I usually stick to getting jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese but the menu and pics caught my eye. I tried the chorizo sunrise and Texas brisket. They were both alright. The portion sizes are quite small. I’ve been to other bagel shops with bigger bagels.

This was my second time going here, and let me tell you its now my FAVORITE spot to eat some Bagels. I had the Cinnamon Apple with bacon and cheddar and its delicious. Bagels are soft and warm to the bite, you can taste the apple covered cinnamon. I recommend!

Staff ask me if I had the reward program, since i did not she told me to download it and this purchase would not qualify. A little customer service would have been great and maybe i would become a long term customer. Placed an online order, waited inside for EVERY single person in line (about 15 minutes) finished ordering and still didnt see mine so I asked about it and it was just sitting on the counter behind them getting cold. The point of ordering online is to get your food more quickly. Never coming here again.

Bagles are good but the service is consistently bad. Weve tried a few times over the last year and its slow with management more interested in talking with friends then the line out the door.

Second time coming here hoping our experience would be better than our first. Not the case. First time we placed an online order for curbside pickup our order was missing an orange juice along with creamer and sugar for our coffee. I entered the establishment and asked for my missing items only to be advised by an employee who said she couldnt help as she was on her break. While making eye contact with several employees and attempting to get help, the employees turned away avoiding to help with my request. Finally an employee answering the phone helped me and apologized for the mistake. Today, my second time here and last time was a similar case. This time I didnt catch it until I got home. I was missing a chocolate milk, sugar for my coffee and the order was incorrect. Luckily I was at home and was able to use my own sugar and creamer and poured my own glass of chocolate milk for my son. Overall my experience has been poor. Some advice, hire a leader to help drive the boat, assist the employees with direction and PLEASE train employees on the basics in providing quality customer service. The only positive, the food was good but not enough to go through the fiasco for a couple sandwiches and coffee. In summary dont come here if your use to good customer service, Starbucks down the street will be a better option...

Yesterday, my encounter with them was special and wonderful. This is my first time here in this coffee shop and definitely not my last. I highly recommend this coffee shop to everyone.

Bagels galore!! The variety is bageltastic! I went in on a Wednesday 815am morning and there was only 2 people in line. Ordered a chicken pesto on a thin bagel. The bagel was crispy toasted, but they did not have pesto so they asked me if I wanted to substitute it with a tomatillo sauce which I enjoyed. Plenty of free tables inside and outside to my breakfast. Def. Recommend.

My husband and I stopped by for a breakfast sandwich after having an early doctors appointment. This was our first time, grabbing a bite to eat at this place. The sandwich we ordered was satisfying, how ever that was overshadowed by the lack of customer service. The cashier was very nice and friendly but I think it was the manager that kept getting annoyed when more people kept walking in (due to Covid.) Anytime a new customer would walk in, he’d have an attitude and tell the person there were too many people inside and tell them to go outside. On this occasion it was raining. A suggestion for moving forward, put up a sign on a stand outside or on the door that states the maximum number of people allowed inside at one time. The Bagel Factory on Torrance Blvd & Hawthorne has one, with a 5 person maximum. Their place may not be as trendy but their food is good and the people are nice.

I ordered a bakers dozen (13). Told them which ones I wanted and it looked like they were putting them in the box. When I got home and opened the box there were only 11.

Atrocious customer service here. Its a shame because there are not that many bagel spots around. The first person who took our order didnt seem to know what she was doing - she told my wife to pick which bagel she wanted for her sandwich but didnt specify whether or not it was necessary for my order. Okay fine, but...Next, the cashier who assisted us at checkout got my wifes name wrong - so when they called out the name it was completely different, even when we had spelt it out for them. Not sure how someone can mess that up. Again, not that fussed -- but it was annoying when I corrected the name mispronunciation and the woman working behind the counter just laughed as she said sorry. It was very insincere and unprofessional for a business establishment.When we asked her if she could please read the order to verify if it was ours - she had to ask another person who looked like a manager - and THEY didnt even know the order. The manager-looking worker said, and I quote turkey cheddar or something.I let all of that slide. Until we got our two sandwiches, and they were not hot at all. We hadnt even left out the door yet, so I asked one of the employees if they could please reheat our food. It was then that I could hear the woman (who laughed at us earlier) scolding the employee who took our cold orders; she said to them dont do that again. We dont reheat food.So, if you dont reheat food (or make it fresh and hot to begin with), then what are we paying for? A cold sandwich that had browned avocado on the inside?Anybody can make a better breakfast sandwich at home, with fresh ingredients, whilst saving themselves a chunk of change along with the hassle of encountering inappropriate and flat-out rude business transactions.Sadly, this order was my last at Einstein Bros.

