You can’t even shop in this store took me 35min to find foil this is ridiculous

This place is always a total wreck! Things are always out of place and prices are typically incorrect on shelves. Some of the staff are cordial and some jaded and rude. Today the staff was pleasant and helpful. Finally found what i needed through the mess. I mainly go to Family Dollar bc the coupons and ease of use.

I walked into the store today 9/18 @ 2:35 p.m. I was please to see how clean and organized it was. But all of a sudden I hear this women yelling on the phone behind the counter. She is talking to a car repair place about her car. She is totally inappropriate in the way she is cussing and yelling about how long they have taken to repair her car (3 weeks). I got a headache listening to her as I was trying to pick out a birthday card for my father. As I was leaving I saw her,she had blonde hair and was sitting on the floor behind the counter. This was so unprofessional to handle personal business while behind the counter. Family Dollar still have some improvements to do. Very unpleasant experience today at the Bancroft and Upton Ave location.

The blonde mgr is there all the time..she keeps it looking GREAT! Awesome job..you turned that store around!!

One of the worst Family Dollars in Toledo very unorganized rude when you walk in the store just seem dirty hip hop or rnb music playing at all times the store is not professional at all it just down right ghetto. It should have so kind of professionalism in a large company chain as Family Dollar and they dont.

They supposed to be open at 8:00,And here it is 9:37. Garbage all over the place. Employee see us out here but yet wont let us in. This place is absolutely where one shouldnt goes. Very discisdis.

Friendly service but very crowded isles and product just thrown on shelves.

The store is so disorganized and things all over the place and floors. There’s even trash everywhere. It’s so cluttered in the aisles and by the registers.
