First time visit and I love this space. The staff spoke when I came into the door and I was given a mini tour. As I went around and smelled different soap scents and looked at the different products, I had a chance to speak with someone making soap… and appreciated his kindness.

Different from regular grocery shopping. More support to local brands along with Amazon brand, of course. Staff were friendly, store was very clean and felt refreshing.

Love, love this place. I feel healthier just walking in the doors. Organic pressed juices that you cant find anywhere else. I just love that I can get everything organic in 1 place, especially meat.

Called like 10 times only to get hung up on, transferred to wrong departments, and no one willing to answer a simple question. Kinda stinks because they are usually pretty good at this location.

I am from Naples, Florida and I am staying in Luna Pier for hurricane season. I love shopping at this Whole Foods! It is a smaller, more boutique type store like the one I shop at in Naples. The people are very friendly and I have found that the service is excellent in all areas just like in Naples! Thank you very much! 😀

Great selection of gluten free and othe healthy food, beautiful displays, prices are better than they used to be.

Worst Whole Foods store. Nothing was stocked at 7 pm on a Sunday. The employee s have no idea where products are. Employees are rude when you tank them they need to acknowledge you its called manners. Funny Im not the only one that think the employees are rude. I am from VA and was happy to see a Whole Foods. Didnt realize they dont care but the prices are just as high ended up throwing the food away it was all horrible SAVE YOUR MONEY. You dont need to spend it on nasty food and rude employees.

Absolutely adore the new whole foods!! So many awesome options and new foods to try. I am vegetarian and i have never seen so many things for me to try! I love the snack and meal options and the macaroon station! I also like that prime members get discounts on certain items and that there is such a wide variety of locally made food! Just fantastic! I will be doing a lot of shopping here!

Everyone was helpful. The store was clean. Lots of great food was to be had. Very fresh produce and a good assortment of fish and meat was a happy thing. Even the other customers were nice.

The store is well stocked, from fresh to frozen. Very clean. The associates are helpful and friendly. It is easy to maneuver using a motorized cart (they have just one). Other pluses is the discount on Whole Foods 365 items. The ability to return items to Amazon is great also.

Theyre often out of my vegan products! But overall theyre cool. I shop here at least once a week. And I love i can return Amazon packages here! Its super simple.

The food was Awesome! Perfectly cooked shrimp (fried and butterflied) and salmon. The salad was different and the green sauce was omg delicious. Im going back.

I love the Whole Foods in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Staff are not welcoming..and trying to get someone to answer a question is impossible. I rather shop at Claudias.

Have a lot of variety of healthy items! Price point is what u would expect in my opinion. Was clean store organized and I came in about HR. B4 closing. But nothing was out of stocked and it was neat and clean which I appreciated (some stores at closing time are a mess and items gone ect. So I was pleasantly surprised. My 1st time visiting and will def. Return to shop!!

Im a prime memeber but paying with corp card so it doesnt matter. To me it an expensive Walmart, I saw a lot of the same things there that they have at Walmart if you want to spend more then go to whole foods but its half the price at walmart

Breath of fresh air here. Went to drop off Amazon returns and walked out on mothers day with $50 worth of roses, gift cards and greeting cards. The roses were the best Id seen.

Not as big as the ones Im use to,but produce was fresh. Staff was helpful and the place was spotless. Their organic selection was very good

This store has been absolutely wonderful during the pandemic - clean, consistent, and going above and beyond the minimum guidelines. It’s the only place I’ve felt safe to shop in person during my pregnancy, any time of day. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. I couldn’t be more grateful! Please keep doing what you’re doing!

Never disappointed. Short lines, even at lunchtime

While not as large as stores in Columbus or Ann Arbor, they do have a great selection of items. The produce department is very good with some unique items like fesh turmeric root. The 365 in-house brand items are always good quality and less expensive than name brands. The amount vegan options is wonderful!

Love Whole Foods. Great, fresh selection. Just note this is a small 365 Whole Food Concept store; so not the full Whole Foods selection one might be used to. Staff is friendly. Store is clean. The parking lot is awful. You may be circling the lot during the lunch hours. As of 12.22.2020 when I went in they were starting to open sections of the hot/cold bar again! So thats exciting.

Fresh everyday

First time at WF today, and I was impressed! Great quality products, and nice variety! Staff was nice and very helpful in answering my questions! Also finally found items that I could not find anywhere else, and I will definitely be back!

Very costly shop. Everything is atleast 4 times from farmers market. Somethings are priced even 10 times almost as if you are buying Gold.

Thank goodness for Whole Foods in the Toledo area!I was in town during the pandemic and really appreciated the care they are taking with masks, distancing and general next-level cleanliness. Carts are sanitized, with extra wipes available, and they even have a greeter who will politely offer you a mask if you forget to put yours on, like I did once.The wide range of healthy (organic, vegan, gluten-free) products they have is fantastic. Their beauty and supplements section is well-stocked with things not available elsewhere in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful - I particularly enjoyed the cheerful hipster with the twinkle in his eye. Overall an exceptionally pleasant shopping experience.People complain about their prices, but I don’t know how they manage to keep them so low with all the aforementioned perks they offer. If it’s a choice between paying more for something that I can’t get anywhere else, I’m happy to have the option. Their 365 brand is high quality and reasonably priced. Also, their sale prices are good, sometimes better than Kroger or Meijer, so if there’s something you like, it’s easy to just wait until it goes on sale. And really, some days you just don’t feel like braving the big box stores.It was a bit of a drive for me to get there, but always worth it, as shopping there was always a treat. Currently writing this from 2,000 miles away and wishing I had access to something similar here!

