This place is amazing. I went to ask a few questions for my parents to ensure if we do chose to live here that it is a stable, fun, and esthetically please and wow! This place is wonderful.I was helped by a lady named Janet and she answered all of my questions and myConcerns that I had. I will DEFINITELY consider this place.Friendly, kind and compassionate.

Very impressed with the changes happening here. Once it was a run down trailer park and now it is becoming a very nice park for seniors to reside. Love what you are doing for the neighborhood. We do see you and the improvements you are making. Thank you!

Janet is AWESOME!!! We needed a place to live ASAP, as our house had sold much quicker than we expected and needed a place fast!. We applied on 8/18 and had a signed lease on 8/20. Just incredible and professional service from start to finish. Janet is friendly and personable and really cares about you as a person, not just a renter/buyer. GREAT JOB AND KUDDOS TO JANET!!!!

We just moved into the Reynolds Senior Village. I do have to say that Janet (in the office) was amazing. She made multiple phone calls to me to get the items thst she needed. She was very friendly and helpful. On the day that I came into sign the lease she had 2 other people signing leases too. I am glad that I found a community to live in. I am very excited about the home ownership program that they have too.

Janet was so friendly, helpful and understanding helping us find a home for my aunt. Super professional service everything was done in a timely manner. My aunt said she felt at home from the very start. Thank again Janet!!

Yes Communities is transitioning this place from a trailer park into a genuine 55+ community. Old, dilapidated units are being replaced by new ones continuously and the maintenance team and contractors are constantly working productively. Janet in the office has been very accommodating from our first visit through the present, and actively seeks input on ways to improve the community. Covid put a delay on community activities, but theyre starting up now as well.

This place was very nice and the staff was very friendly. I give them 5 stars. Keep up the good work!!! 😊

Janet did an awesome job talking with my parents and showing them around the park. She was very detailed on the home they were interested in. Defiantly knows what she is doing and took her time to explain everything and show us around. The park is well-kept and has a lot to offer from the picnic area complete with grills to the fitness area. Thank you for everything, defiantly a warm experience.

I toured the property as a potential place for my parents everything was great neighbors seemed very friendly everything was very well maintained, it definitely reminded me of a small resort like community. I feel very comfortable having my parents retire here. Great place please check it out!

Someone new took over awhile ago. Raising prices, forcing people to move out, tearing down older trailers and putting all new in. Some people lived there since they were retired and now how to figure out what to do. Their trailers arent worth enough to sell and move some place decent. If you want to move in somewhere where everything is new but they will be raising prices on lot rent for upgrading, go for it!

I have lived here since 2003. Absolutely awesome snow plowing job! Finally. Great management team. Always thinking about the residents needs first. Great improvements in the park. AAA+++

Management is great, my family lives in there. Has problems with parking even though everyone is parked on the street they got a warning. Some neighbors ride by yelling obscenities at my aunt and family. Also had a problem with a neighbor peeking in there windows.

My mom lives here and the community is wonderful! Tara is a great manager and Nikki in the office is a great help. The park has made huge improvements under new management.

Its nice for a mobile home park. Place is recently renovated and from what I hear the neighbors look out for each other. All good things to have!

I recently applied to live at Reynolds senior village and it seemed like a nice place to live because they are cleaning it up it used to be not such a nice looking place but recently they have cleaned it up they are putting in a lot of new trailers or modular homes I guess their refer to. My only problem was men like many others require you to have three times youre right as a monthly income and I did not qualify for that reason and that reason only. this isnt manager was very nice and friendly and I would not hesitate to rent from them if I had made that qualification unfortunately I think that if you have referrals and references that I had which were top-of-the-line references from past property owners with an impeccable clean record of on-time rental no problems and pride of where I live that they should consider that seniors on disability may be able to afford their right but do not always make a large sum of money. thanks for the opportunity Reynolds senior village I wish you would reconsider your guidelines for acceptance as far as income because most seniors do not make that much money on disability. was very disappointed was the only reason I couldnt get end was because I did not meet the criteria of having three times the rental price for income

Great place to live for seniors unless you can mow your own lawn.

They switched management companies four times within a year I would not recommend for anyone to stay there the trailers are junk they brand new held up by Barbie pins and Staples they tell you theyll do the driveway and dont they say theyre put new screen doors up on your units and dont they put gutters on your house and dont stay away from that place. If you tell them youre on a fixed income they dont care As soon as I got a chance to move out I was gone. Dont look at the ratings those are old ratings.

My father lives here. Its a really nice community for older people. Quiet and very well located.

I dont dislike this place, but I have family in this place that does now after 25 years of living there. Everyone in there are complaining about to many different owners and the lot rent keeps going up. They have removed most of the old and damage trailers and replaced them with new and double wide trailers....

Went inside to check the mail and was treated so rudely, as if I didnt have any business being there. Was told there was a sign to walk around, even though there was definitely not. Im pregnant I dont want to walk around the entirety of the building to check my mail. Going through the clubhouse was not bothering them at all!

Very nice park...cleaned out allot of the old mobile jomes replaced with new...but expensive lot rent...its a seniors park and lot rent is too hig...they have improved the park greatly...theres a gym on site

Only one star for cleaning up park, nice, small work out room, exceptional patio and beautiful new security fence. I am a senior and have been lived here for over 12 years. Many new changes.Current park manager and her staff are obnoxious, rude, and basically bullies. They have continually overcharged me and others, not in her favor, for monthly water. Park manager insists there are leaks. There is no way a single senior can use 10 units of water in a month with no leaks. Prior to this reading it was 2 units, which is too much. For a four month period my readings were 2, 10, 5, and now 2 for April. I was charged the identical charges last year. Really?Park manager boldly has stated to other residents that the water meters are not functioning. She doesn’t read them the meters but charges for this service monthly. Park owner has stated to me the meters are not read every month. He did not answer me why he continues to charge the residents for service not provided. A monthly charge of $1.50 a month is money a senior can use for other necessities. Unfriendly and uncaring for seniors rights or needs.I was informed I’m being charged for my service animal. I guess just another way to harass and discriminate against me while making money for the park.Because I protested against the unjustified water fees and pet fees, I was served an eviction notice. My rent was current, but I challenged the fantasy fees. Owner negotiated, but I was bullied into paying half of the lawyer fee. Once again, this legal action was initiated by the revengeful park manager. I later found out, the park manager had no legal basis for an eviction notice.Recently, the park manager has began to charge $12.00 more a month for sewer and water on top of the other sewer and water we pay. Park manager felt the park was healthy and and she decided to charge us this fee. There are no new people moving in here. There are plenty of people leaving. More creative ways to make more money.There are many other disturbing issues. Many residents are afraid of retaliation by park manager. A horrible way to live for anyone.

Horrible!!! Manager and maintenance men are very rude and unprofessional!! They will constantly harass you and your family if you dont do what they want right away! I was followed around the corner to the bank once by a maintenance man! My family and I will be moving out soon thankfully!!!!
