Definitely disappointed in U-Haul. Got a truck to move when I got to my destination the truck wouldn’t start back up. My neighbor who is a mechanic tried jumping it and it wouldn’t jump; he believes it was the starter. Called U-Haul and The associate asked me “if I had turned the key all the way...?” He then proceeded to tell me that nothing should be wrong with the truck as it had just been serviced. He then gave me the number to cooperate so I could get this thing out of my yard and the NEVER came. They didn’t come till the next day late afternoon. This could have been a very dangerous situation for me if it wasn’t for my neighbors as me and my boyfriends phone were dying and would have been stranded till that next day. To top it off they aren’t even planning on giving me a refund. I’m calling corporate tomorrow but U-Haul is so difficult to get ahold of I doubt I will be reimbursed for anything, including being a storage space for their truck for a day 🤷🏼‍♀️. Not a good company I will never use them again.

Rented me a truck that I couldnt see out of the windshield! I had to immediately stop at a truck stop and clean my windows. Last visit I reserved a 20 truck, and they didnt have one... I had to take a 26 truck... And then they double charged me for a padlock!

Service was mediocre and staff spent a lot of time on their phones. I know they use their phones for the U-Haul apps, but it was painfully obvious it was personal use. Also the fact that staff wasnt wearing masks during a pandemic was a cause for concern.

Rented the local 15 foot box truck with ramp. Truck was clean and ready. Except it only had a 1/4 tank of fuel and they want it back with the same. The mileage rate seams a bit high for not having fuel included with the rental because I own a semi truck and my cost of operation is 80 cents per mile with all cost included and that truck cost 3 times what the van I rented. Well I guess that’s how they pay their staff then. Other than that it just a Ford with a big box on it.

If your looking to get one of their pick up trucks please dont its bullsh*t $19.95 plus mileage is nothing but a lie, I had to put $64.84 alone for the truck which I never got back mind you it says $19.95 again a lie I should have gotten something back. The service is great its just they need to update or at least inform people you wont be seeing anything coming back to you after returning the truck.

One star is too many. Chris Sullivan the manager is rude and incompetent. Had an appointment for 8am and arrived a few minutes late, I accept fault for that even though it was the time uhaul scheduled us for, so we agreed to come back at 1pm to have a hitch installed. Arrived at 12:30 to be sure. Chris left his technician alone to run the store while he went somewhere for about an hour. He returned around 2pm and they finally got to our car around 2:30. Long lunch maybe? Don’t know but the store was so busy several folks left without being served because it took so long to get attention. I even heard one customer ask if they were in the back watching the game or something.Hitch install was not done until 4:45 because he left the technician to work on the car and run the store at the same time. Later, Chris stated he wired our hitch while his technician installed hardware. They discounted labor a bit because of our wait and we finally got to leave at 5pm.Went to pickup the trailer the next morning and the hitch wiring is bad. No brake lights, turn signals active opposite on the trailer. Had to go to a private mechanic to get repairs after another 4 hours on the phone with Uhaul trying to find someone to make it right. No shops within an hours range could fix it and roadside assistance doesn’t fix wiring. Go figure.Chris Sullivan is a terrible manager, had no sense for running a business or communication with customers, and it seems no technical skills. If he is still running the place stay away!!!!! He was rude in speech slow in movement, and his appearance was that of someone who had been camping for a week and forgot to change and shower before work. Chris should be fired and his technician should be running the place. I even asked the technician if they were having a rougher day and he responded “no, a typical day around here.”You have been warned. This store manager could not manage his own breakfast.Update: had my wiring harnesses fixed and as it turns out the mechanic who fixed it said their is no way the installer didn’t know it wasn’t working. He showed me diagnostic lights right on the trailer plug that light up when things connected right. Turns out these guys only connected one wire and left the others loose and bare in the car. Then installed a harness that had converters for lights that my car didn’t have, once all that was straight it worked like a charm. I have verified proof now my installation was done incorrectly on purpose. Don’t let Chris Sullivan touch your vehicle.

We have a 10 year old Mercury Villager mini van that needed a hitch. Like most things 10 years old working on them are challenging. Our van was no exception. They did anexcellent job and did not charge for all the extra work they had to do. So glad I didnt try this job.

Manger here was extremely helpful, professional, and fast. There were no issues with the rental, helped me find a place for after hours drop off, would definitely rent from this location in the future

Chris the manager here is so rude and hateful and very combative with his customers the people on the phone that take the reservations tell u one thing and u get there and he trys 2 tell u a whole other thing and there equipment is ok at best but the first truck me and my wife rented to go down south and get some stuff and they left us on the side of the highway 4 3 hours waiting for someone 2 come fix the problem so trust me if u want a better experience go 2 penske they may be a few dollars more but well worth it thx

Theres a lot of garbage all around the outside of this place. Whoever you have cutting your grass are extremely rude and they dont care about the safety of others.

I think the miles are off in our truck we had we live 6 miles from store we moved our new house wasnt even 1/2 mile away we got charged 35miles 12 to and from the store and we only made like 8 trip back and forth .....no happy going to be getting this investigated....

The only thing I would say about this place is make sure you check the green tags that hold the dolly and the moving blankets before you take off we did not have a green tag on the dolly and they tried charging us for it when we never even used it because we have our own but the manager said hell take it off just next time make sure its on there if its not come let us know.
