Complete rip off place. Quality of paint is very low. They take forever to get the car back to you. Communication is extremely poor.

I had a few options for auto body facilities, but Auto Nation is the only one that called back immediately, starting with Carlos. He referred me to Joshua Green, who was there with a smile on his face from day one. Having my car fixed to better than what I took it in was great, but customer service always leaves a better impression. I will recommend Auto Nation to anyone needing repairs to their vehicles. The collision repair work performed was satisfactory.But very poor communication with me. AutoNation reps did not initiate a single call to update me on my cars progress - for over 40 days. Which was about 15 days past the estimated completion date. When I occasionally called in, they could rarely answer my questions. And when I was told they would call back with answers/updates, no one ever called back.I understand things happen with collision repair and dates get pushed back. My experience could have been significantly improved if there was just timely communication on status/push-backs so I could plan accordingly.
I had heard mixed reviews about this collision center, however when I took my new c class in to see Johnny after I got rear ended, he made everything easy, the turn around time was much faster than I expected and he communicated with me each step of the way. What a great experience! Please if you go to this center ask for Johnny, he won’t disappoint!

Carlos handled everything from interacting with the insurance company to insuring that the repairs were completed and done right. He kept me informed about everything and I was never left in the dark, wondering what was going on with the repairs. You cant even tell that the car was in an accident. Im extremely happy with the service and would recommend AutoNation Collision to anyone. Im sure that all their employees are just as conscienious as Carlos but hes the one who handled my claim and he was outstanding.Thanks to Carlos and AutoNation Collision I managed to keep my sanity during a stressful time.

This has been the worst experience with any body shop or any body work i have done. Only reason I would even give one star is Cheri and Alex who has been assisting me. I brought 2019 RDX with broken windshield and damaged hood. their initial timeline of the repair was 2 weeks or little less. Now its approaching 4 weeks mark and still not done. They have been promising me it will be done the next day. since few days ago and they told me again today it will not be done. They seem to not plan the whole process very well. they fix one thing and another problem pops and and work on it. I know these kind of thing doest always go as planned but at least i deserve accurate information. Alex and Cheri has been good and listening to my complaints. but they need to be more responsive and giving me updates, not the other way around where I have to chase for the new information and find out there is another delay. With the system they are doing, I can never recommend this place to anybody. I havent seen the final repair work so i cannot say about the quality of the work. Will update when i finally get my car back.

Greg (service advisor) was very transparent about the whole process & provided great service from end to end. Autonation handled all of the insurance paperwork with my insurer and didnt bug me at all. It did take an additional 2 days to get the repairs finished from the original date that Greg was estimating it to be done, however, the repair turned out flawless and it looked as if nothing had happened before.After repair is complete, AutoNation will wash and detail your car for you as well. Wonderful people to deal with and I wouldnt have any problems referring them to family or friends.

This shop is terrible!!!! I’ve been waiting three months for my bumper to be completed yet it was too complicated for their team. I came to pick up my vehicle and was told on the day of pick up that they went $1500 over budget and that the insurance claim didn’t cover the cost because they underestimated the supplement. I unfortunately was not the only customer in the office that had this issue. They had my vehicle 3 months over delivery date and then over charged me for parts. They do not communicate, and show no respect for their customers. The associate Edgar Molina was dishonest, didn’t return phone calls and lost the check from insurance company. When I asked for his managers information he would not give it to me and laughed in my face when he showed me the over budget bill. Never trust this shop!!!!!!!!!

Work was completed on time and at originally estimated cost. Work involved removing rear wing panel of Mercedes CLA 550, fixing dent and repainting. Price was competitive and repair very professional. Now no indication whatsoever that there had ever been damage.
Brian Urban was the best. Although we ended up getting our vehicle considered a total loss, Brian gave us advices from our side. Will definitely check out AutoNation auto collision center next time I crash my car (hopefully not).

My experience with Autonation Collision Center was good as a quality of work and bad as a customer service. . The job was excellent and the person who was following up the repair of my car Mr Josh was great .. but the I was not satisfied with the way how the manager Mr Dale behaviour in raising up the cost in unfair way like cheating ..he raised the invoice from $4150.00 as the first estimation to $ 7865.00 when the insurance company estimation took place ..I will never get back to repair any of my cars or my company cars in future ..and will never recommend Auto nation collision to any of my friends or relatives. .

Had sunroof damage to my Mercedes and brought it to AutoNation. They kept me apprised daily of when my parts would arrive, fixed the roof and cleaned all the broken glass from the interior. Very happy with the service.

The repair took longer than normal. The adjuster made promises he could not keep. The work performed needed to be redone. Adjuster stated the Insurance was not cooperative but when I dealt with them they were very cooperative and paid additional to make the repair right. Adjuster was difficult to reach and didnt return phone calls.
Worst place to bring your car didn’t even put back my parts right. I ain’t bringing it back because they take a whole month just to fix a part ridiculous.
I was recently involved in a car accident and, based on a friends recommendation, I had my car towed to Autonation in Torrance. I cant say enough about how positive my experience with this business was, specifically with Jerry Acuna. It turns out my car was damaged too badly to be repaired, and I felt like Jerry was my advocate from the beginning, looking out for my safety. When the insurance adjuster was slow to respond to me, Jerry assisted in contacting him. When I needed my personal belongings to be removed from my car before it was towed away, Jerry even did that for me and stored them at his desk until I was able to pick them up. Bottom line, Jerry was a calm voice of reason during a time when I was very stressed and unsure of what to do. I highly recommend him and this business.
Work was excellent - couldnt detect the damage after repair. Cost matched the estimate. Time took longer than estimated.
If i could give them zero stars, that is what I would give them, they are working on my 2017 Range Rover using my insurance company Allstate. It has been more than 3 months and they still doing the repairs on new damages that they caused themselves while trying to do fix the original repairs. Its been 4 times that they said that my vehicle is ready to be picked up and every time that I go and try to pick it up, my car has new scratches and chips on a different locations that were not part of the original repairs. The repairs they performed the first time were more obvious than the damages that the vehicle had before I brought it to them. Im very disappointed of their low quality of labor they performed.Every time they have a different excuse, I wonder if they are doing the same with other costumers. I took my vehicle here because they have an office inside the dealership at LAND ROVER not knowing their unprofessionalism, the worst thing is that the dealer at LAND ROVER OF SHOUTH BAY is aware of the situation, and they dont do absolutely anything to help me. Im going to talk with the store manager and explain to him what is going on, they shouldnt have an Auto Nation Collision representative at their premisses.If you are thinking of using this location for repairs on your luxury vehicle, or any vehicle please use a different location, its seems like they dont put attention on small details, and if is too late and your vehicle is already in their hands, please check your vehicle inside out before you drive away, dont trust their word if they tell you that they have already done a complete inspection.I spoke with Allstate and they said that this location is not one of their preferred repair shops. I should have listened to them when they offered to bring my vehicle to one of their preferred shops._____________I spoke with the store manager Dail, after explaining everything that just happened to me, he said SO WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME. It seems like this is a common practice at this location, he is probably fed up by costumers complaining to him. He did not offer any explanation, neither offered any investigation, no wonder why this location doesnt exceeds or achieves any expectations.What a great store manager this store has!

Unprofessional place to go to. I have repaired my Porsche here and they have done a very poor job. After 1 year the bumper pushed out. I do not recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional.
