I was impressed by Macino shoes. I was referred there by my medical insurance for my diabetic shoes. My feet were scanned by a machine, and then my feet were correctly sized for the shoes and custom sole inserts. They had a wide variety of diabetic shoes, regular, running shoes, and orthopedics. I believe they also carried boots. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also do shoe and boot repair. They have an abundance of shoe accessories. I highly recommend them. They take appointments for diabetic foot exam and fittings. They were prompt for the time of my appointment, which I always appreciate.

Update: dropped a star because the new sole started to separate from the boot at the toe. They told me when I came that the adhesive they use isnt waterproof, which caused it to separate from my having gotten them wet. They fixed it for free, which I appreciated. But, now my go-anywhere everyday fall/winter boots cant even be used in a light rain :/Great service, and great quality work, but just be mindful of the adhesive issue if waterproof sole fixes are a need.Fantastic quality repair! I wore through the tread and a lot of the leather heel on these Caterpillar (made by Wolverine) boots over 5 years of use, and they not only did an excellent heel and half sole replacement, but freshened them up with a thorough cleaning and even did a complimentary quick repair on a leather heel loop that had broken years ago. Really looks and feela like a whole new pair. Highly recommended!

Terrible craftsmanship. I took 2 pairs of work boots to be re souled and the first pair I had for 1 day and the outer sole completely separated from the boot. The second pair began to do the same. The wait for my repairs took 1 week per pair which was longer than it took for the original order! I will never take any shoes or boots to this establishment again.

Had exactly what I needed for my boots

I’ve had the same pair of work boots for 10 years I loved them and really didn’t want to part with them considering I spent 280 on them! I was flapping my soul like a duck and no tread what so ever! They had a couple options to choose through I chose what he called lugs and let me tell you they look as good as the day I purchased them! It’s going to take months to get this shine back out of it lol highly recommend there great people and saved me hundreds!

I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago. I have called two times and my shoes are still not there. I talked to the company that sells my shoes and they said it only takes 2 days to receive after they are ordered. I went in to get my deposit back which I had paid $40 in cash. They didnt even have my $40 in cash to give me back. He had to write me a check. It had better not bounce. I will never go back there. I guess I wasnt spending enough money for them to actually order my shoes for me. They were only $144 shoes. They tried to tell me that when they ordered they were on back order. Well if that was true they should have called me to ask if I still wanted them or choose a different pair.

Wow! awesome job. cost me $80 to fix pair of white shoes which I didnt think it would be possible. when I got them. omg! looked like they bought me a new pair instead of fixing them... best part only took them a week too. A++++

I recently graduated from college and I brought a pair of dress shoes into Mancino’s Shoe Repair and I could not have been more pleased with the results! Before they received them, they were not in the best condition from the many years of neglect. When I picked them up however, they looked completely different! I would recommend anyone to this place for not only the amazing quality but also the friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you anyway they can!