Food was on point, but the service was lacking horribly. The gentlemen that took our order was monotone when assisting us with our order and seemed to be annoyed us patronizing the business. A few minutes later we decided to add coffee, and why did we do that! I asked the female server for 2 coffees she laughed then passed the message along to the guy that took our first order he then sighed and took the order. This place would be five stars if they trained the staff in Customer service. Though the food was good friendly customer service is most important to me over anything that I spend my hard earned shekels on!

Waited 25 mins for two bagels and coffee. Asked for NO eggs, extra spinach, Asiago, spinach and cheese bagel. I got eggs, no spinach and a sesame bagel. I found out my order was wrong after I left the area. Disappointing since this has happens to me twice at this location. I’m vegetarian and can’t eat the food.

Fast service and delicious food. Don’t let the long line discourage you they are extremely fast at getting your order and getting it out to you. Faster than Starbucks. A little bit pricey for some items but I would come again. Everything was delicious. I got turkey, bacon, avocado on a spinach Florentine bagel because they were out of plain. Also if you sign up with their app you’ll get a free bagel with your pick of cream cheese.I’ve come back several times to get a bagel and coffee and every time the employees are friendly and helpful. And the service has been fast.

Some incredibly tasty bagel sandwiches found here including chorizo. Other favorites like bacon, egg, avocado, and fresh and tasty lox. Parking is free but lines build quickly during morning peek. Coffee and fresh juices also available.

Coming from MN I was sadden when there was no one here that knew how to make a turtle mocha. Then I discovered that there was a Caribou in the Einstein Bros. Bagels!!!! Good God, thank you!!! They knew how to make it!! My wife and I felt close to home having an Iced Turtle Mocha with Almond milk and milk chocolate!! ✌️😁Thanks for helping us out!!

Absolutely the worst bagel shop I have been to. I will never be back at this brand again. Staff was rude. The cashier could not do math. Bill was 13.02 and we tried to hand her the 2 cents and she could work it out. The bagel was cold and late to arrive. Asked for bacon and got a minuscule amount. The place was packed and noisy. It shows just how desperately competition is needed as I asked and no one was satisfied. We all Just knew there had a lack of choices. But there is. Go to anyplace including a grocery store and you will be happier, richer and better fed.

The guy with a tattoo on the cheek bone was not sanitary in preparation of our sandwiches.

I go here at least once a week to grab a quick bite before work. Service is always fast and staff is friendly as well as patient. They let my friends and I take our time ordering our 13 bagels all with a big smile on their faces. Lots of tables and tons of parking. A nice spot to sit and chat in the morning with friends. The bagels themselves are amazing, especially the onion, apple cinnamon, and snickerdoodle (which is a seasonal items sadly. Wish I could have it all the time.) Sometimes, if theres a big crowd the occasional bagel will come out a little bit burnt and Ive had apple cinnamon bagels be a bit doughy before but they were all still yummy! Ive never been disappointed with anything Ive ordered here. They have so many options. You definitely must try them all!

Gone here a few times and this by far was a disappointing visit. The place was not busy at all yet it took awhile for the staff to prepare 3 bagels. The two spent more time gossiping and talking then focusing on getting customer orders done. Person taking orders was not paying attention to what was being ordered and randomly added items to not only mine but to other orders. One staff member was restocking forks and dropped a few of them on the floor but instead of throwing those away, she placed them in the utensil cup. Not sure if Ill return to this Bagel shop.

