Came here because of a heel spur. The Dr. I had was a moron and was talking about surgery, and because of dealing with foot pain for almost a year I almost did it. Someone recommended them before surgery. The Custom Orthotics was scary because of the price and my insurance covered $0. However 5 Year warranty and my foot pain is 100% GONE! $ VERY well spent. Please do yourself a favor if your thinking of surgery. Please go here, give it a try and you will be happy you did. There was an adjustment period when I first worn them but after 4-5 days all pain was gone. TY TY TY A million times TY to the Foot Solutions Team!!

Highly recommend! The new owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Love my custom orthotics. Pricing were low compared to what other places and doctors charge. I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and the service is great. If you have an issue, ask for Zach and he’ll take good care of you!

I was helped with a very complicated foot and balance problem at Foot Solutions. I have been given surgical options at my orthopedic surgeons office. I elected to search out advise elsewhere because I would have had no weight bearing for 3-4 months with surgery. I was given professional caring advise and fitted with new orthotics. I felt that the staff at Foot Solutions really cared. I am walking much better and able to play golf at a much higher level with better balance. My quality of life has improved. I am very Grateful!

Wen in with very tired feet because shoes I was wearing were work out. Was fitted very professionally and they feel great. Have been doing business with them for 3 years or so.

Spent over $200 on a pair of work shoes. Felt great orthotics are amazing...however after less than 3 months the stitching started coming out on the side. Stopped in and spoke with a young man at the store. Looked at the shoe told me they shouldnt be like that. Took pictures, my name and number told me he would check and get back with me. That was 6 weeks ago. Good fitting shoes, however the service after sales is non existent.

Paid over $200 for a pair of shoes that never fit properly, were very heavy, showed excessive wear after only 3 months of use and caused more foot pain that my $50 pair of Sketchers. Dont waste your money, youll help pay for all of that expensive advertising they do.

Bought a pair of shoes for my wife. Shoes were deflective. I took back and was not offered a refund but instead was offered a repayment pair. So far its going on 3 months and have not heard a peep from them. Even if they come in we will not accept them!! We will not do business with them again!!

Terrible orthotics. My feet hurt more than when I got them they dont fit properly at all and he didnt care to adjust it. They came to my workplace so Im not the only one complaining about foot pain even after over a week to break them in.Skip these and just get Dr S inserts from walmart.

Salesman was attentive, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Didnt try to upsell or give me something I didnt need.

Sales lady was extremely pushy and diagnosed me with foot issues that my podiatrist said I do not have. Hands down do not trust people who think they know more than doctors. I bought the orthotics just so I could go.
