firing range.But consider this, the extra $2-5 you save there will be spent on the gas to get to Turners or LAX Range, the traffic of going there, the poor now serving lines you dont have to be in, any attitude that is common at gun shops for people who have questions by all knowing gun enthusiasts, no paranoid guys who talk about FEMA death camps, and no paroles who are having their girlfriends buy them stuff.With ammunition you have factory and reloads. LAX Firing range has both, but they are known for their quality reloads, as in fired then reloaded. If your gun is within warranty, shooting reloads VOIDS them. With factory its ammo from the factory that has never been fired.
