Wow. Wow is all I can say. Very impressed. I bought a refurbished phone from them and two days later a crack appeared out of nowhere. I always felt like it didn’t feel right in that corner where the crack started. I told them I’d pay for a new screen but that I really felt like it was defective from the start. They took it apart and agreed with me. They replaced it free. They could have lied and charged me but hey didn’t. I will sing their praises and recommend to everyone I know. Honest company. My mobile samsung note 9 is damaged front glass cracked and isnt work show the screen full green cant see apps. I went to t-mobile they give me the business card Cell Phone Repair (CPR). I was contact CPR. They said can repair new glass cover only one hour. I arrive there CPR the store. They isnt friendly look like serious and unhappy. They said can repair cover new glass and pick up 2 day business. I thought they said one hour. They said can transfer other samsung note 9 pink. No way! My mobile blue is mine. I just puzzle. Beware dont trust them steal inside mobile system. My mobile body is fine only crack glass. I dont trust them.

My iPad needed a new charging port. Found them on a google search and took a chance. Called and asked a few questions, stopped by later that day to drop off device. Turn around was quick, less than what they told me. My device can now charge and I thought the price was reasonable for what they had to do. I would go there again for fixes.

My power button was jammed and so I brought in my phone for repair. They told me that they needed to take the phone apart to get the button unstuck.The cleaning and repair was a good price and it only took 2 hours.However when I got my phone back the speaker wouldn’t work. They had not put the phone back together right.Thankfully it only took 10 minutes for them to correct the problem with no extra charge.If not for this problem I would gladly give 5 stars. As it is I can only give 4 for effort and great prices.If you’re going to get your phone repaired here, run a few tests to double check that everything works.

Took my IPhone 11 in a couple days ago, because AT&T didn’t know what was wrong with it. They checked the serial number (to see if it had been recalled) it had not. They told me to wait for the update, because a lot of 11’s were glitching. It updated yesterday, and what do ya know? Glitching gone! Joe and his crew saved me A LOT of money.

I took my phone in because my screen was unresponsive. They told me the cost to fix it. When I came to pick it up, the only problem was my battery and they didn’t charge me a thing! It’s hard to find honest people these days. I highly recommend these guys. They are now my store for phone repair!

This is the worst place ever! I went to get my shattered phone fixed and I would of much rather had the shattered phone than what I have now! I don’t have a cracked screen anymore but the whole left side of my phone doesn’t work! My phone goes crazy 24/7 and says I’m typing random stuff when I’m not even touching it! The people there must not know what the heck they’re doing and messed up the inside wires or something! But after I took my phone here it’s never been the same! I wish I could rate lower than zero stars. I now have to get a WHOLE NEW PHONE!

The first screen they put on my phone was terrible, had tons of lag and screen burn in. They replaced it for free, but it still looks not great. They didn’t tell me that with an iPhone 11 it would change the way it looks if I didn’t go through apple, until I went in to get my bunk screen replaced. They also never sent me a receipt. I wish I could just get a refund and go to Apple and get the real deal, if they would have been honest with me up front I wouldn’t have gotten my screen replaced there. Very sad and disappointed.

Fixed my shattered (front and back) Note 9 in an hour. Good by waiting in line at the cell store to upgrade. Even replaced the cameras which other stores said couldnt be done. Location is a concern. Dont try to turn left into drive way. Continue on west and turn into target and turn around so you get a right turn into the driveway.

My go to place for screen repairs is closed on Saturdays so I decided to give CPR Cell Phone Repair a try. They were fast, professional, and so far the screen is working great. Amazing customer service and quick problem resolution. I had my iPhone 11 less than a month. It wouldnt charge any longer after using an aftermarket car charger. I took it back to where I originally purchased it and they told me there was physical damage to the port so they couldnt do anything and would charge basically for a whole new phone ($800+). I took it to my carrier who took one brief look and said the same thing and referred me to Apple. I was confused/very frustrated because there was not physical damage at all. I took it to CPR and in less than 5 minutes, they had discovered that the end of the charging cord I was using was stuck in the port. They pulled it out and my phone was fixed instantly. They took my day instantly from a very low place to much much happier. Very knowledgeable staff, quick expert service, and a genuine caring attitude. Highly recommended.

