Corey was a great help start to finish. As a very high risk individual I was unable to shop in person and he assisted with every step over the phone and emailed me a receipt. The delivery was faster than quoted and they recommended Stone Pools for the install (who were also awesone). Corey even came out the next day when I had a faulty filter and replaced a part for us. Additionally I was able to buy my chemicals over the phone over the phone and have someone pick them up for me as well. Customer service is next level. I will continue to recommend Inside Out to anyone in the area in the market for a pool.

Absolutely hands down the best pool place in Toledo. I spoke with Carson today who normally works in Maumee but was filling in, in Toledo. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service we are coming back Monday to buy the pool he showed us. A lot of other pool places could learn a lot about customer service from Carson at in and out.

I bought a dolphin 200. Had no choice. The roofers totally trashed my 27 foot pool. And being unable to reach the middle like I would like this little cleaning buddie is a life saver. I love love love it. 10 out of 10 stars!!

They made the process so easy for a large purchase. We have never owned a Hot Tub. I love my new purchase! The whole family enjoyed over Christmas. Hope to not have any service issues-but seems they would have great service also!!!

Very nice salesman. After purchase dealing with others on questions not happy at all. I do not think I would purchase anything from them again.

I bought my Tub from them and required service for a heater issue. It was a bit of a rocky start to get service to come to the house but once they didthe repair was quick and effective. The service man was excellent, knew what was wrong and fixed it within 30 min.

Very disappointing. My husband went to inquire about a pool, they told us to not pay in full for the pool so we only put a little down for a down payment, contractor comes out and measures our backyard for dimensions then my husband calls same day to finalize everything and they were SOLD OUT of our pool even tho we put some money down to save our spot. The guy tells him if we didn’t pay for full on the pool he couldn’t save a spot or whatever even though he said for us not to pay in full!! Now it’s going into the second week of June. They could have gave us a courtesy call prior to almost selling out to let us know. Do not recommend them.

We purchased a pool from them and that was fine, it just when I have called for questions about it the ones I have talked to seem eager to get off the phone and in a rush. I get they are busy but a pool is a big investment for us and I want to make sure it is done correctly. There was no explanation of the pump really or how to use the vacuum etc. They didnt install it and the installer only was there to set up the pool not explain how it works. We dont live close by the Inside Out, so going there to talk to someone isnt really easy to do. Plus we live in a different state. I couldnt find anyone in my state who sold pools and or had a good enough reputation to get one so we went with Inside Out. Thankfully we have a pool supplier that is willing to help me but I just wish there would have been more help initially from Inside Out and not feeling rushed on the phone when I called with questions. Im not saying they are a bad company, they just need to be a little more attentive to newer pool buyers is all. Also their above ground frogger system torpedo pacs are specific to them and they said buying them from another supplier they may not work. Inside Out does not ship anything. You have to go to their locations to get the pacs. Im hoping what I got works though from the other supplier. The other supplier I ordered from shipped them. So we shall see. Overall Im satisfied but I hope they are a little more attentive to new pool buyers. Maybe some of them are but the few I talked to were in a rush and seemed a bit annoyed.

My father who recently past 3-31-20 used to get all his needs taken care of here. So I thought its a decent place. My father was an amazing handyman and frugal consumer. While doing maintenance on my fathers pool, I notice it needed a HP hose from the filter to pump for a 16x32 in-ground pool. It presently had the tygon braided HP hose on it. I went in and was told they didnt have any in stock but carried it, multiple times by three different guys. Each time I was almost ridiculously emphasizing BRAIDED HP tygon, right? I was reassured each time. When I called the day before coming in again emphasizing braided, I again was reassured. I get there and they only carry non braided. The person helping, obvious unknowledgeable tells me the clear non braided is the exact same thing...I just looked at him and said seriously? Braided and non braided are the exact same thing? Then why do they braided some and not all? No answer. After paying for the non braided and some chlorine I asked to speak to the manager. He comes out of his office like I just pulled him out of his lazy boy, and says... Yeah? Explained my concern and he said yup we dont carry it. I thought his employees should be a little more educated about the parts they do and dont carry. It was painfully obvious that professionalism and customer concern goes no where with this manager and in this company, at the very least at this location. I will drive anywhere else not to deal with this kind of ignorance about product and professionalism. Definition of Ignorance-without knowledge. Not being used in a derogatory manner. Ill support almost any other pool supply company. Never going back to this location.

