After placing an order for a sink, I received a confirmation email. Weeks later when it hadnt arrived I enquired about it and was told it was cancelled because my card was declined. They claimed to have called about it and couldnt get a hold of me. Theres no way my card was declined. I dont believe they called. They absolutely did not leave a message and never sent an email about the issue. I subsequently placed an order through Amazon for the same sink. It has now missed the delivery date by 4 days and hasnt yet shipped. When you mess up as a company dont blame the customer.

Not satisfied with my MR Direct T3120D double bowl stainless steel kitchen sink purchase which replaced an older double bowl stainless steel sink that I liked a lot better. The MR Direct sink came slightly warped, but I was able to get it in place and tighten it down flat, so I kept it. However I grew to hate it -- The bowls are not sloped enough to drain food particles, the bowls are too small to wash pans in, so you have to hold them above the sink, the divider on the top is wide and flat which makes water splash all over you and onto the floor, and whatever finish they use on the stainless steel makes food stick to it -- making our sink always look dirty. I never had any of these issues with our old sinkWhen I finally contacted customer service to see if they could do anything about it they refused to allow a return, or an exchange for a different product, or even ANY sort of discount or coupon code for a different product on their website. I had to reach out twice before even receiving a response.Their website states, As we continue to grow, our commitment to COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and constant improvement will always remain our number one goal. That is obviously not true. I would be happy to revise this review if management was able to offer me a satisfactory solution. Im giving it two stars only because it looks nice.
What a fiasco. That about sums it up. If you want more details, read on. We were remodeling our kitchen and upon recommendation from our cabinet supplier, we ordered an under mount 16 gauge stainless sink. We ordered in advance of the remodel so we had all our supplies prior to the demo. Once it came time to install the sink, about 6 weeks later, our counter installer unboxed the sink to make sure the correct templet was in the box. Fortunately he took the sink and template to his shop to compare before he cut a very expensive piece of stone. He called us to let us know that the template provided was completely incorrect. He was able to make his own template before cutting the stone for the sink. Thankfully he took the time to compare. Once he brought the stone back to the house and installed, it was time to put in the sink. As he was trying to install, he noticed how bent and distorted the sink was. It wouldnt lay flat under the stone. We were desperate for a working kitchen so we installed the sink and compensated with a lot of silicone and cleats to hold the sink flat. It still leaked. My wife contacted MR. Direct and the woman who she talked to said the sink was out of the return period. No exceptions or returns. Now we were stuck having to use this exact sink due to the hole in the counter. My wife ordered the same exact sink in 16 GAUGE stainless so it would be more durable. The minute the sink arrived, we unboxed to check for damage. No damage but low and behold, the sink was 18 gauge and flimsy. I am technical enough to own and use a set of digital calipers. I measured the sink wall thickness in 8 to 10 places and came up with the same measurements. It was an 18 gauge sink. We paid a premium for a 16 gauge and got an 18. At this point we were so frustrated, we gave up. I just spent 3 hours removing the original damaged sink and installing the 18 gauge sink just so we dont have leaks. MR. Direct never even returned my emails concerning this issue. Needless to say, we arent happy but were stuck with their sub quality product. I wouldnt recommend their products to my worst enemy. The customer support is completely unresponsive and flat out terrible. I would love to post pictures of my measurements with my digital calipers so you can all see what they pass of as 16 gauge stainless. Long and short, dont buy here. Spend some extra money and get a quality product backed by a company that cares. I hope you read this until the end.
First off, their products are made in USA. Customer service is exceptional. Shipped next day after ordered. Took back the sink I order that was bigger than my cabinet. They had correct and perfect info on website. I cannot measure I found out. Sent me a prepaid UPS label and refunded return in same week. Highly recommend. Website easy to use.

A good customer service shout out to MR Direct Sinks and Faucets.Last year during our remodel we chose a faucet from this company.A year later the little plastic button you use to toggle between water pressures broke. This left it with only one option for water pressure.Knowing it was probably out of warranty I called to see if I could order the part.The two customer service agents made it the easiest process ever. They found the initial order, confirmed it was out of warranty but are sending the replacement part anyhow.It is a small part that I would have been willing to pay for and many companies would have charged me for.If you need a new faucet or sink check out their selection.
Would be 5 of 5 stars.. The quality of the products I ordered are exceptional! I am very impressed. However...the first thing I noticed after pulling my new stainless steel sink out of the box was Made in China I was under the impression that their products were made in the United States. I really try to support American companies and seeing Made in China really let me down.
Recently purchased a Mr Direct TrueGranite kitchen sink (Lowes). We were pleased when we got it home. Its a quality product, for sure. My review is mostly about customer support agent Tiffany Eidson. I had difficulties with the knock-out hole modification during installation. Sent detailed photos and detailed emails regarding my problem. Tiffany was courteous and extremely helpful. Dealing with support among most businesses is usually a task I do not relish. Tiffany was like a breath of fresh air! Choices for a remedy to my situation seemed daunting. She made everything right. Rest assured, we are now Mr Direct fans. There are still good fair-minded people that care about customers. We wish Mr Direct company and especially Tiffany the best! Thank you! Jim in Jax
I ordered this sink and it arrived dented. Lowes customer service advised me to return original sink and order a new one. We did that and the new one arrived dented as well. I reached out to MR Direct customer service which recommended me order a 3rd sink and to call them so they can put in a special request with the warehouse. So basically, if you want your sink not to arrive damaged apparently you have to call them and ask them not to drop it? Unbelievable, the customer service agent disconnected and did not answer my question about the number to call. DO NOT BUY THIS SINK

I put Mr. Direct faucets and other shower and sink hardware in my bathroom remodel in the Antique Bronze finish and they are GORGEOUS! The quality is superb and they feel great in your hand. And the rainhead shower head is lovely! These products are such a great value for the price! I was truly impressed!

