I had a leaking hot tub and called Mossing first because the hot tub was purchased from them 6 years ago. The appointment was scheduled at 10 am and no one showed up until 10:15. Called them again and they showed up 20 minutes later. They spent 45 minutes here to check the tub and said they could not find the problem and need to take the spa to the store to repair. I paid $100 + tax for the visit and they quoted me over $1000 to repair and the shipping costed about $250 one way. I was told they would come to pick up the hot tub one week later, and 4 weeks later, no pickup, no phone call.

Great place to shop for pool and spa supplies. A little price but they know there stuff when it comes to pools.

Great experience with our purchase. We live in Defiance and traveled an hour to purchase our Bullfrog A9L hot tub. Glad we did. The sales and service has been the best. Would highly recommend Mossing to anyone looking for a Bullfrog hot tub or any other outdoor needs. A++++

They were the first place we shopped. Left a lasting impression because thats where we purchased. Their prices were much better then their competitors, but it was the no pressure friendly service that made me want to purchase my spa from them.

They put our pool, built in hot tub in our last house and did a fantastic job. We had no problems with them and their service was fantasticWhen we moved we bought a hot tub and they did a great job installing it and helping me find people to wire it properly. I go back to the store to buy chemicals and they analyze the water and what and how much to make it perfect again

We bought our Bullfrog tub from here. Very expedient delivery and outstanding service. If you buy from here they will computer test your water for the life of the product. We didnt like the silk balance that came with the tub, and went with conventional products, but the service here is always excellent

We have worked more than 45 years with the Mossing family. Weve had their pools at two of our homes along with one of their deck spas at our current home. The Mossing personnel have proved themselves as the BEST. Opening and closing our pool each year is a snap using Mossing. No matter what you need for your spa, Call Mossing.

We had a good experience. Got our hot tub sample of water tested and was good. Bought some chemicals for our hut tub and were taken well care of by the friendly staff.
