Google says theyre open 24 hours I know with the pandemic they probably werent always open 24 hours but Ive gone there later at night before. I got off work really late one night made a special trip there just to get ice cream for dinner cuz it was too late to get real food and they told me that they were closed 2 minutes before I got there yet thats not what Google said and thats not what Google says now either. It wasnt super late and I was super surprised. I got an ice cream there one time at 11:00 at night but I go less than a week later and theyre close at 9:45?

Found out the Jersey B-R’s are exactly NO better than the Chicago ones. Terrible service, multiple menu items posted but out of stock, ice cream they DO have often fails to be fresh. Don’t waste your time - go on to Dairy Queen or friendlys when in NJ.

I’ve been coming here to get ice cream on Fridays for the past few weeks and the service has been terrible each time. I was hoping that it was just a few bad nights, but tonight employees were actually coming outside to talk to the drivers in the drive-thru and one employee was too busy chatting with the occupants in the car at the window to actually get them their order. We actually had to beep the horn to get the employee to get a move on! I don’t know what how service was before COVID, but I think the pandemic has made these girls way too comfortable with slacking off.

Everything was fantastic, the service was very friendly and efficient and the ambiance was really great too! They had an oldies music station on and it was really nice to sit and relax in a nice atmosphere. Ill definitely be back, and often!

They have like 24 different kinds of ice cream and all can be made any way you like you want a cake of bitter pecan they can do it I got my moms birthday cake there and she loved it and you can get your old fashion donut well you get icecream

Bought a bagel with cream cheese at 5 pm, cream cheese was sour (spoiled). Coffee tasted old. This is my usual stop on the way home, I will have to think about going here in the future.

This the best dunkin donuts and baskin robbins. Everything is fresh, coffee is hot, service is outstanding. Everything is clean including the bathroom! Had the hot coffee last night with a little bit of pumpkin flavor in it and it was so good. 5 Stars 👍

I had no idea you had to be a rocket scientist and an engineer to work at this place. This is the 3rd time I have been to this location ever because it is the only place open and Im telling you never come here.... I pull into drive thru and order a large hot fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream and the girl asks me how many scoops and I say whatever comes with a large and again asks me but how many scoops Really???. So then I pull around to the window and the girl takes my credit card, swipes it and takes payment.... Walks away from the window down and comes back literally 4 minutes later and says we are out of vanilla ice cream Are you kidding me, who runs out of vanilla ice cream? So then I proceed to ask for a refund and the girl just stared at me blankly and says is there another flavor you want? No i dont want another flavor, I asked for vanilla for a reason I would just like a refund. Is your manager here? I ended up having to go inside and basically fight with the manager for 25 mins before I got my refund. Worst experience of my life

Its hit or miss how your order will come out when you go here.. order the same thing an everyday it comes out different

Place clean but i try paid with coins in a tube of 5.00 dollars and one of the employee a guy told me noo ..because he dont take a lots of change

The appear to be closed and have an attitude when you pull up in the drive through.

Although I love their All about oreo the size of the icecream scoops are small! I go once a week for a treat and unkess I ask so far only once have the scoops been larger then a golf ball.

They were out of chocolate chip! Booo!

Not the best sundae tonight and costly if you weren’t in a Dunkin’ Donuts location you be closed !
