This is my #1 favorite health food store in the area. The employees are always welcoming and helpful, and they have a great selection with items that I rarely can find elsewhere. Its appropriately quaint and very well worth the drive down Sylvania Ave. I highly recommend visiting.

Its good to have an organic grocery store right in the neighborhood. However, the prices are extremely high. The stuff they sell is better for you but sometimes it costs almost twice as much as you will pay at a chain grocery store. The more money you have... the better you eat (quality>quantity)

Ive been patronizing this store since 1998. I love the bulk aisle. Theres a wide selection of spices, flour, rice, grains beans, seeds, salt and sugar to choose from. Often, I can get spices, which are organic, cheaper than I can get spices that are not organic at the supermarkets.

It is local store. I love going there. That staff ia very nice. The selection of bulk spices, herbs, teas and dey goods. The ultimate plus it is local.

Enjoy shopping there. But can be kind of pricey. But will go back to get certain items.

Some prices are a little high but its absolutely worth it knowing your money goes to a great place.