I dont like writing bad reviews but if its bad, Ill say it.Service was kind of bad but the food was good. After wed decided on our order, we stood there while this shorter man whose name was Antonio/Enrique spent a while talking away in Spanish to his colleague. While I could understand what they were saying, including the part where a woman somewhat taller than him laughed told him to there were people standing there in Spanish, I know that it would be uncomfortable for customers to stand and wait, especially if the servers are talking and laughing in a different language, not paying attention to customers, and holding up the line. I understand servers want to have fun too and maybe Im wrong but I think holding up a line because you are chatting is not a good thing to do.

The menu is either not very clear or the staff is not very helpful. they never asked whether you want your bagel cold or hot and they do not ask whether you want the cream cheese on the bagel or on the side.They seem to want to hurt you through as fast as possible.

I literally went to the location on Wilshire three days ago and it was beyond amazing. Really friendly staff. Food was out of this world, so I knew I had to find a location closer to my house. I found this location that was nine miles away and decided to go there. Service was ok....but the reason for my discontent is the portion size and quality of food. I spent $30 so youd think itd be standard, but instead it seemed like management was hammering down on them to control food cost. I got pieces of bacon that was half an inch long (no exaggeration). I caught that while double checking my order and brought it to the cashiers attention and you could see she noticed the sizes were off but she chose to say the other pieces are underneath the egg on the other side. I looked and those pieces were even smaller, but I chose to just leave. This morning I go to warm up my chorizo bagel, and low and behold the swipper has struck again. I was missing an entire egg, and each ingredient looked like I had only gotten half the portion and my bagels were cold and burnt (I noticed that yesterday). I called the store to speak to someone because I didnt want to rush to writing a review but they never picked up. I know I speak for many others when I say, I dont want extras, just please please please give me what I paid for.

This place is always busy before noon. If you only want a cup of coffee, feel free to skip the line that goes out the door and head straight to the cash register. You may still have to wait behind a few people but you dont have to wait on everyone that is placing food orders; these people arent even ready to pay yet. An employee once told me it was okay to go straight to the checkout.

If youre one of those a-holes who loves to go to an establishment order one small thing off the menu then occupy a table for hours on end with your laptop youll love this place! Hopefully you have offline work to do because the Wi-Fi around there is basically unusable. But you wont find that out until you get to sit down after ordering from standing in the line with only three people in it that took 15 minutes. Then you can sit for another 15 to 20 minutes while they what I can only guess is bake a bagel on the spot. Only reasonable answer of why you could take so long.

Very very slow service. Can’t say I have seen this type of slow service in years. You had more then enough people behind the counter. They were mostly keeping themselves entertained.

Its a bit on the expensive side for meals, but the food is delicious. I have to say, my meal side was wrong & the potato crisps they sell as Kettle chips were really salty & the bag was only 1/4 full. Coffee is great, but I only come here once every 2-3 months.

They have a very good begals and lox. Parking spots are very tight. Good selection and fast service. Its located right next to 5 Guys Burgers.

Many others within the franchise have messed up our orders. However, this store is always fast, accurate and has an awesome staff. 10/10, would recommend.

Coffee is decent. Too much sugar on chai latte. All the bagel menus are legit. Farmhouse bagel with parfait yogurt is like cocaine.

Why such low rating for this place? We love einsteins bagels. My older kid loves the nova lox and even my picky eater toddler always finishes her meal everytime we come here for brunch. Yeah it does get crowded and busy. But you just gotta suck up the wait! I just wish they wouldnt mess up orders every now and then. I often omit items or substitute cheese for cream cheese and they are hit or miss. Other than that, their bagels are soooooo good. I say better than noahs! If bagels didnt have carbs i would be eating einsteins more often.

I usually really like Einstein Bros but this store is terrible. We ordered 7 bagels, and asked for all of them to be a little extra toasted. The employee said yes, but the bagels we got were not toasted at all. I also had to exchange a bagel because they put bacon in it without us asking. The employee who helped with that was very nice, but they all rushed the order too much, and none of us enjoyed our bagels. Very disappointing

Lines may be intimidating but the efficiency of the workers make it go by fast. Bagels and variety are amazing, and shmear is the main reason for my visit of this place
