Love this Starbucks location inside the Torrance Target! The staff are all extremely helpful, quick and genuinely nice. I actually drive a bit out of my way each morning, just to go here (rather than sitting in my old car at a drive-thru spot). Great job! Keep up the good work!

Everyone and everything has been good until today I saw one of the barista’s under nails were black with what looked like filth…

If you want to find the best grilled cheese sandwich, look no further. Whenever Im craving a super Starbucks crispy cheese sourdough sandwich, I immediately head to this Starbucks and the other one in Pedro. For $5 and some change, they stuff in a mountain of mozzarella between buttery bread that is coated with its own later of crispy cheese spread a top the sourdough bread. Tammy likes to keep the line going and the customer experience fun. Which is great especially during the busy hours. Theres so many things to try outside of the grilled cheese though. Oh, and by the way, they close at 9pm and 8pm. Thanks again Tammy.

Nice coffee

Coffe was fine but service EXTREMELY slow (only 2 coffee orders were ahead of me) and I did not receive points towards star dash, even though membership was scanned twice. Was told I’d have to wait 15 MORE mins to get receipt copy to submit for point credit. Still dealing with Starbucks customer service to fix. Far from my favorite store, would have been worth the drive to go to others nearby.

This Starbucks doesnt seem to have the Starbucks vibe. Maybe its the light metal chairs or lack of dark wood, perhaps the inescapable fluorescent lighting. I cant help but yearn for the days of the Target Cafe with the little bar stools where you can people-watch while enjoying Pizza Hut chicken alfredo after a tough day at school.

Its Starbucks. Not wildly dynamic, which is the point. You get what you expect, in the manner you expect.

Real Starbucks with target benefits is good. only 2 power outlets and often times only 1 is working so its not the most ideal place to do work or study.

Poor quality drinks.

Hate this Starbucks. They are so rude and unprofessional and lazy. They have me the whole order wrong

Poor service. I waited 10 minutes (only 2 orders in front of me- a coffee/tea and pastry) to purchase a gift card. There were two ladies working. Both ladies were confused on how to make tea, pour in coffee beans into the coffee maker and get a pastry for a customer.

Frankly this location has some of the dumbest employees Ive ever experienced. We tried it when it first opened and the service was bad, but they seemed to be lacking management. We tried it again today for the first time since it opened. The cashier didnt seem to understand that they even sold drinks, we ordered iced coffees (not hard at all) and the barista kept starting other drinks instead of finishing anything until I asked for ours to be done since I could see them sitting there, and mine was supposed to have sea salt foam and instead I just had salted coffee with a mess of cream on top. Its not a hard job, I dont know whats wrong with this location. I got my money back and left. I think they need a visit from corporate ASAP.

Its Sunday afternoon. There is a long line and only one very busy person trying to keep up. Come on mr. Manager get at least two people

Waited in line to be told I couldnt purchase a sandwich because they closed in 5 minutes. Its a premade sandwich that just gets microwaved I responded. was told that they were going to clean it and couldnt make it. 😒 seriously.

Service is okay. Nothing to be excited for it is Starbucks.
