Update: The online coupon scheme is a nightmare. Ponzi scheme might best describe it. It took five employees before one could explain the “extra” in store savings routine. Frankly, more trouble than it’s worth. Employees are great. Kroger is tied with Walmart for the stores who make it the most difficult to pay for your items.

Great selection and all their departments are up and running still unlike a lot of other krogers. Their specialty cheese section is amazing and has some of the best options Ive ever tried before, cannot recommend them enough!

That I have bought items that within 2 days I have to throw out. I just bought a crack of pepper, multi colored . the yellow and the Orange were great but the red one was not. Why do you sell them as sweet peppers? I think this Kroger is going out of business.you have all these comercals about how fresh everything is, not true. Going to do my shopping elware. Do disappointed.

Every morning half the self check out sections are broken or closed and the staff is just terrible. The short haired old lady is never quick to assist. Its so irritating having no assist with purchases anymore

Very busy, but I love this Kroger. Lots of changes since my last visit but they have signs up indicating the changes and directions to the products and aisles that changed. Plenty of staff on hand to help,and almost if not all checkout lanes open. Curbside pickup available, click list online ordering available. Very little to no wait for pick-up. Checkout lanes busy but moving well. It was not a long wait. Product availability was good. I find the self checkout to be annoying with the talk back

Lauren in the bakery of the Holland Sylvania and Bancroft store is amazing!!!!!!! I didnt realize I ordered my sons birthday cake for the Friday before. So when I called the Friday of his birthday we were trying to figure out what happened, and we realized I ordered it for the wrong date and they put it in the break room a week earlier. So here we were the day of his birthday and no cake due to my error. But Lauren and her team were amazing!!!!! She was not only able to give me the cake I originally wanted but was unable to get, because their edible picture thing was down, but she had it ready for me a few hours later and it looked amazing!!!!!!!! Thank you to Lauren and the entire bakery crew for making this birthday his best yet!!!!!!

Don’t normally leave reviews on anything but just wanted to comment on the great service tonight from Ryan in the produce department. He was very friendly and had a couple great suggestions and can’t wait to see how this roast turns out, thanks Ryan!

The lady in the deli was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Slower than slow. Didn’t seem to like her job. I’ll go to Monettes deli before I ever go back there.

Am going to start shopping at Holland store. Holland sylvania and Bancroft only has one checkout open everytime I go. Long line always.

With Kroger membership you get good discounts on a lot of products. The quality of fresh produce is really good. The variety of fresh produce is as well more when compared to any other grocery store in the area. The dry fruits by the weight has a good selection as well. Good variety of vegan products is available.

Visited the branch to see if the job my teenage son and daughter applied for are ready. Fantastic shopping complex....well arranged products... with excellent service staff members willing to assist you.This is really what makes Kroger stand out.Very humane working staff...The cool atmosphere indicate how great their grocery stores are doing well.

Smaller selection than the newer Kroger supermarkets. I suppose this location could be considered a more conventional grocery store.The employees make the shopping experience pleasant.Dennis is easiest to recall of everyone who works there. He is always friendly and suggesting ways to save an extra dollar if an item is on a bulk sale (buy this many - or one more - and save this much).I enjoy shopping at this location due to the convenience of the location, but I am forced to shop elsewhere due to the limited selection.

This is one of the newer Kroger’s in the region. It is not a Mega Kroger’s and is open 24 hours. There is a Starbucks and they offer wine tasting at a wine bar located in the store. It is very clean, the staff is incredibly friendly. Nice produce area.

Super amazing customer service. Ryan from produce was able to help us with inflating balloons for a graduation party day of. Already had bought some numbered balloons that were not the best quality. Several of them popped trying to inflate and Ryan was nice enough to replace them at no cost!

Best Kroger to shop at. The manager, Melonie, definitely is an amazing presence there. Always friendly and helpful. Store is cleaned and stocked, especially when theres a big sale.

I have been shopping here for 3 months. Every trip twice a week has rotten or mushy fruit and vegetables. Buy your produce elsewhere.

Becky and the staff behind the meat counter are amazing!! Judy makes my coffee in the morning and always makes me smile, and Cindy at the Uscan is literally a sweetheart. Becky always says hi to my one year old daughter and even the management has been wonderfully kind when I needed their help. Sorry miracle mile, this is officially the best Kroger in town.. (airport hwy by McCord is a close second)

Not a market place but still your neighborhood grocery store. Meat, deli, bakery and liquor store. Friendly service helpful staff. Very good produce section with good electronic coupons and gas station across the street. Always find whatever is on shopping list

Love the way it is set up love all the new healthy choices their holistic aisles are expanding- Ready to cook box kits now available LOVE THOSE WHEN I AM IN A HURRY staff is always polite and helpful. Starbucks is inside so I can caff up while I grocery shop- So many wonderful improvements prices are fair parking is great. Kroger is my jam!

Clean. One of the smaller Kroger astound townbut thats nice when you dont want to spend alkali day walking through the store. Good selection. Theyre rearranging the aisles and its an improvement.

