The bagels here were awesome, as were the sandwiches. The pork roll was amazing, brought me back to my childhood! We brought bagels home. Wish we had a shop like that here.

Before Kit and I start the day of errands, we stopped by a local place weve been to in the past. I ordered the Heart Attack once again. Kit ordered a Egg Bagel with Egg, Pork Roll and Hash Brown sandwich.The person who took the order came out to our table and asked if I wanted to upgrade to the Stroke?Looking a little confused, glazed stare by me.She said, would I like a hash brown on my sandwich.The answer was, sure, why not.As the sandwiches were made, my inner voice justified the change up from my previous mornings regular breakfast sandwich of egg and jalapenos with the occasional pork added.Only do this once in a couple of months and it was a way to celebrate another day of inside dining!!!

I like this place a lot, coffee is pretty good, bagels are really good, prices arent bad at all. I hear theyre crowded in the mornings (its a bagel place after all) but slipping in around lunch time has never result in a wait longer than about ten or fifteen minutes.

What happened?? Just got my turkey bacon egg white cheese sandwiches this morning and you guys definitely cut back on making your sandwiches like you use too, a half a egg white only on one side of sandwich and, so small now . You use to have nice big sandwiches but not anymore, going elsewhere, such a shame!! Must be new owners

Great customer service, ordered over the phone. The man was very patient and polite and had no problem explaining the menu and what bagels they had left. Gotta go early to get a good selection on bagels. So sad they don’t made home fries anymore since the pandemic but hopefully they put them back on their menu soon.

Seriously GIANT bagels. Did you ever get bagels that have so little topping on them you can barely tell one from another? Not here. Whether your favorite is sesame, poppy, onion, garlic, or any other you will be satisfied. Dont even get me started on the Heart Attack. Enough food for 2, but what fun is sharing?!

Usually the bagels are warm and soft, However the bagels are not the same I ordered the dozen they were hard and no one ate them which I thought was strange Broadway had the best bagels in the the Northside of Toms River also the French that bagels are totally different from what was offered before. I just hope covid is the reason for the slack because we like this place

Broadway Giant Bagels is the BEST place to eat. The bagels are phenomenal and chewy. Like literally the best bagels Ive ever eaten. Theyre so good you can eat them without butter or cream cheese or anything. They also make superb lunch sandwiches which are served on either a bagel, wrap, or bread. Everything is made to order and super fresh.

I couldnt even post a photo because I devoured it that quickly! They are not kidding when they say Giant Bagels! Order catering! Great prices and clients will be so impressed!

First time customer and all I can say is Im definitely coming back for more. I normally dont like bagels but a friend told me to try it and im glad I did. The staffs were very cool. I highly recommend this place!

The food is good but the kids who work there are horrible. Always goofing off, never answer the phone, will stand there talking amongst each other and not address customers. Im surprised the owner hasnt intervened. Ive been there about 10 times and have never had a good experience with the people who work there. I stopped going and found another bagel store where the service is much better.

This place has so much potential. The bagels are always good. But they are always running out of bagels and even home fries! No matter what day of the week you go or what time of the day. The staff is always rushing you and your order and they are very disorganized.

Bagels are normal sized and the breakfast sandwich had 1 egg and was eh. it was alright. they also had 4 people standing inside waiting for food while two people were eating inside the store which was kind of a red flag for me considering corona virus is a thing.and the store is small.... call ahead if youre at higher risk for covid unless you wanna stand inside while people without masks eat about 3 feet away from you

Absolutely wonderful!!! The 2 ladies working were not only extremely kind and personal, they went out of their way to give some toast and soda to my brother who wasn’t feeling well. Great customer care and the food was amazing! #5, I high recommend it especially if you’re hungry. I will be back.

Bunch of goof balls working behind the counter. If you want to lighten the mood go get some breakfast or lunch. If you become a regular watch out for a birdie now and again. They use quality ingredients and meats. Some may consider their bagels a little too bread like and not bagel like, I think this is more personal preference though. They are still good bagels. They have good sandwiches too. Youre bound to encounter regulars the staff knows in front or behind you in line whenever you go in there. To me thats a good sign of good service and good food.

This place has the worst customer service. I have called several times to place an order only to be put on hold. While I’m on hold I get to listen to the girl help several other customers and they never pick up the phone. I call back and it goes to a voicemail. Ridiculous!!!!

Used to be the most professional and best tasting bagel place around and the taste hasnt changed. no longer able to call ahead due to the lack of the employees answering and u can see why when u get there cause they are all just flirtatiously joking with each other rather than doing there jobs. i waited 45 minutes inside for a pork roll and egg and a bacon egg and cheese whole time just watched in bewilderment as no work was happening. in the stores defense debbie was not there and it was all kids who were working but still this has happened on many occasions and its sad no other bagel shops this close have the quality of food you guys have

I eat here at least once a week, I wish I could more often but travel to work in the opposite direction. The atmosphere is right for a friendly Deli. The quality is great, upon my request they make my pork-roll crispy just how I like it! Thank you wonderful staff!

Placed an order that my girlfriend picked up. Part of the order was wrong.It should have been bacon, and egg on a bagel, and home fries.Instead, there were 2 bagels with cream cheese.She called, and was told the person who’s order it was, was still there, and to just stop back and exchange it with him, because he didn’t open it.I’m only posting this because they should have at least given everyone a new order.People opening, touching, and doing who knows what to someone’s food, seems a little unsanitary.After all, I received a large order from Mcdonalds that happened to be wrong, and the minute I brought it back, they threw it away in front of me, and gave me a new order.THAT seems like the clean, safe thing to do.

If your limited on time never go here they take there time and the product isn’t even professional at the end. I got a bagel with cream cheese toasted and I was sitting for 10 min, so long they forgot if they rung me up. DO NOT RECOMMEND

It was clean. The Bagels are in no way even CLOSE to a NY bagels! I had what I call a hard roll with a hole in it! Bagels should be doughy n chewing, even on the inside. It was also soft spread cream cheese. Not what I was hoping for.

I have had better bagels and they must be low on staff as I attempted to call and order ahead but the phone continued to ring. When I got there in person, the phone continued to ring and no one answered them.

Terrible service and ok bagels. Waited over 20 minutes after ordering for 4 bagels with cream cheese while several people who came after I did, ordered hot breakfast sandwiches, and were out the door before me. Staff was rude when I asked about my order and told me its coming up now several times as I continued to wait. Cream cheese was store bought Philadelphia Cream Cheese, which they also sold by the tub. Overall, disappointing bagel experience, especially when NJ/NY is supposed to be bagel heaven! :(

This is my go to bagel shop in Ocean County. The bagels are delicious, the staff is really cool and they make good size breakfast sandwiches. I recommend a cheddar bagel toasted, with porkroll, egg and cheese ... DOUBLE EVERYTHING!! #supportlocalbusiness

If you don’t have OCD you will after you leave here. One of the most disorganized places I’ve ever been to. It seems like it’s always everyone’s first day on the job and I swear they have a bonus plan that pays extra for every time you bump into a coworker. Every time they change the layout, it gets worse. The coffee station is a disaster. Been there mamy times and I still have no idea where the garbage is. If you have severe OCD I highly recommend ordering ahead to limit your exposure to the ensuing chaos. However, if you want one of the best breakfast sandwiches in Ocean County this is the place to go. Bagels do not disappoint. They’d get ten stars if it wasn’t so disorganized.