Amazingly low price, I must say the price is at least 50% low from the market. Got everything delivered in one day, packaging was outstanding. One of the most important thing for online shopping is Return Policy and support. For some reason the three sinks I bought didnt fit into my cabinet and I had to return everything, there team took care of everything with such an ease. Outstanding!!

I am a kitchen cabinet dealer in Novi, MI and we buy 10 to 20 sinks a year from MR Direct. We just received our 2nd order in a month or two that had the wrong sink in the box. Worse, they make us send the wrong sink back. Its ins time consuming and very inconvenient. They offer us no discount to compensate us for the time this take. So if you need your sink in a hurry, be sure to open the box before the granite guys get there to template your kitchen. You may have the wrong sink and have to wait for a replacement.
We purchased a granite vessel sink in 2015 for our bathroom remodel. Although purchased through Overstock, it is sold and shipped by MR Direct. They state it has a limited lifetime warranty. Within 3 years the sink developed a crack. I reached out to Overstock who directed me to MR Direct for a warranty claim. They asked for pictures and I sent three showing the crack. They quickly denied my warranty claim. I called them and they said how do we know you didnt drop something on it. There is not chip or anything, just a 6 crack. Weve washed our hands and spit toothpaste in this sink. Thats it. I asked what is covered under the lifetime warranty. They said a manufacturers defect. Wouldnt you notice that before installing it? So the lifetime is up to when you take it out of the box and notice a defect. They are defaulting to the lowest form of warranty denial...that I may have broke it. In other words, they can deny every claim once youve installed it. Perfect business model. I own a small manufacturing company and when an end purchaser contacts us, we honor our warranty 100% of the time. The last thing I would ever do is accuse the customer of lying...which is what MR did to me. They said they would kick my complaint up to the operations manager. Big surprise, never heard back. I wouldnt buy a sink sold by MR Direct. Look carefully as they sell through a lot of third party sellers. Overstock, Wayfair, etc.
I worked there. None of their items are made in America like they claim.Everything they sell is shipped from overseas manufacturers.They talk about not having any middle-man and ship straight from our warehouse but I kid you not, every single product they sell is from overseas. They dont actually make anything....its literally the very definition of a middle man
Piss poor customer support. I ordered two granite vessel sinks. Only one of them was functional and they did not bother to replace the defective sink due to 3rd party semantics. They sent me 3 drain pipes that were the incorrect length so that was another issue all on its own. So now i have to order 2 more sinks from somewhere else. Very poor customer support and I would not recommend you buy anything from this company if you work hard for your money.
Sure they have great prices I have no complaints there but there is absolutely NO justification for charging customers a 20% restocking fee! I figured I could call and speak with someone regarding getting the fee waived after sending back a faucet in it’s or packaging...undamaged but they did not even hear me out!! You can make excuses however you want about why you Charge this fee but it’s absolutely inexcusable, and it’s all about putting more money in their pockets!
I received my new sink on Thursday, installed it on Friday and have been enjoying it ever since. It came packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. Even though I had to pay for shipping it was still less than I could find anywhere.
Worst customer service Ive experienced in a long, long time, and I purchase items over the Internet constantly. They dont even respond to emails. Terrible. Never again from this excuse for a company. Any good review you read means that they didnt have to return anything.
I just had to call sink direct and let them how I am not a happy customer. I had to literally chase them down from the beginning to the end of my experience with them. I ordered my sink they sent the incorrect one, I sent that back they sent the correct one but now I dont need there sink I decided to go with another option. And I sent the unopened box back to them and after several weeks had past I had to call to ask about my refund. I was told someone would call me and I never recd that call I check my account and they only refunded me half my money when I called to ask why they told me there was a 20% stocking fee and I had to pay for the return. So I explained my unhappiness with their unprofessionalism with customer service and I saluted them on having no problem with taken my money with no problem. I will never order from them again and I advise you not to either. trust me ! all they offer is Im sorry and I dont want that, because you really not. Oh! did I say the person wouldnt even get on the phone someone else did all the apologizing.

The incomptant plumber overtighented the basket strainer and broke it. I contacted the company to purchase a new one but they wouldnt take my money and immediately shipped me a replacement at no charge. I got a different plumber to install it. Customer service like this is 1 and a billion these days!! Our sink came NEXT DAY with free shipping. There was a pretty big dent in the top of the sink where we needed to mount it, so I called-expecting a hassle. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! The woman and man I spoke with were so friendly, apologized for the sink being dented (Im sure it was dented in shipping so it was really no ones fault) and promptly re-ordered me a new one as we spoke over the phone. The new sink arrived the next day, and the UPS man took away the damaged sink. The employees at MrDirect are friendly, helpful, and quick! We will always order from them when we need new sinks/faucets! Thank you!
