Waste of my time!!! Waited weeks to get in and when I got there, I am told that the test cannot be done because I have some wax in my ear, so I will need to come back for another appointment after I remove the wax and that will be weeks later again!!! Are these people trained medically to use an otoscope? Hey, what about informing a client about this possibility before you wait weeks on end and take time out of your day for an appointment!? As a nurse, I suggest going to qualified medical professionals for this type of appointment, LESSON LEARNED!! Do not go here to hear!!!!

I purchased hearing aids about a year ago. Very complete exam and no pressure. My aids cost about half of what my brother paid at a doctors office, and mine had more features. After-the-sale service has been wonderful. Very responsive to any issues. Battery prices cannot be beat. It has been a great experience.

The Kirkland brand, the ones I purchased, are manufactured by a leader in hearing aids. Ive had mine a week and I didnt know what I had been missing. The exam was though and professional. Batteries are the best price in Toledo. Costco has the single largest hearing aid market share. I confidently and fully recommend them.
