Still a great place to find accessories for some retro gaming systems.

Stock was a bit low but the kid working there was extremely friendly. Prices ranged on most items. Hopefully stock will increase soon as the visit was enjoyable. Since the pandemic prices on old games has gone insane so Im glad these places are staying realistic.

Great little store. Walked in asking for old gaming accessories and was so happy to leave with all our needs plus more. Will be returning to have my old Sega Game Gear fixed.

I brought my PlayStation in for a fix was told it was going to be a week/ week and a half at most after, not to mention every time I called the store no answer! After 2 weeks I finally went to the store guy told me that it would be ready the next day But to no surprise it wasn’t ready the next day! moral of the story if your looking for a fast fix and good customer service don’t go to these guys spend your money else where!

Horrible service. Don’t come here to get anything fixed. Boyfriend brought his PlayStation in a little over 2 weeks ago, he was told it would be fixed in a week. Every time he calls no one answers the phone. He went to the store on 9/9 and asked where his PlayStation was, the guy working said it would be ready the next evening. My bf went back that next day and they were closed an hour early, so still no PlayStation back. Definitely do not recommend.

Bought a (broken) gamecube as a birthday present for my sister, first time playing noticed that it did not read the disks at all. Brought it back to be repaired and was told it would take no longer than two weeks. 6 weeks and countless unanswered phone calls later, they told me it was unfixable. They said I only had two options, get my money back, or wait till they are back in stock. I had a phone call with the penny pinching owner of the store who was very rude off the bat, told him I wanted a refund of some kind but he refused. He told me that a small business like this does not make a lot of profit........ I wonder why.

Checked out many great games here and the fact that they have games that arent just from the last two gaming generations already makes me super happy. The game I got from here is working amazingly and I will definitely come back for some more older games, primarily GameCube. The guy who was there the night we came was nice and the place was pretty nice to be in.

It deals basically in older consoles and games. You wont find many games or accessories for new model consoles. They do take trades on any console and game though

They have a decent selection of used games and consoles as well as new ones. The prices are always great as well as trade in value and service.I recommend everyone stop by if youre looking for a new game.

We had a Birthday party here for my 16 year old twins and their friends. They all had a good time playing games and eating pizza. I had to do very little besides book the party. The party helper : Paul was very helpful.

Kudos to Al and Jay and their efforts to ensure my experience was a fluke and not the standard. The reasons why are as follows;1. Zach will not care about your kids being there - he will be on his phone the whole time. He also doesnt know anything about the NHL so dont bother having your kid ask him how to switch teams on any hockey games they want to play. That last sentence was sarcasm by the way, why would you need to know anything about the NHL to be able to switch teams? I dont know anything about war but I can help my son set up a mission in COD?2. You will be treated rudely when its time to pay3. You will be treated rudely when its time to leave because Zachs shift is ending4. You will be bugging someone else if you ask them about additional game options instead of Zach5. When you are trying to wrangle 15 excited kids into paying attention to the food portion of the party, Zach will be playing video games and telling the kids they can play more games after theyre done eating without checking with you firstExtremely disappointed, will not recommend to anyone

Store visits are ok. But the website has really gone down. Theres nothing listed so I could compare prices with other stores like Game Stop. Not sure if they still fix systems or not. I prefer Game Stop now even though they are right around the corner.

Place is horrible brought my boyfriend PlayStation 4 to get fixed. They said they fixed it when I went home to try it it wasn’t working brought it back they said they did something wrong come back tomorrow and it’ll be fixed. Came back and they said they couldn’t fix it so they issued me a refund. The refund they did some how ended up declining and they keep saying they don’t know how and won’t try and give it again so I lost out on 134$ and now they stopped answering my calls !! Don’t go here to get anything Fixed !!! Also the worker was very nasty and threatened to call the cops on me if I called or came back there for my money !!!!

Good games, good prices, and a very friendly staff. Every person I spoke to had very honest and helpful reviews and support when deciding on a new game. The people working there are gamers and their open and honest reviews made me want to continually go to this location to purchase their products.

Oogie Games is a great place to find used video games. I recently moved to the area, so I wasnt too familiar with the stores. I went to Oogie first, and Im glad I did. I was greeted when I entered, and was offered help anytime I needed it. The staff seemed to be knowledgeable. I found that the prices were better than Play N Trade, right across the street. Whatever games I could not find, the staff offered to search other stores and their warehouse to find it. Overall, it was a great experience.

They give really good service, friendly, and informative. The people who work here not only sell games, they play games. So they know their stuff.

Love it. Just flat out love it. Its the gaming shop we need, with better prices for trade ins and on used games and gear than anywhere else. They have vintage systems (from atari and intellivision on down), and the employee we have talked to both times we were there is extremely knowledgeable.

We attended a birthday party there and the young man may want the same party again. I sure hope so we had a blast!

