Mike is very knowledgeable and an honest man. Was having pc troubles and was able to fix very promptly. He was also able to educate me on things and took the time to really showed he cared about me as a customer. Would 10/10 recommend CZONE to anyone.

Is very thorough and does good detail work. May take a little while but if he has an idea of what to do to fix your device he will do it. Theres no promises without Solutions here and he will guarantee his work. The only caveat is to know that the owner is very straight to the point, it does not particularly like small talk so know what you need when you get there and be direct and you will be fine. My ps3 was freezing so I took it in for a cleaning which was $60 A couple days later it was still doing it so i took it back. Had the laser changed out. He said he did a deep good cleaning. Drove home and it wouldnt turn on drove again 45 mins back out there to have him fix a plug in he forgot. The lazer and everything cost another $90. Here I am a wk later and it just turned off. The fan is clogged. All together ive paid $150. I thought of calling him again about it but im just gonna take it elsewhere. Honestly after forgetting to plug stuff in and when I got home i hit format and lost all my saved stuff. Im very diappointed in my experience. I thought he was a good guy that would do things right. Im going to include a pic. Taken today. Mind you he said he did a deep clean on it Twice...

The hinge on my laptop was broken so badly that I had to hold the base together to open and close my computer. Mike fixed it up and it opens as smooth as butter now! Even though it was a bigger job than anticipated, he still only charged me the original price he quoted me! If you want honest computer repairs, go see Mike!

This place was recommended to me by my mother, who worked in the plaza nearby CZONE. I had an issue with my gaming laptop running poorly (corrupted files related to hard drive and related to windows update data deletion and file corruption) . So I decided to take it here.I walked in and was greeted by Mike (owner) and right away we got to talking about not only my laptop issues, but the guy loves video games and loves computers. And oh yeah, couldn’t be a nicer guy.So I left him with my 1200 MSI gaming laptop and I got in back a week later. And folks, not only did he fix all the issues, but it runs better than it did when I first bought the laptop. He reinstalled windows for me and backed up my files. The laptop is super fast and processes great. He brought it back to life. Mike really knows his stuff and takes great pride and passion in the business of fixing and building computers. I was ready to bite the bullet and go buy a new laptop, and I’ve only had my laptop for 4 years with a high quality processor, 17.3 inch screen, NVIDIA graphics card, and 8gig of RAM. Instead, I got my computer fixed for 140 bucks. And I couldn’t be anymore pleased.This is the place I’ll be taking my electronics to and I suggest people do the same.Mike, thank you for fixing it!

Clearly the owner can not handle judgement or criticism from others. I have went here before and the owner argued with me about the price to fix my playstation 3. It would be better to just buy a new one instead of fixing it. You can find a cheap one on Ebay Well I did get my playstation 3 fixed for half of the price this guy said. And it was fixed about a year ago, it still works as if it were new. P.s. check around before you go here. This place may be a 2nd choice or last choice depending on what needs to be fixed.Edit: The reply to this review does not make any sense. This place is pricey. If you wanna repair your cell phone screen then look around first before going here because the guy there charges more then others. So here is my personal experience with this place. The past time I went to this place was to repair my phone screen since it was cracked. The guy said the repair would be over 200 for just the front. (I think it was 279.99 or something like that) He said it was so high because of the screen and he also put labor into it as well. I went around and found another place that can repair my phone screen and do the manufacturers testing on it as well and replace the outside of the phone for less of the price czone gave me. So I went with the other company. (My phone is an S10 and it does cost a lot to repair since I did my research) (Edited to respond to the reply from czone) P.S. for czone guy. When you reply to criticism and people who post things that are not good. Utilize it as an opportunity to help make your company better. Not looking at those who post bad reviews and replying they have a history of doing so. If you want to do research then do it on prices. Literally look around and compair your prices to others prices for similar things you have or jobs you have done.I have stopped in this place a few times for other things to see how much it would be to repair them but I never got them repaired here. Due to the high cost. The story that I gave is an actual experience and my brother was with me. So please do not say it was false and try to get me to give a better review when it was a bad experience.Also. The reviews that I give are honest. They may be brutal but they are how it is. My PS4 Pro fan ran so loud when playing games that taxed the system hardware that I could hardly hear anything through the speakers. Im so happy I brought it to CZone to get the problem fixed. Michaels care, attention to detail, and commitment to the customer experience made this an especially rewarding experience. Ive lived in a few cities across America and have occasionally needed repairs on items Im too unskilled to fix myself, and so brought a laptop or phone to a special place to get it fixed. None of my prior experiences were as positive as the one I had at CZone. Cant recommend this place enough.

I recently went to CZone to have my boyfriends cell phone repaired, he passed away tragically in early October and I wanted so badly to get videos and photos of him with our children out of the phone. The owners were so friendly and helpful and did the repair quickly and at an extremely good price for the work that needed to be done. I did get the videos and pictures out of the phone and it makes me happy to have those memories to look back on and I wouldn’t have been able to do that without CZone 🙂 I highly recommend their services to everyone they’re wonderful!
