Taylor provided a plethora of information regarding storage units and made me feel comfortable with my choice to store my items here. Taylor was kind and patient throughout the process! The staff was very friendly I believe her name was Alexis. She worked fast and efficient and also gave us the best deals. She had issues with another renter yet she still maintained her professionalism and proceeded to handle the situation with class.

I have been here for 2 months and every single encounter I had has been extremely pleasant, thank you Taylor Taylor for making my burdens easier. She always seemed to be happy about assisting you, always had a smile. Even on the occasion crabby customers give her attitude. (Im the crabby customer LOL) she still gives you service with a smile! The 24-hour access is convenient and if you have to go at 2:00 in the morning you dont feel uncomfortable doing so. I recommend storage rentals of America to anyone.

Just got off the phone with SROA. I am very disappointed in my service. I have been a customer here for at least 5 years and always had wonderful service from Pam. Since the new company took over it isnt a family run business any longer and your just a name and number to them. I had fraud on my credit card that was used as a recurring monthly payment. I didnt realize this payment was on the fraudulent card. Once they called me I called to give them a new card. They emailed me a receipt that had 2 months of late charges, an auction fee, cancellation auction fee, and lock fee. They never advised me of all these additional feels while I was on the phone with them. I called back to discuss all these fees and was blown off and told thats the way it is. Terrible way to treat customers that have never had a late payment before. Horrible customer service.

After some billing and insurance charge issues the last several months due to the company changeover and personnel turnover, I met in person with Alexis Myrice at the Toledo facility. She investigated the issue and explained the resolution to my satisfaction. She also provided me printed documentation to verify. I appreciated her professionalism, her experience, and her understanding and concern for my frustration. I have been a customer of this facility for over 25 years and Alexis gave me renewed faith in how this facility will be run. I cant thank her enough!

Our motorhome was there for a month and a half and somebody tried to break in messing up both locks cost us $200.00 to repair. And cut off and stole catalytic converter that cost us over $1600.00 to replace. They need more cameras and maybe a night time guard

Absolutely the best! I have a storage here and it is very important that my stay secure. I have no worries there at the spot. The price is not too bad or it is better than others. I dont need a big space but they have them. I was in a rush and able to purchase my unit online. The provide the lock and key. Very helpful individuals and the location is very great. The quote is, location, location, location. Here I everything to gain and nothin to loose. What else I would say thank you to the staff whom were nice to meet me but the pleasure was taken. I was in, in one minute and out the next because I was actually in a rush. I called before hand and they had me ready by the time I got there. Thanks again SROA!

I had a trailer stored here and it was broken into and robbed. My trailer was clearly not the only one that had been damaged, so I notified the owner that there had been a robbery. The owner had no interest in what had occurred and was reluctant to notify the owners of the other trailers that had been broken into. When I finally convinced him to come out and view the scene, he proceeded to blame me for the robbery.I understand that, at a storage facility, there is only so much one can do to prevent theft, and that it was not the owners outright fault. However, the fact that they have no cameras, lack compassion for someone who has just suffered a significant financial loss, and treats notifying a customer who has been robbed as a nuisance is not acceptable in my opinion.I would not recommend storing your possessions here, as I would not recommend interacting with the owner.

This storage facility is easily accessible being right off of 475. The facility is staffed 24/7 so it is nice to have access to your storage unit all the time. They have multiple different sizes to choose from and Pam in the office is very helpful and friendly. This facility is gated and have security cameras around the facility to help you feel comfortable. The front of the facility has fully grown mature trees which is very nice to see in this area.
