The bauer cordless saw with a 5 amp hour battery is amazing! I cut all in the pictures with ease and on one charge! I recommend also purchasing extra chain oil. Highly recommend this saw!

Harbor Freight tools are now guaranteed for life ! I found the E sockets I was looking for in in a matter of minutes ! Employees were very helpful, courteous and respectful ! Years ago I needed a hammer drill to go through brick and cement so I bought brand name drills. No matter what I got it would die in a year or so. I spent quite a bit. Then one day my drill died and money was tight so I stopped by Harbor Freight and got a $69.00 hammer drill to get my job done. I got the job done and kept on going wondering when it would die. I kept on working and beating the heck out it and 15 years later it died. That drill owed me nothing and taught me not to buy big name tools. When I need a tool I go to Harbor Freight first to see what they have.

My hubby LOVES Harbor Freight, its his toy store! I cant let him go in there alone, he would come home with a pick-up load! But really great supplies of everything you would need.

When it comes to both stores in Toledo Ohio they never have the products or anything in stock that I need for a job just like yesterday I had to drive all the way to the Defiance Ohio store to get what I needed because both stores in our area dont have stock and items that I need for jobs its very stressful I understand its not their fault but its very frustrating every time coming in here and walking out empty handed.

Great tools and prices,but I’ll never step foot in the store again.one of the workers followed me around like I was on most wanted list.truly sad that a gentleman had to say to her “ ma’am I don’t think he’s here to steal.” Jus upsetting to go through that and I spend I hard earned money jus like everyone else.

The service employees are knowledgeable and when I was lost, they pointed me in the right direction while searching for the magnetic tool holders. During the most insanely busy few days of the year, Alyssa was incredibly helpful And almost unrealistically patient as I, in true do Sharee fashionDecided to bring in all of the defective and or mess purchased items that I needed to return but had not done soIn a timely fashion. I will spare you the lengthy story behind that but suffice it to say that I was truly a nightmare customer just with a smile. Both Alyssa, Jeremy, the police officer and a few other employees engaged and friendly banter that made me feel welcome but also expressed their understanding of my trepidation.It’s just really refreshing to enter a store during a stressful time of year and leave in a better mood than when you went in. I have had some incredibly bad luck with a few brands of tools that to my delight are being phased out of the inventory at Harbor freight, bot it is still frustrating to be losing time money and product to fault equipment. The staff was very helpful.They found the item I was looking for.

Place doesnt follow its own rules and staff is extremely rude, especially the supervisors. one particular employee told me it was for policy for the mask to be worn a certain way and it was posted. as you can tell by the sign theres no clear indication.

They always have good deals. The tools are not the highest quality but if its something you arent going to be using heavy duty but need for a particular job or just to have for light duty, this would be a good place to pick it up at.

Bought a framing nailer and some supplies to go with it. Shot couple hundred nails with no jams and minimal misfires. Not a bad deal for a gun at less than 100 dollars!!

This place is okay for tools if youre on a budget. Wide selection and nice prices are a plus, but dont expect anything to last very long. Good, though, for that tool you might use once or something in a pinch.

Good service everytime i go in and yes i got the year membership gonna buy a appliance dolly and air compressor in the future maybe i need a deal! They usually have what i need i break everything they got i wish stuff was stronger.

We shop here alot for things for our house to tools for my husbands job. The prices are always good and not once have we ever gotten a poor quality product. I would absolutely recommend harbor freight for all your home and work needs . We just got this tv wall mount and not only was the price very reasonable but it was very easy to install.

In my opinion, everything comes down to customer service regaring a retail store of any type. Personally, I am very easy going and simple, yet the last few times Ive been to Harbor Freight in Toledo, the employees were less than pleasant and that location doesnt seem to answer the phone either. I simply and very politely asked if they had a very basic item in stock as I had spent well over 15 minutes scouring the store upon finding its typical location being empty, sometimes they have the same thing in more than one place so I thought Id look around quietly... after Excuse me miss, do you by chance have ___ in stock? The response, tone and facial expression I had gotten in response... I just said ok thanks and walked out empty handed, I probably wont return.The new Monroe location on the other hand, top notch all around whether in store or calling. Very polite, friendly and helpful!

Quality tools and excellent prices. Staff are very helpful often going above and beyond. We mostly shop the Miracle Mile location but others are just as good.

The store offers home building and improvement products. The service, variety and quality of products are for the most part superior when compared to other stores such as the Home Depot.

I was in there looking, I saw at least two employees look at me and turn and walk away just as I was going to ask a question. Disheartening.

Out of stock in store had to order off li e because there is no saying when it would come in on a truck. $200 more dollars to ship to me. No I am good! Love Harbor Freight! Inexpensive tools and mostly a quality product. You have to understand you get what you pay for, and some things you cant skimp on the price. But in general I have had no problem with anything I have purchased here.

Always seems to be issues at the checkout registers. Seems slow to me. Other than that, I love the store.

Great place to catch a deal on tools and similar items. I would also recommend grabbing a ad, and getting the 20 percent off any single item coupon, plus you can use a coupon for a free item at the same time. I would highly recommend checking them out if its not a tool thats will be used on a daily basis.

Received a coupon for a (FREE) small flashlight. When I got to the store. They told me I had to ( BUY ) something to get it. Go back to school or look it up on Google. Definition of FREE ( Without cost or payment ) wont shop there for anything now !!!!

I hadnt been to Harbor Freight for a long time. I was in the market for a mechanics tool box. For the price, the quality was surprisingly good. Im not a professional mechanic and paying the big money for Matco or similar quality made no sense. I found what I was looking for here.

Greatest tool store around if they dont have it nobody makes it good prices and great service.

Good cheap tools, not snap on quality but also 10% of the price. So if its a specialty tool you wont use often I but them here

The only great part about this store is the free item coupons. They dont carry a lot of things youd expect them to carry and they close at 8 which is a bummer. I wish they were open until 9 or 10.