They were very helpful assisting my mom pick out a case for her new phone. They had a good selection of cases & the young lady who helped us even installed the screen protector my mom purchased at Walmart without any charge. Even though they were busy. My screen shattered on my phone. My phone is $129.99 for a brand new one. This dude quoted me $135 for a fix...SERIOUSLY??? Itd be the same price to get a whole new phone. And that price is outrageous when you go online and see a new screen in and of itself is about 20 bucks. These people are crazy.

Ive never actually had them fix anything, but have taken several phones and tablets there for various problems. They always do a thorough exam while I wait and provide a diagnosis with options...all at no charge. I feel like they are knowledgeable, honest and fair. They will tell me if it cant be fixed or if its cheaper to buy a new one.

Well let me tell you about CPR cell phone repair! I took an I phone there to be repaired only to be told the phone was damaged and couldnt be repaired! Took it to a personal friend and the phone is fixed and Workin like a charm! No thanks to CPR cell phone repair!

Had batteries replaced in 3 cell phones. They had to order the batteries because the phones were not iPhones and it takes an hour to replace a battery because of the time needed to reseal the back of the phone. But its a lot better than buying 3 new phones just because they dont stay charged.

Excellent and fast service. Replaced iPhone 6 battery in 15 minutes and gave me directions on how to properly charge the battery. Quick, easy, and inexpensive. Told me theres a 90 warranty on the battery and if I have any problems or questions come back in and theyll take care of it. Friendly as well.

I was in town visiting family and had problems with my iPhone. Of course the issue didn’t arise once I got into the store but they took my phone apart and looked for it anyways. Exceptional in every way. Now that phones are costing as much as a thousand dollars or more, its important to have someone in your corner to keep your pricey phone working as long as feasible. They fixed a cracked screen and a cracked camera lens for us and we couldnt have been more impressed. Super nice, super knowledgeable, and very fair prices.

Screen went out on the iPhone 8, Sprint quoted me $250 to fix it, these guys did it for $85+tax. Only took 90minutes, good customer service, like the location. Very happy I found these guys! Will return in the future for all my broken phone needs!

First off, Id like to say that some of the reviews posted here may be biased. The store offers a 5% discount if you leave them a review before checking out, and they even offer to help you with the process. I feel as if people may be more likely to give a good review with the shop workers breathing over their shoulder, which is exactly why Google asks businesses not to do this in their policy guidelines.My experience with this shop was not great. I was first given an estimate of $50 for my repair. When the worker looked it up he said it would be $60, which is fine, I understood that his first price had been an estimate. I was asked to return to the shop in an hour.When I returned, I was told that the price would actually be $70. I was asked if I agreed to the new price. I asked if it would take another hour, and the worker said no, give me 5 minutes, I still have your phone open.Its not great for a phone to be reopened multiple times, so I agreed to the new price rather than take it to another shop. I feel as if the right thing for them to do would have been to give me the price theyd originally quoted me. The repair did not take 5 minutes; it took over 20 minutes (I work in customer service and know that people exaggerate their wait times, but I wear a watch, and I purposefully kept track).They did a good job with my repair; my phone is now working. The shop smelled great and was very clean. However, they definitely could improve their customer service. The guys are smart and know what theyre doing; I would suggest to them that they get a friendly face to organize incoming visitors and to take care of customer issues.

Hi my name is Sydney. my best fiend Clarissa dropped my phone and shattered my phone screen. my phone is currently getting fixed, hence why I’m on her phone. I came to iGurus and they were accommodating and super great. they got my phone fixed in a jiffy and did a great job. other than some guy behind talking up a storm, it was a great experience.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! After having my phone glass repair replaced, it developed a stress crack within a week. CPR tells me I have to go through the glass manufacturer who tells me my warranty claim is denied because the damage occurred within 15 days of the replacement. I contacted CPR and received this back:Unfortunately if they have denied your claim due to this there is not much I can do to remedy it as they also void the coverage when this happens. The best I will be able to do here at the store is perhaps offer a small discount on your repair, however I am unable to cover it for free under the Liquid Defense warranty if the policy has been voided. I do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.I later find out from a new repair facility that the screws were tightened too much by CPR. They dont back their service, they dont back their product, and you should not waste your time and money. This is a joke to small businesses... Lesson learned and never again!

Referred by TBS in Topeka. Took phone in for glass repair. Fast, local service. Fingerprint scanner button became in functional after the glass repair. Warranty was voided due to not having service done by Apple. I didnt want to have to program a new phone. You win some and sometimes you lose. Had to make a choice. I would have appreciated a discount or even a refund. Neither was ever offered. Oh well, they fixed the glass.