Bought a game a week before and took it home. Of course, it doesnt work and I lost the receipt. I didnt want to return or exchange the game. I wanted answers on why it didnt work! Only response was do I have the receipt. I had my bank statement that has the price and the date of the purchase of the game. Couldnt help me at ALL. Out $15 not including gas round trip. Will never return to this place AGAIN. Left the game in the grass in front of their store.

Got a N 64 with no problems. Dude had a sweet beard and helped us clean our old games and even tested them for us. Definitely will be coming back

Suprised to find this still open. Stopped in as i drive by on my way to gamestop. I need a new xbox one controller and figured id see what he was charging. His prices for new controllers arw the same as gamestop. His used are a little cheaper but with my powerup rewards card its still cheaper at gamestop. However, Oogie has a niche. And its in the HUGE selection of games for older consoles. Snes, nes, sega, ps1 and even many older portables. He still sell new games, not the selection that gamestop does but while you MIGHT find an older game at the stop youll absolutely find said game and many others here. He also offers better prices for trade ins... If u dont have a powerup card. I get my powerup rewards membership for free but if you are a casual gamer or just hate commercial stores then Oogie is the place for you.

Absolute filth. Went in looking for some classic Xbox, GameCube, and ps2 games. Came out a disappointed person. To starts things off, this character behind the desk didn’t say anything but hello. Didn’t even say goodbye. The game selection, oh their beautiful game selection. GameCube consisted of 13 games at most, with the only decent one being super monkey ball. Mainly had movie games such as shark tale and not to mention they had about 18 copies of ant bully for every system possible. Same goes for the other consoles. However, their Nintendo switch collection was completely abysmal. Consisted of a small handful of overpriced garbage. Prices for everything are extremely outrageous to be quite frank. Would have given it a zero if possible. I just have to wonder why they have 18 copies of every movie game on every system for about 30$ in 2019. Complete scam!

Oogie Games is a great place to get games both modern and retro, you can tell the staff cares about games and gives useful information. We have a Sega dreamcast and short of going online this store is the only place to get games for it.

This is one of the best local game store. Id suggest they allow local delivery from their warehouse and access to stock online to really increase their presence.

Oogie games use to be my favorite retro game store, but I had a bad time just a few days ago. All of the common nes, snes, and genesis games are now behind the counter have to ask permission to see the play action football for the snes which they have 20 copies of the game. I want to pick the best condition copy . Which cost $2.99 game behind the counter doesn’t make sense To me. I will never shop at your store again

Yesterday me and the wife stopped by to trade in maybe a hundred and twenty games. many of current-gen Xbox one and last-gen games. Xbox 360,OG Xbox.They had a very healthy selection of modern and classic games but my experience was soured for the rest of my life I only got 117 dollars for everything?!?! after spending an hour waiting for them to finish getting everything scanned in I decided just to leave with the money will never go back there again.And trust me I understand about trade-in prices of video games but when I have games like red Dead redemption 2, The Witcher 3 complete, dragon Ball fighterz, and lots current releases and of rare games complete and only receive $117??! hell I remember trading in a game called blast lacrosse on the PS1 it was just one of maybe hundred and twenty games I traded in that day. they were selling it there for $40.So yeah I got completely robbed and disgusted.going all-digital just one more customer will never buy a physical game again f*** that place.

I have shopped here for retro games but the selection is still not that great, if you buy newer used games that are in disc for, make sure you check the CD, they accept really poor condition games for trade ins, I had to being back multiple copies of the same game because it wouldnt read the disc it was so badly scratched, would love to have a legend of zelda NES game but dont feel like its worth spending 40 bucks on a 20+ year old game

Took our ps3 there over a year ago for a repair and have had no issues since. Its a little louder than it was, but thats because they used a larger fan than they install at the factory. We have no complaints. Thank you!

Ive always had a great experience at Oogie Games. I wanted to buy Windwaker for the Gamecube complete with the disc, manual and box. They tracked down all the parts from their stores and I walked away a happy customer. I LOVE their classic gaming selection. The prices are very fair for 8 and 16 bit gaming.

We went here, spur of the moment when we were in town headed to the movies for our sons birthday party. It was Black Friday and they had several deals that were still running even at 3pm. The store is set up to be easily navigated and appears to be clean. They also have character merchandise from things such as Pokemon and Star Wars. There are a vast selection of games for every system, new and old.My husband inquired if they fix PS4 Pros since the Bluetooth on ours stopped working right outside of warranty. The staff were prompt and helpful trying to find a solution to our issue. We ended up buying two Star Wars toys for Christmas and the total was only $12!Overall when we are in the area we will be stopping back!

Oogie games does two things from what Ive seen. First they sell games that are often damaged and/or sun bleached. Secondly, they sell games often at more than twice the price that you could find online. If you give them your money, you might as well throw it away.