I dont know whether its the Amazon acquisition or the pandemic or the fact that this was in Ohio, but this was by far the worst Whole Foods store I have ever been to. It was essentially relegated to the frozen foods isle with some unhelpful employees loitering in all this vast empty space.

Features organic and other healthy products. Prices are a little higher than other places around town. On a busy Secor Road and in area with other shops and restaurants. Parking could be a problem at certain times of the day.

Good choices of food, lots of organic food. The choice are not so huge as in Walmart kroger or other grocery shop. Good inventory of cheese and salumi.

When I lived in California I loved Whole Foods but this one in Toledo is horrible. I asked two employees who were working if they could direct me to the cases of purified water because I couldn’t find any. They told me “we don’t have packs of purified water here...”What the hell? It’s a freaking grocery store and you don’t have cases of purified water.Not going back

Great supermarket but, a little bit too small

Prices are simply unbelievably expensive!! Organic items are good for you. But the prices here are rediculous. PERIOD.. Spend your time going somewhere els for equal products but cheeper!! Other stores are available

The floor plan is excellent and the food looked fresh and presentable. The cashier was not particularly friendly nor accommodative.The greeter in the front of the store was friendly.

I am not one to write reviews, at all !, my experience at whole foods was upstanding! Kudos to your employees ! As I was standing in line to check out, 3 shoppers deep, a cashier announced that self check out had no wait, seeing nobody was interested, this cashier immidedaitlely opened another registrar for service. Quickly and politely helping us shoppers finish up. How cool !!!, the line was not 10 people deep, there was no reason to open a registrar, of a backed up line, just an appreciation for your customers. I am now a wholefoods shopper, very clean, easy to navigate, good meat, and a corporation that cares about their customers, a sorely lost trait in todays world.

Polite cashiers, very clean and organized store. Never messy. Never dirty. Never rude. Most important they are NOT as expensive as people have made it out to be. I enjoy the quiet environment when I shop here. I really enjoy shopping here. Wish they had clothes Id Really be hooked.

Whole Foods is not going to be the cheapest grocery store you visit but they carry items and brands you arent going to find anywhere else. Store was neat and clean and employees we interacted with were all friendly. Decent selection of seafood and meats. I like their selection of multivitamins, supplements, and hygiene products. Many of the brands you cant find elsewhere.

Found several items I would love to try however WAY OVER PRICED FOR MY TASTE

First time shopping Whole Foods Toledo and I must say it felt very uncomfortable. I understand that people steal stuff and it’s hard to identify people because everybody’s wearing a mask but I had this little blonde girl basically following me around in circles looking at the same places that I was looking at products and reading labels. I know she was because soon as I went to the register she stop circling and went and grabbed her phone. It’s like she picked me out of everybody because I looked younger than everyone and she kept looking out of the corner of her eye at me to see what I was doing. The staff there weren’t rude but they weren’t that friendly either. Most of that organic food they sell there I see in other stores and for way cheaper. I might as well just continue shopping at my old store. At least I won’t feel out of place and harassed.

There is no juice bar at the Toledo location

I honestly expected more from whole foods. Almost everything there is overpriced, but that was no surprise. Nevertheless, they have a number items youd be hard pressed to find at other brick and mortar stores, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Also up until the whole rona crisis began, they had a lot of free samples. Its significantly less fun to go there now that covid is a thing. Id like it more if I could afford it, and really the selection is somewhat less than I expected. All in all I still like going there from time to time, as its fun to browse their selection, and they have some stuff I havent seen elsewhere.

My Mother is so pleased that Whole Foods has come to Toledo! The Customer Service at this store is absolutely amazing! They have gone above and beyond to help her get her groceries while she is recovering from surgery. Also, the store is immaculate, and food is of great quality. Love the fresh squeezed orange juice!

Very clean. Not a lot of staff. I got fresh fish and port wine. I didnt notice that my 2 bottles of wine were in one bag and the handle broke and one bottle splattered all over my driveway. Lesson learned

Store is cute and more like a convenience stop. I’ve had two experiences with staff and one was pleasant, and the other she kept asking me why I didn’t know my Whole Foods or amazon password.. story short I got a new phone that day and couldn’t confirm login so it wasn’t logging in to scan my code at the register and it says in bold on my screen we cannot provide your scan but a Whole Foods cashier can assist you anyway. She kept arguing and then I had to read it out to her and then she went to ask another employee and suddenly could do it for me. Attitude

Expensive! Walked out without purchasing anything. You can get a lot of the same food products at Kroger for cheaper. Crazy people shop here!

Whole foods hot bar is good at every location except this one. Pizza and wings every day, small selection of other pastas, bread, and fried food. They hardly ever have anything allergen friendly and the vegan bakery items are sold out by 10 AM. There is a fraction of the products other, larger whole foods carry so its only the most popular mass produced food items on the shelves, might as well go to Kroger and pay half the price. Cashier told me not to bother using the Amazon prime scan, that its a waste of time. If you really want to shop at whole foods, just make the drive out to Ann Arbor, you wont find what you need here.

Over priced, but always has the weird health foods your looking for.

Tried new York strip steak, I consider a good steak if you can eat all, including the fat. Really good tasting.

This location is a bit smaller than most other whole foods, probably because it was originally going to be a Whole Foods 365 before the amazon acquisition.As a result the hot bar is lacking... both in selection and quality of food.Otherwise its generally decent.

I enjoy shopping at Whole Foods Market. However this particular location doesn’t honor the same values as the other Whole Food Market. Some of the staff is friendly and the other majority not so much. I wish shopping here made for a more pleasant experience however it hasn’t so I’d much rather make the 1 1/2 drive for better service....
