Staff is very very nice, sweet, and talkative. It can get busy on the weekend. They have a coffee bar to sit at as well as a dining area. There coffee selection is amazing. They have hot, iced, frappuccinos, lattes, and a wide selection of hot/iced teas. There are flavored coffees like Caramel toffee, candy bar versions, and coconut. They have a bunch of desserts as well as packaged cookies and muffins. There is a wide selection of food varieties: appetizers, vegetarian, pizzas, burgers, hot/cold wraps/sandwiches, and salad meals. The meals come with an oiled pasta salad, mayonnaise based potato salad, or mixed side salad. For an additional fee you can substitute for fries or another item. We had the bruschetta grilled chicken sandwich and the balsamic chicken sandwich (without mozzarella) and then the Kentucky pie (chocolate chip cookie with pecans).

I love Cool Beans and their food is so good, but today I witnessed something happen that made me upset. I am totally fine with the mask mandate lifted and the employees taking their mask off. That is no problem! But one of the employees kept their mask on and his coworker(a woman) told him to take it off and he refused. I was a little disappointed that she did that him. Everyone is in their own right to wear one or not. There is no need to go at him when he feels more safe to wear one.

Sadly the Buffalo wrap was more salad than chicken so it was like a spicy lettuce with hint of chicken and the cheesecake was too thick and heavy. But it was clean, and the staff polite and friendly.

Matt our waiter was so accommodating. Our food was good as always. They follow all Covid-19 guidlines. Great place for friends to meet and relax with a good cup of coffee. I also enjoyed looking at the artwork on the walls done by local artists! Was tempted to buy one!

The best place ever! We order take out from them all the time and the food and beverages are always consistently delicious! One of our absolute favorite places ever. Get the honey dipped chicken wrap—never a disappointment.

Website says open til 11 on Saturdays so I drove over only to arrive at 7:30 and pull handle to find doors where locked there was 2 employees who saw me but ignored me and walked away needless to say I will never try to eat their again

As a tourist asking about a breakfast place in Cool Beans Coffee House we were consistently directed to Goose Feathers. It was close to our hotel so we decide to check it out. It looked clean and there was a line out the door. Wow, we thought, we must of really found the right spot! Things went down hill from there. Mind you it wasnt bad, but it wasnt special in any way. Ergo, the average rating.

I had a better impression of this place the last time is visited it, but its been years.Server was a little overwhelmed and ended up getting flustered at whether or not an item on the menu had allergens. Its not a huge deal, I understand times are strange, I just probably wont be going back there.

I thought this was just a coffee shop, well I was pleasantly surprised. They have a great menu which includes sandwiches to dessert. Everything I had was excellent! This is now my favorite place! The staff is also very courteous. It has a New York feel to it with modern artwork on the walls. I highly recommend 👍👍Very cool place.😊

I wanted to try cool beans because it had a good rating, and I respected the pun. After trying it, Im disappointed.Cool Beans is part of a strip mall. Parking is easy because the shops in the strip mall arent too busy. The counter is immediately in front when you walk into the store, and there are tables behind it.You can either order to stay or to go. I got it to go. I ordered the Jack Frost mocha, but that is definitely not what I received. The drink I got tasted nothing like what was supposed to be in the drink, so there was likely a miscommunication; however, the flavors that were in there shouldnt be in any drink ever. I cant describe what it tasted like, but it didnt taste like it should be consumed.Overall, this place left a bad taste in my mouth, and only gets two stars instead of one because the servers were nice.

Great place! Laid back staff, really know what theyre doing! Wide FOOD selection with plenty to offer, and daily chef specials that are always worth checking out!!! Coffee strong enough to defend itself, desserts that look just as good as they taste, muffins and crumb cakes with a hot coffee great for a morning breakfast at the bar, something for everyone. Frozen, hot, or iced CANDY BAR LATTES, decent selection of green, black, and herbal teas. Knowledgable taste buds. Also decorated with local art, often very large, intricate acrylic and oil paintings. Very welcoming atmosphere, 10/10 would recommend.

Cool Beans is a great casual place to meet for Lunch & Dinner and bring your own wine. A place to getogether with friends and even enjoy a Psychic Reading while dining on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Tasty great variety menu includes delicious deserts and excellent staff service! Highly Recommend!

Been there several times recently. Coffee and cappuccino good. Muffins fine. Service pleasant not good. Had to ask for muffin a second time then it arrived toasted. Didnt want it toasted. Did ask if we wanted refill.

Im in the middle of a kitchen remodel and I have been getting lunch and dinner takeout from Cool Beans in the past couple of days..I was even there for dinner two nights ago..Last night my order got somewhat mixed up with someone elses and I didnt find that out until I returned home..I called them back and due to my being very hungry I was a bit upset..They were extremely nice about the mix up and gave me a double of what I ordered and let me pick out a desert at no charge to which I appreciated very much..Mistakes happen..Im going back this evening to get another takeout for me and my family..They have the most delicious quiche!

Sorry I cant review their drinks or food on this visit. We waited for several minutes just to be served coffee. Four employees with 2 patrons and not only were we not served, we werent acknowledged. The couple who came in after we left however, was greeted. We have gotten drinks here before though, its a pretty standard coffee bar.

The outside tables were cute and the French fries were tasty.

The only reason I gave it two stars is because I like the taste of the food but the service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I got a cup of coffee that I drank in about ten minutes then sat down and was completely ignored by my waiter for the next 45 minutes while he walked past me several times. I really liked this place but that was so unacceptable and I’ve never been more dissatisfied with service ever in my life

This place is great! I do like the bar area and the coffee drinks are always up to par. I have to give a big shout out to the staff here- they really go the extra mile to make people feel welcome, and I have to admit thats one of the best parts about any restaurant. You MUST also try the Reeses Pie!!!

Always a fun place to visit. The kids like it and there is entertainment on the weekends. Not many Vegan options on the menu like a few other local places have. It would love it if they updated the food and dessert options to accommodate the growing preference for animal product free items.

Perfect for ice late in hot day

I Googled a place to have coffee because Ive never been to a real coffee shop. This place popped up. I was excited to have a laid back quiet experience. My boyfriend and I sat at the coffee bar, ordered coffee and a desert. For the next half hour we listened to the ditzy dark hair girl talk to the what I would say was the manager or duty with messy longer hair about what hair color she was going to dye her hair. They even chased each other around the bar shouting and laughing. Grow up and hire real people who care about your business. What a joke. So unprofessional.

Its a short walk, located between Home Goods & Marshalls. My lunch is usually quiche and tea (Eves Temptation). Sometimes the service is a little slow but the quiche is very satisfying.

They must have gotten a new chef or different food. I grew up loving this place and was there weekly. I went recently and bragged to my husband about how they had the ultimate best quesadilla in town, but then we ordered and it was not cooked well, greasy, and I ended up paying 12 dollars for something I threw away. I was disappointed

Very good food, and they often have live music. The veggie burger is delicious. The biggest complaint youll have here is that the food often takes forever to get out to you, but if you go in knowing that this isnt a place to go if youre in a hurry, and you have the time to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, youll probably enjoy yourself here.

Consistency on their food. Excllent (large too) salads and very good wraps. Try the thai shrimp wrap. It os a good.

Had a great frozen cappuccino and enjoyed the live music provided by a local music teacher and his students. Was a bit packed (Friday night), but the wait was short and the visit overall was worth it.
