Very friendly staff. Great professional building. Dr Toma was very good and helpful. He give me very good attention.

First time here today & I have to say I strongly recommend Dr Toma! He got us in the office on a whim and was attentive, knowledgeable and kind. I feel very confident in him being my sons surgeon after only speaking with him for a minute. Dr Sherrif is also TERRIFIC !!!

Fast & friendly staff... Dr doesnt make you feel rushed or stupid for asking questions. Definitely recommend this ENT office.... The staff not a Dr.. had the audacity to tell me that my appointment was not important so therefore I can wait a whole another month well let me just tell you that sent me the indication that this office and doctor does not need to see me anymore since his staff has right to tell me whether or not my appointment is important or not

My son has seen Dr Shariff since he was very young!! He is Always very knowledgeable and a very good ENT surgeon. Would hate to go anywhere else!!!

Dr. Toma is an extremely patient, thorough and caring doctor. After multiple visits with other doctors in the area, and little relief, Dr. Toma in less than 10 minutes diagnosed my issues and I was healed in less than a week! I can’t thank him enough, happy to hear again!

Dr. Toma and his staff were amazing! Our Daughter had tubes placed in both ears. Dr.Toma did an amazing job. It was very quick which was important with our little one since she is only 2 but he was able to get her into surgery quickly after her ent visit. The staff was extremely nice and especially to our daughter. Overall great experience and we have one happy little girl that can finally fully hear again!

The office was quick in getting my daughter scheduled however, the day before her doctor appointment they called and said they needed to cancel the appointment and reschedule as they “were unable to accommodate”....they rescheduled the next week with one of their NPs rather than Physicians who right away recommended tubes after looking at her for less than 5 minutes and without a hearing test. Staff was rude and unprofessional. The NP wanted us to follow up again with her...still no appointment with a Physician. After that appointment, I took my daughter to another ENT office and had a hearing test and saw a Physician who strongly disagreed that she needs tubes.

Tried to schedule an appointment twice and both times the office staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Dr Toma and his staff are excellent! Our entire family uses them. We have had outstanding experiences.In addition to a great, compassionate doctor who listens, his staff is very attentive. Takes their time and asks lots of questions. We could not be happier.We highly recommend!!

Ive been with Dr. Coleman for years. He looks like the actor Judge Reinhold with white hair. Usually, depending on the location the staff is mostly congenial. Clean and inviting locations.

Just had surgery today, so this is just my experience so far. I havent gotten the bill yet either LOL. But Dr. Toma went above and beyond all expectations. Chronic double-ear infection in my soon-to-be two-year-old, and Dr. Toma was great with both my wife and I as far as getting us prepared for surgery and post-op care. His staff did a wonderful job too (shout out to Kim for help with scheduling the surgery).10/10 would recommend Dr. Toma as your childs ENT.

Dr Toma is one fine doctor. I went to see him today and spent time with me and asked questions and figured out my problem and solution. Could not be happier. My son went in for his check up after getting his tubes in his ears. The NP said everything looks great! Next day fever and doctor diagnosed him with an ear infection. Not happy, I feel NP should have seen that!

The doctor asked you to make an appointment, and they would charge you a penalty if you didnt show on time, because they treasured their time.However, will they treasure your time? I dont think so.I made an appointment with Dr. Toma two weeks ago, and arranged a 3:40 PM appointment. When the day came, I went to the office and checked in at 3:25PM. In the next 40 minutes, I was still sitting outside waiting to be called.After 4:10PM, I was called in, but Dr. Toma was still not there. A physician named Phil asked me a few questions, and measured my blood pressure and pulse in the next 5 minutes, then he went out to call Dr. Toma. Before I left at 4:36 PM, I never saw Dr. Toma. I left a word that I would call my insurance company to make sure they should not pay ENT a penny.Maybe my current hourly rate is not as high as a doctor, but does that justify the doctor can choose not show up on schedule? I dont think so. When the nurse asked me if I would make another appointment, I told them its the end of our business.The next thing I did was calling my primary physician and told him that he would be fired if he ever referred me to another physician trashed my time like this.Maybe our hourly rate is different, but time is equally precious to everybody!

Can’t say I would recommend. Dr. Toma is great, his staff not so much. Had sinus surgery on Friday in his office (it’s now Monday). I was told to call if there are any concerns. By Sunday I had what increasing felt like a sinus infection. Call the after hours number multiple times, nobody answered. I called the office phone today 6x. From 11:50-1:15 their phones were going to a recording saying closed for lunch. I finally get ahold of someone at 1:20 who puts me to someone’s voicemail who will call me back “right away”.I had SURGERY in their office Friday. It’s 5:55pm Monday, nobody has called back.Since my first appointment the two ladies at the front desk have been rude and unprofessional. Constantly gabbing about their personal life drama. You are an inconvenience to them by interrupting their conversation. It’s sad because Dr. Toma really seems like a great doctor, but if you cannot get ahold of him in an urgent situation and the office staff sucks, what good does that do his patients?

The people who work in this office are as dumb as a rock. I have never spoken to so many clueless individuals. Poor customer service and communication skills and no social skills. They probably spend most of their time on their cell phones and dont know how to interact with human life form. The other office is no better. Nothing but dummies there too. The only one in that office with any intelligence is Dr. Adappa.

ENTs and CNPs here are quality. They have good patient manners and are amazing with children. They never mind my sons questions. They are timely in filling out required paperwork. Sometimes the office on Woodley tends to run behind as its busier, But office in Oregon runs more on time. Dr.Toma did 2 sets of tubes and tonsils/adenoids removal. There were no complications and he was professional.

East side location looks pretty whomped. Seemed like it needed a good cleaning up

Office staff is rude and doesnt seem to know what they are doing. Office is run down. Long waits to get an appointment. They ask you to arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early but then you wait in the waiting room for over an hour. We gave it multiple chances but our experience didnt improve. Not going back.

Staff is rude and act like patients are a inconvenience to them. Nurse in room would ask a question then seem aggravated by my answer. Dr was in a rush to get in and out of the room and didnt answer my questions. They were more worried about collecting my copays and scheduling another appointment. I highly recommend finding a different ENT group.

Terrible lazy staff wont let you speak constantly interrupts. Then says omg. Thats just over the phone. Dont reschedule for any reason they will drop you and blame other offices.

I called this physician to schedule an appointment and the man on the telephone was very rude and unhelpful. I brought my daughter to Dr Toma once for an issue she had, and he was very kind and resolved her issue. However, the lack of professionalism his office staff has will ensure I will never return. Must locate another ENT in the Toledo area....

Usually long wait times, but he is such a good doctor that it doesn’t matter. He did my sinus surgery and now, after years, I can finally breathe through my nose