The traveling Service Department for Toledo Inside Out pools and spas is the worst Ive ever dealt with. Extremely RUDE, unprofessional with no regard for Customer satisfaction. I would never recommend this business under any circumstances. I have found a company that actually treats the Customer Ummm... like a paying Customer.Highly not recommended.

I was reffered by a family member to this place in July of 2017. I purchased an above ground 18’ x 54” pool with a Hayward heater. Only used it for a month in 2017. I had full use of the pool and heater all of 2018. I open the pool this year only to find that the Hayward heater won’t ignite. So as a consumer I go back into the store looking for help. I was told to go on YouTube for troubleshooting for this heater. Are you kidding me? I spent $900 on this heater to have an employee basically telling me you are no longer important fix it yourself. Now my $900 heater in leaking water from the inside and has drained my pool below the skimmer . I have been in retail for 35 yrs and would never expect a customer to return to me if I gave them this kind is service. I will never buy anything from this company . Horrible customer service!I want to follow up on my post. After my review Dave called me about my problem. They sent a tech out to help with my problem. They fixed my problem at no cost to me and am now a very satisfied customer. I appreciate a company that is willing to help ! Thank you again ! i will recommend this company again!

We went with this company over Lighthouse pools. Lighthouse in Sandusky had told us to tell the city we are building the pool ourselves because their contractors are too busy to get a permit. RED FLAG.Inside out was very professional and guaranteed their contractors take care of permits and all building and installation matters. Pool was up in a few hours. Extremely happy with this company

Paid over 2000.00 for hard top for my hot tub and they cant seem to fix the center seal correctly. They left a big white mark across the top of it with whatever they tried to fix it with. Their response when I called to complain was, well is it affecting the way it works or is it just cosmetic ? IT SHOULDNT MATTER!!!! I DIDNT PAY $2000.00 FOR A HOT TUB COVER WITH A BIG WHITE MARK ACROSS IT!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

It was ok. Had water tested the day before pH was fine. tested it today high pH super high. Bought chems everyone was nice n customer service is good.

Purchased a Sundance Chelsea from here... Actually had a problem with a defective seal in circ pump (manufacturer issue)... Had the pump changed out twice. Everyone I spoke with was kind courteous helpful and knowledgeable of my equipment. Quick response time on the repair.... VERY SATISFIED !!! I would definitely recommend this store for your future purchases.

Went in to get info and supplies for a new spa. He came off as helpful for the most part and didnt try to upsell when we were there. I took the manual in with me to help find the parts that we need. The sales person confidently recommended a few products starting with spa purge. He said to use the whole bottle and let it run for 12 hours. I came back in fifteen minutes and there was foam everywhere. And I mean everywhere, check the photo. Bottom line is he either didnt know what he was talking about or set me up for failure. Either way thats pretty awful.In hindsight I can see he was probably trolling me. He took a phone call in mid sentence talking to me and then left me waiting for a little while. I thought he was multi tasking and can respect that, but he just didnt care to help me. The other guy in the store appeared to be doing nothing the entire 30 minutes we were there.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. The person in the service department actually laughed at me when I asked for service on my spa. It was sold by by Inside Out, the manufacturer is Sundance. The spa is less than 3 years old. The spa was purchased by the previous owner of my home. Inside Out and Sundance refuse to honor the warrantee, saying it is non-transferable.Do not buy from this vendor or from this manufacturer.
