We had a great experience. Our plumber sent us here to look for a delta faucet. We had a good idea of what we needed and needed it quickly. When we arrived we needed an appointment because of Covid. We did not have one scheduled. I called and they happily met us at the door. Jim was able to find exactly what we wanted in stock and had us in and out with product in hand in maybe 10 minutes. He was very helpful making suggestions for a laundry sink as well. We will definitely encourage others to shop local and keep them in mind for future projects. I think some of the other reviews are focusing on not being helped but me personally I think sometimes local places like this don’t want to hound people either. I don’t mind that at all.

After reading a couple of 1 star reviews I almost didnt stop in. It was a Saturday so a little busy. I was approached by a very helpful gentleman within 5-10 minutes. I left there happy I had stopped in and with several brochures to narrow down my options. It was a good visit!

Looking for kitchen sink and faucet. Salesperson was very helpful, and friendly and gave me alot of information.

Terrible service! Not personable and will not work with clients to collaborate on building bathroom/kitchen remodel. Only interested in selling parts..that is if you can get someone to greet you or ask if you need something!

Went there w/ my wife to pick out a new kitchen faucet, the show room personnel were helpful and very patient. We spent almost an hour going back and forth between different choices and the staff was very patient and did not try to rush us at all.In the end we got a faucet that was perfect.

Went there to explore some options for remodeling my bathroom. I was the only customer there, seemed to be about 10 people working, walked around for 5 minutes, and no one came out from the back office to help me. Guess Ill go to a big box store...

I walked in salespeople were helping other clients. Not a problem at all..until 25 minutes later not one person from their staff had made eye contact, or spoken to me. Not a be with you shortly not a word! So I left. We are building a new house but apparently common courtesy isnt common at Hajoca!

I’ve never written a review online in my life, but I’m so irritated by this place. Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been in here multiple times for our kitchen and bath remodel and they’ve never once greeted me when I walk in. The one time I did receive help, the woman was clueless and couldn’t answer any of our questions. You know it’s bad when your 4 year old child says “Mommy, you should go tell them something so they can come help you”. Never going back.

Went here with a simple question about a faucet head. Waited for 10 minutes and nobody was there. Finally two employees did come out gossiping about other employees didnt even acknowledge my presence. When he did ask for my question he was short and unwilling to even suggest what I should do about the problem Ive never left a bad review of a company but I will never be back to this place. I had been waiting four weeks to find the time to go and finally had time available on a Saturday, my actual conversation lasted about 30 seconds. Very disappointed.
