I came to this place to get my iPhone screen repaired as I had heard many great things. I wasnt let down at all. They were knowledgeable and polite, the service was fast, the warranty on the screen I think its great for the price. I also got a discount on my iPhone case. When I upgrade my iPhone I will be going to them as soon as I get it to get the glass screen protector or on it to help stop my screen from being broken in the first place .

Great price and excellent service! Had my nephews screen replaced on his iPhone 6S the same afternoon. I can tell just by speaking with the owner that they are not going to sell you something you dont need. I felt like he was informing us what we should do as if it was his own phone. I am giving 4 stars because of their customer service. Maybe I just had a fluke experience, but this is why I couldnt give 5 stars : I visited initially to get my phone screen replaced on my Galaxy S5 because the old one completely stopped working. The S5 is slightly outdated at this point, so maybe thats why they were short stocked, but they only had a replacement screen in a different color. No big deal, I can live with that. I got the new screen on within a few hours and was good to go... Until about a week later when it started getting lines through the picture. I took it back to them and dropped it off for a few hours again. When I picked it up they reported not being able to diagnose the issue because it did not act up in the time they had it - but they said to bring it back if it continued. Well, it did, so I did. Another few hours and they had replaced the new screen with another new screen, free of charge. Great! It worked! ...until a couple weeks later when it started to fall out. Either it wasnt glued in properly, or the phone casing was too damaged (my fault) to facilitate a proper fit. Could have been either, I dont know. By this point though it just seemed too much hassle for what it was worth so I cut my losses and just got a new phone instead.

I will definitely go back here again if I need something done with my phone. Trey was very friendly and helpful. Replaced my screen, battery and screen protector, while I waited.

Had my Iphone 6s+ battery replaced at Topeka location. They did a great job and had it done in less then quoted 30 minutes while I was waiting. While I was waiting I also watched them help an older couple with a very, very, very old flip phone. Super patient and ended up charging them a symbolic amount for what is essentially troubleshooting and cleaning the phone. The couple seemed happy as they left.

I called each store around town for a screen repair. I found that all of them were trying too charge 75-100$ which i found was rather over priced especially considering I had no cracks or any damage on the glass.turned out my battery was swelling and made my screen pop out.They only charged $49.99 for a battery replacement and re attaching my screen, this literally took them 5 minutes. Happy with the service and happy that it didnt take them an hour too have it done.

Was in town working country stampede festival and broke my screen at work they were able to get my phone fixed for me in about an hour. The workers there were great very helpful and friendly and it was awsome they got my phone fixed so fast.

First off they were the only place in town that could even fix our s9+, thankfully because it was not going to last much longer otherwise...(front and back glass was shattered and phone was bent) but they did amazing it looks like it just came out of the box again!

I didnt think real customer service existed in todays world...until I stepped into iscreen express. Instead of just fixing my phone and making a few bucks Kenny let me use his phone to call apple where I learned I was still under warranty so my phone would be fixed for free. I wont be using any other store for my phone repairs.

I was SUPER nervous about having my cracked screen replace but I went ahead and did it, $100+ later its done. Owner said no internal damage and everything should be fine. The phone started to move and select things on it own and the bottom section wouldnt work so brought back a two days later (due to my work schedule and conflicting hours) and they tried to tell me that the screen had been damaged but that nothing else and my phone was fine but that I had spilled juice (not water) on it or one of my kids did. He had already replaced the screen. That was another $100+ later. I didnt argue, I need my phone for business purposes but I felt robbed because I KNOW my kids didnt spill juice on it (they were out of town) nor did I but I left it alone. I just would highly NOT recommend this place and next time Ill just take the L and pay my deductible it would of been cheaper then this whole mess and probably less time without a non-functioning phone. WORST mistake EVER, Use apple or your insurance it will be worth the money in the end!
