The lines here are insane, either they have the worst system or bad employees. The line to pay sometimes is outside the store. The store is clean and very well maintained. However everything gets thrown out the door if you take about an hour to pay for the items.

Good selection and most items are in stock. Check out will be a challenge as there is usually just one person at the counter in each section. I spent between 10~20 min just to check out in my last 5 visits here and I walked out in my latest visit because the line was ridiculously long. It was 11:30am during the weekday.

Beautiful colors display right now, very busy and they had a long line to check out, but super fast. Didnt have to wait long, so thats a plus.

This must be the slowest Zara in the United States. There are two cashiers but one of them is too busy talking to another associate instead of working. There are 24 people in line and we have not moved in almost 10 minutes. I’m sure the employees don’t care because they probably get paid in pennies. But that’s not really the customer’s fault so…do not come here

Terrible customer service at the DelAmo store! Waited in a LONG line for over 30 minutes because the only one register was open with only one cashier in the kids section. Meanwhile I counted at least three other employees wandering around the store doing nothing.

I dont know why they dont let me in, they always say that the store is full. When you go to zara go early because later on they dont let you in. Customer Service is the worst. It looks like if popular high school girls came to work at zara and have very rude attitude and cashier lines are wayyyyyyyy to long.

I always find really nice clothing here. It can be a bit overwhelming when you first enter because its a lot of clothes and you dont know where to look first. But when you find a blouse, or well-fitting pants its worth the search.

Went once and that was 10x too many. Went during a sale. There were clothes all over the floor that it was inevitable to not step on them in an effort to walk through. Watched sales staff just walked around oblivious to the looks of the building. Not planning to go back ... EVER

Always a great variety of wonderful items in beautiful quality for decent prices. Not too cluttered. Which is the best part unlike most shops. Well organized making shopping easier. Fashion forward, classy, sassy, and relaxed are available. Infant to kids clothing too. Shoes is such a plus!

The women working at Zara there today were outstanding in every way! Truly honorable humans who naturally were kind, helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable and I greatly appreciate the human to human interaction I had today. Because of this I will be a long time customer. So thank you ladies!

Im only judging this location during a sales period. Its mad unorganized and things are super hard to fine. I know most sales areas are a madhouse however, the Zara on 7th and Fig is always immaculate and super easy to navigate during a sale. They have good deals here but I dont have the patience to dig. The staff here is very friendly and polite.

I love the clothes, but the customer service today was definitely lacking. I made a purchase yesterday, and as i was leaving the alarm started going off. The cashier informed me that if Im wearing a previously purchased zara item from several years ago, it might be the reason. Surely enough, it was. Long story short she forgot to put one of my shoes that Id just purchased in my shopping bag. I returned the next day to pick it up and I asked the manager if a percentage can be taken off of the items I was about to buy to reimburse me for my 20 mile gas used driving here, she said they couldnt. Being that the African American cashier that I was about to make another purchase with (I think another manager)overheard what just transpired, common sense would tell her to at least be courteous. There was no hi, or thank you. She pointed at the clothes I had on the counter and said can you move them over here. The lady that forgot to put my shoe in the bag yesterday, never apologized. To be fair she, and the two girls I interacted with yesterday were very nice. But today everything was off. I dont think I was asking for much, just a discount for the equivalent of my travel for a mistake they made. Being that I was in corporate management I would never try to be unreasonable because I know what goes on in operations. Sorry for the essay.

I love their prices when they have a sale! End of the season sale event is a must go. Best time to shop for classic styles that can never go wrong without paying full price.

Beautiful store. $9 basic Ts that are essential. Good variety of clothes and there is always someone ready to help. I really liked this location.

Good views

Today I went to get discounts and change two simple skirts, I chose my pieces and went to the cashier. I do not speak English very well, my first language is Portuguese and I am fluent in Spanish. I come across the box that is at first very rude and still must be in the experience. It took a half an hour to find out the references of the exchange, then said that one of the skirts had not on the note okay !!!! I always shop at Zara must have been on another occasion. Suddenly she calls the manager (thinks of a guy worse than her uneducated) I did not understand almost anything he said rudely. Okay I accepted (kind) I paid and wanted my skirt that I had not found on the note. She made a mess again, had to register all the pieces again and still call the the manager who was worse than her !!!! Ive been to several Zara stores in various parts of the world. More like this never again. Besides all the box spoke Spanish and still lied when I asked and then talked to another person on the phone in Spanish. And worst of all I practically threw my shopping bag and still has not asked nor apologize for the inconvenience. Such a person has no competence to be a dear shopping mall box.This happened between 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

They had more staff helping people RETURNING purchases than helping people BUYING...seems to me you would want to prioritize receiving money as opposed to giving it back...poor customer service

My favorite store for clothes. The end of the year after Christmas sale is the best time to go find the stuff you didnt buy during the year. Fabulous, quality fashion and affordable. No all Zara stores carry the exact same stuff, just fyi.

The workers here are very Lazy when i ask them to check the price for an item that has no tag they always send me to the cash register.

I had terrible experience at Zara in Del Amo. I bought 3 shirts that fit extremely poorly and attempted to return them within 30 days and with receipt. I could not find any appealing product to exchange. They would not refund me my money because the credit card I used was cancelled due to fraud. I have no interest in ever shipping at Zara.

Had a very calming experience today at Zara. Usually I feel rushed when I go to a Zara, because everything is all over the place in there!You would have to go first thing when they open. When theres hardly any people and its neat and organized! And I even walked the whole store!

I love the clothes there. It is very good and soft. I will always love Zara. I recommend to go.

I drove all the way from Wilshire to this location for a very cute top that was not available at another store. A sales rep named nina was so very and helpfulShe went above and beyond helping me find the top. I cannot thank her enough!

Terrible customer service. Unhelpful sales people. Tried to replace an item that I purchased damaged and didn’t notice at first but because I had removed the tags they would not replace it even though I had the receipt and was within the 30 days warranty period.The sales person called a “higher authority” which was just another sales person who told me the exact same thing - completely unhelpful.They then gave me the customer service number to call, which I then was on hold for 20 minutes - with no one ever picking up.Will never shop at Zara again.

This store could not provide adequate bags for my clothing. I have had to carry the coat that I bought and my 3 pairs of pants were put into separate small bags each. Each of these bags could only hold one of the pants.

I always shop here! Very good quality in clothing for both men and women!

These guys have the BEST and the WORST customer service combined together.There are a couple of sales rep who genuinely are friendly and wanting to help you with your style.Others are just rude, lazy and entitled attitude.The cloth are always great as you expect.. its zara.But some of the sales rep staff make me feel like Im shopping at Walmart.

Zara was recommended as a place to buy a leather jacket as a gift for my grandaughter. So I made my first visit to your store. While the jacket was fine, I found your staff at the Del Amo Fashion Center to be lacking in customer service. Only one person checking people out while two other employees stood at counter and visited with each other. I asked the clerk to please leave the $50.00 jacket on its hangar rather than folding it into a bag. She stated that store policy did not allow customers to have the hangar. For a plastic hangar, very poor form. My family could have been good customers, but will not visit this store again. Many other places to choose from.

Love it great prices

Just wanted to buy a jacket. After choosing one I went to the cash at the mens section. After waiting for a while a guy finally tells me it is closed, that I should use the registers at the kids section. I walk over there and stand in line for a while, then the cashier tells me that the lady in front of me will be the last, that I should go to the registers on the lower floor somewhere. At this point I gave up, who would go through the trouble of setting up a store where a customer cant pay?? Must be a union thing.
