Big lots have a great sale if your a rewards member right now!! Most of there staff is great!! But, not the furniture lady she was rude and hiding! Yes... I said hiding I asked for a box spring set she said she’ll be right back only to never come back!! She trusted the nerve to go on break never coming back to where I was waiting. It was fine because I ended up shopping for more stuff!

8-28-20 The girl who waited on us in the furniture dept was wonderful, nice, polite and very helpful. She called around to other big lots for the furniture I was looking for. All the stores were out of it. I dont understand why do they have it advertised online if they dont have it.8-30-20 I went back today and bought a recliner, the guy Kerry was very nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get the chair in the Suv. He assisted me getting it out of the box and helping me lift it. I will definitely come back again very soon. The price was RIGHT also

They were very helpful and what they didnt have they lead me in the right direction i forgot the sales persons name but if it hepls cashier 1851434 on 3/13/21 was very attentive he made a sale promoted discounts and lead me to another store of theirs that had the items they didnt in their store. I am really happy they had the type of bed I was looking for really was in need but had to go to different locations and the one at Jackman was ok just had to wait for assistance to get the mattress I called ahead for.

Cashier was really nice. Difficult to maneuver carts and people out of the way with new set up of register. Once again, signs were posted buy so much and save money off but it did not come off on the register or, print a coupon. The cashier said she could call a manager up but I declined. I know not to take advantage of deals there but fall for it every time.

The store very dirty. I went there looking for christmas gifts and found slime all over the gound. My boots were ruiedThe gave one tiusse to clean it. My shoe will forever be lime green. The employees suck andthey are mean.

I love the place!! They are low on a few things. I stopped drinking pop because they have this water called ICE, its only .75 cents and their toilet paper is cheaper than wal- mart . its always clean and the cashiers are usually nice and helpful.

I ordered cube storage from this location online. I got to the store and they didnt have it. Why advertise you have 2 left at your location if you dont have any. The manager didnt even apologize or offer to see if see could locate the item at another Toledo store.

They were great as usual. I had a return and no longer had the receipt. They were able to still take care of it.

Clean store, good selection of items and quality. Including the furniture. prices are ok but you can tell they are leaving room for profit when they knock the price down for the end of season sales.Staff is always in a good mood.

This is the only Big Lots I have seen with marked down food items....great customer service manager Kerry is outstanding along with other staff always informative and friendly best checkout registers with Covid 19 going on I appreciate the option of using hand sanitizer and sanitizer wipes. May consider selling bread since my husband asked me to pick up a loaf had to go to Dollar General next door.

The store is always clean & well stocked. It seems they dont have as muchproducts as they used to but its still a nice place to shop.

Couldnt get cars apart, and they do not disinfect them. So after I disinfected the 3rd one, I got a cart. Two employees were standing right there talking. I told them they were all stuck, they looked at me and then kept talking. After I got thru the 3rd cart, I thought maybe they didnt hear me, so I got closer and told them and the male said, okthank you. The female started walking towards the back and had her mask hanging from one ear. I will never come back here.

I never buy anything from Big Lots anymore I had the receipt and merchandise they wouldnt want to return it I dont understand why I promised myself I would never buy anything from Big Lots

There was a small cookie jar for $8. It had a big chip in it so I asked about a discount. 10%. No. It was not a small chip either. Very visible. Smh

I was in Big Lots last week and I was totally surprised 😲 by all the nice stuff they have in the store. I ended up buying a complete set of sheets with the comforter for my husband and he truly love them and I got it at a real good price ❤️❤️❤️

Great store, has just about everything you could need and the employees are curious and very helpful to help you get what you need. Excellent prices on merchandise there also. Just an all around great store.

I purchased a sectional set from Big Lots, the furniture has no pre fab holes to screw the legs on the furniture, it is setting on the floor. The only thing customer service had done is send an email 30 or more days after the first request to ask for the ske number on receipt. Never will make a big purchase at Big Lots again.

Love Big Lots. They have beautiful furniture and lots of other great things. They are definitely underrated. A dollar goes a long ways there. Always friendly staff and always nice product.

Love for quick grabs (movies, natural drinks, ice cream etc) Spacious location, easy access aisles. Helpful staff, easy to sign up for a rewards card. Their herb and spice collection is rather nice. Found mint in a glass bottle for 2.00 very fresh, was perfect for making quick mint tea.

Clean, well stocked, in a plaza with Krogers and Harbor Freight.