Went in looking for light brown sugar. They were sold out of everything but, dark brown sugar. The store staff went beyond the requirement trying to make sure we left happy. They called other stores to see if they had any. It was the 4th of July so i was prepared to hear no. They offered us a free bag of Dark brown sugar.

Pros:Relatively clean.Friendly staff.Has almost everything I need.Cons:They need to do something about the bugs in the fruit area. There are always a lot of bugs there.They need more self-check out machines. Theres usually a long line for those.

I was helped almost from the time i walked in the door..i had called several stores about toys on the coupon 25 days of Merry Christmas . Sara and every person i encountered were helpful! There was a young man doing go backs that really tried to helpe find the Hot Wheels Turbo set to no avail. But i appreciated his efforts ! Happy with my shopping experience, but parking lot is crowded and hazardous. Ive been hit twice in the past 2 years,both the other guys fault.One guy broadsided me pulling out of his spot.Another turned her car into mine while backing out.I was putting groceries in my trunk! They need to reconfigure their lot.

Great place, good deals. Not always easy to find workers if you need help unless your in produce. Then you can find help but may not be able to always get a answer

Seems to be a bit smaller Kroger location than many around Toledo. However, still a good selection. Tends to be extremely busy at peak hours so watch your times and choose wisely so you dont end up in a very long line!

Friendly staff. The checkout lines are quick and the food is easy to find. The produce section has really fresh food and they have a larger cheese shop then some of the other area Krogers.

Used the Uscan & got out fast. You need to get there before 5 pm thats when they get busy. Great Employees at this Store. I know the Manager from when I worked at Frito-Lay. Very nice man.

I Just love the deals at Kroger. Love the fuel points and the surprise Cupons Sometimes with my prescriptions.

This Krogers is open 24/7 so tjats a plus. And its out the way more tords holland Springfield / sylvania area. So its alot nicer n cleaner. If you live in the inner City. Its definitely worth the extra drive to come ti this Krogers forsure. Krogers on jackman n laskey is decent kimda also. But lewis n alexis krogers is kinda nasty. Nats flying all over strawberrys n stuff that sit in containers on the tables n stuff. Inrate them a 1. But this Krogers, id say its like a 4 or 5 star rating but ima go ahead n give it a good 5 stars. Very busy store thats been recently remodeled. Employees are typically too busy to assist customers. On busy days common items seem to go out of stock, like bottled water. This location has a full liquor store inside.

Usually this Kroger is fine, but lately Ive been buying ground beef at full price here and within ONE DAY it turns gray. Their meat is expensive to begin with. Why spend more money here when I can get better quality meat across the street for cheaper with better customer service, at House of Meats? Kroger gets more and more expensive. I can get all but 4 of all my groceries for the week for half the cost Id spend at Kroger if I go to Monettes, Aldi and House of Meats. The age of overpriced groceries and plastic bags is coming to a close...

Customer service at this location keeps me coming back! Most the cashiers are friendly, fast and helpful. Would like to see the items bagged better I have developed the habit of separating my groceries to avoid the obvious bagging errors.

Great store but if youre disabled and use a wheelchair there is no clear sidewalk. You have to use the heavy trafficked entryways for cars...

Prices are much higher than they used to be and the perks of a Kroger card are overrated. Two people could not help me find what I needed. I just left and went to Walmart. Sad because this location is very easy for me to shop when in a rush...I mean when am I not in a rush right.

Usually very good but today. I called the pharmacy regarding 2 scripts i was notified were ready to see which were done. When I got to the store was informed NONE were ready!! Was told to wait 10 minutes (in the drive thru) or come back! It was a waste of time and gas to have to come back. Totally frustrated!!

Nice wine selection, and they have a liquor store too. However you could die of thirst trying to get checked out. Not enough cashiers, and too many people in the self checkout lines that are clueless.

Kroger is close by, has a great selection, good bargains with the Kroger card and gas points. I also like having tbe pharmacy for one stop convenience.

I usually go the Holland store because its closer but we were running errands and decided to just stop at this store. Never again lol. Its Friday night, theres only 3 lanes open and no baggers. So slow and the cashier was pretty rude. Seems like pretty poor planning not to schedule any baggers on a Friday night

This is by far my favorite Kroger. Today is my step sons birthday, I jumped on the ball a little late. I went to bakery and they didnt have the type of cake I wanted to get available in the premade section. Lauren, the Baker said gimme 10 mins and your cake will be done. I cannot express my gratitude enough for making my child birthday cake on spot.Thank you very much Lauren

Krogers does not offer real good discounts on its product like; Wal-Marts. I know well, because I use to supply their operations working for; General Mills Toledo Plant. Kroger, so call discounts are not real discounts. They are fake discounts! The public receive a discount at a three hundred percent margin more for what they purchased that particular product for. For example, the cost of a lemon and salad dressing are 33% more than a Wal-Mart Store. Krogers is cheating the public!

I had to wait in line a good hour before i could sent money. One lady just said the hell with it and left. So hear is my suggestion. Have two employees the first of every month.

Different Kroger than I usually go to. It was very cold in the store and I am usually not cold. Everyone was bundled up in there. Maybe heating issues as it was frigid outside.
