I was in there today and had a great experience. Shop was great the owner was busy but still very attentive and helpful. Definitely earned my business.

Absolutely one of my favorite head shops in the city. All the workers are extremely nice and helpful and theyre willing to work with you to get what you want, even if you only have a fairly faint idea. Great assortment of wraps and papers.

I love this place. Its really low-key considering its location, local and have an incredible selection. Other than a somewhat jacked up parking lot, its an awesome place. The workers are extremely friendly, helpful, educational and unlike other places in area wont send you packing with money to spend over confusion of terminology on some of their items you may have never seen nor know what to call. One of my favorite stores in all of Toledo!

Had a good selection of products! Knowledgeable staff. I met the owner he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They had some reasonably priced glass section, all the way to a custom glass section and everything in between. Good electronic smoking section as well

The staff are always nice. I go for the inscents. The fizzy pop inscents are the bomb diggity. I use a few others as well. Ive bought a few holder and even some zen Buddhist statues for my zen room at my home.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sean was the person that helped me while i was there. He was very helpful in helping me find a gift for my girlfriend. They have a great selection of smoking accessories and other novelties.

Was surprised to find that Mr. Es has now joined the Loonar Station family; they’ve got a new sign and the same great products. I am so excited to have a Loonar Station around the corner from home and I’ll definitely be stopping by again soon!😊

Ive been a long time customer at Mr Es and never had a problem until recently I bought a product that stopped working. I brought it back within the first week and was told that it was my problem. 2 weeks later whend purchasing a vaporizer, while explaining the situation another employee offered to make the exchange because it didnt sound fair. When I came back the manager and owner told me that the employee didnt have the power to do that and that I was trying ro manipulate the system over a $40 torch after the countless hundreds Ive spent over the years. Not only did they refuse to make it right for me the customer but they were very offensive and demeaning. Luckily amazon is usually cheaper anyway. Me and my friends will not be going back.

Hasnt been the same in quite some time. Sure, the store looks the same and probably has more products now, but it just doesnt feel the same to shop here anymore. Almost feels like the forgotten store, and honestly too expensive for having mostly China glass.

I prefer this location over Lunar Station any day.
