Great place to pick up your merchandise. If you need to buy anything for a tractor, you are in the wrong place. They dont know enough about the store let alone tractors. Purchased a 3 point post hole digger, had to use their computer to show them it was in stock. Unbelievable that anyone at the central Ave Toledo Ohio store has a job. Spent 900 bucks and had to do All of the legwork myself. I was there to purchase... Not to sell and purchase. Get your act together TSC.

One of the nicest tractor supply’s I have been in. Have some of the best deals on there clearance items which always have me coming back to see what’s next. Store is set up nicely & always have way more than the other tractor supply’s as well. It’s clean, nice & properly stocked! This is the only tractor supply I go to from now on!!!!!

Terrible. We bought a trailer on 12/8/2020 and the hitch doesnt fit over the specified ball diameter and the smaller ball it falls off. The Store manager told me twice he would get an answer and call me back one way or the other today. Then I talked to the assistant manager, I was told she would get an answer and call me back one way or the other today...twice. now on 1/11/21 I talked to another person who said the same thing as well as we cant just deal with that we have a store to run and I have a $2700 trailer that cant be towed without risking someones life.

I usually have a 5 star experience at this store, but today, I asked a young man named Jacob to help me load 2 bags of feed due to a shoulder injury that I have. He responded by saying he was busy, and would find another person the help me. I waited for at least 5 minutes, and no one came. I ended up loading it my self. I guess when a worker tells you he is to busy to help, it sure makes me want to go somewhere else to shop. I understand if he was helping another customer, then he should have said that. Loading my 2 bags would have taken him less than 2 minutes, as the feed was about 10 ft away from where he was standing. Just disappointed in the customer service I received.

The health safety of this Tractor Supply is moderate. All employees were wearing a mask during my visit. However, few customers were wearing masks. The staff are actively participating in distancing and best practices for limiting exposure and transmission. Unfortunately, they do not mandate their customers to wear masks. Beware!

The staff was helpful in finding whatever I needed. However the problem was they didnt carry the cattle gate I was looking for. This is no fault to them, things happen and I completely understand. I had to find it from another location but I do hope to come back again in the future. Its a dangerous place to go because I do want to buy everything in that store.

Rob the manager of this branch saved my basement!!! He answered the phone of the store two hours after they had been closed, and sold me a generator. I was in the middle of a basement remodel resulting in my electrical being partially finished, and a power outage after a storm meant my sumps didn’t have a backup. Home Depot and Lowes, both said they couldn’t help me in person, through the glass doors with about 20 people inside. From now on for the sole reason of great people like Rob I will be coming to TSC for everything from now on. We need more people like this running real businesses! Also, I tried to tip him multiple times, and tried very hard. He would not take a penny over the sticker price of the generator, even after he loaded it in my truck for me.Thank you!!!

Husband bought new waterproof boots just over 2 months ago for about $120. NOT waterproof and the inside soles fell apart very quickly. Took them back with receipt, asked for exchange with a quick explanation and they were happy to resolve the issue. These boots were not warrantied either. Always great customer service!

You need it, they have it. Good deals on everything from clothing, boots, hardware and trailers.

They have the best selection of bird feeders and feed. Nobody else even comes close. And the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It has been 15 years since I was there last and you can bet I will start there first from now on. They have everything you could want and then some.I went back Sat Dec 8 18. Guess what? They still get 5 stars! Top notch staff and great product selections. Shopping doesnt get any better!!! Need gloves? They have a large selection.

I have never been to a Tractor Supply Plus before. When I walked in I was overwhelmed with all the stuff they had there. I asked Tori if she could help me with a specific product that I heard they supplied there. She told there were 2 kinds. She didnt just show me where they were she also told me how to use them and how each one could work with the issue I was having. Tori you are the best!!!

This is a family friendly store with a variety of products ranging from clothing, pet food, and even outerwear. The prices were fair and the experience was pleasant. I recommend this store not only for the items but for the great experience you get shopping here.

Called the store before traveling all the way there to make sure the torch tanks could be switched out to find out after getting there that they could not switch them out for me waste of my time.

Tory and megan were so helpful and informative. Made my shopping experience for a new lawn tractor super easy. Tory was exceptionally knowledgeable about the cub cadet line. Two very valuable employees with great customer service skills. Will send more business their way!

A great place to find rugged clothes for my outdoor job. Friendly staff and I always leave with more product than I intended. Pricing is perfect.

First I will say the young lady that I delt with was fantastic. All though she could not answer all my questions she took all the information from me and said her manager would be in at noon and he would call me. I wanted something that would require a special order. Well it’s 3 days later and still no phone call. I guess my 4000. Purchase will take place somewhere else.

Great place to go for all sort of needs hunting, animals, house holds. They even sell animal vaccines!! Witch is GREAT...Since the Andersons closed I didnt know where to get them from...TSC had just about everything.

Just a typical farm supply, feed store, and hardware store rolled into one. I usually buy my rabbit food, and cat food here because the prices are competitive. And I can usually find some good tools on the clearance rack. They also have work wear and boots.

Conveniently located on Central, with an array of various supplies needed for your outdoor FUN! I highly recommend you checking them out you might be surprised what you might find there

I had a very sturdy wheelbarrow that had a flat tire beyond repair, and I was able to find a perfect replacement at Tractor Supply for less than 30 bucks. I was absolutely thrilled!

Easy to find products that were exactly what we needed, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff was helpful and courteous.

They dont have a wide selection of any given item. For example, they might only have 2 types of chicken wire fencing. Not much staff around, so if you need help it can be difficult to find someone.

Website says they accept Apple Pay and no employee knows how to work it! Take it off your website or train your employees better!

The main issue here is poor management I have visited mean tractor supply store. They have all been great to work with. This stores manager does not seem to take to customer service very well. They have a huge turn overOF cashiers. I would say that is due to poorManagement. I took my business to Lowes

I love tractor supply. But my problem is their pricing. We have two tractor supplies in the Toledo Ohio area. The one on central ave charges more for some items than the Navarre ave store. The managers and employees are a nightmare getting price matching of other tractor supply stores. So my advice if you shop at tractor supply and have more than one location in your area. Know the prices. Both farm and home stores and rural king stores are more consistent with their pricing in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. I just prefer tractor supply minus the hassals of their pricing.

I always forget about TSC. But its like a smaller version of the Andersons store that closed a while ago combined with a higher end harbor freight. Decent prices and selection. The Sylvania Ohio location has nice staff. The stuff you find there always surprises me a bit to.

I called ahead to buy a lawnmower that had just been received and they assembled the lawnmower professionally and quickly to where I was in and out with my purchase.

Horrible,horrible, horrible management. Very sad working environment, the training sucks, and the people there are absolutely appalling. Watch out for tori, if you start working there. Shes a very poor manager. Who has no clue how to treat her employees. I would never ever work here, ever. Good luck to anyone who decides to work here.

Cannot find store employees for help on last couple visits. I was told they are short staffed quite regularly. Also, store is clogged with merchandise and isle ways will barely allow cart. This place is a mechandising mess! They need either a bigger building, more help or both!!
