Your prescription is never ready when they say it is ... today I called 2 times to confirm it was fone. At 1130 I was told 30 min. Got a text the scripts were ready. So I went at 230. It was not dat all done and was told to come back in an hour. After this being 2 days back and forth for this script....I called to speak to a pharmacy manager..but no manager in. But the girl then tells me. Oh. They are ready now we pro essed them right after you left because you said you called several time. I said are you kidding me?!??! I waited in line 45 minutes for you to tell me come back in an hour when they should have been done.... I drive out of line and now they are.. I even asked if youd like me to wait at the window and was told no youre too busy.. I said can someone now bring them out. I do not have time to wait another 45 min in line. She says so come in to get then. Prescriptions are because I am covid positive..I cannot come in. She cared less about my wasted time. Or the fact I am too ill for these games. This seems to be an every month occurrence even with my regular scripts. Walgreens will now have my business.

Extreme and excessive hold times. Even as a prescriber we cannot get ahold of anyone by phone! Hire more staff or get a better manager, whatever the issue is! I feel sorry for patients who have to use this pharmacy.😩

If I could give this a negative 10 stars I would! This is what they mean when talking about businesses within poverty areas. They legit do not care. I should have looked at reviews before requesting my urgent prescription to be sent to this pharmacy.... 3 hours after it was called in I went up there and was told it would be ready in a few HOURS!!?? And seriously was rude with me for asking why. Like what... since when does it take that long? Then when called 2 hours after that...guess what? On hold for 35 minutes!!!! I happen to look up reviews and realize this isnt a mistake. Its ignorance. No wonder listed for 24 hours cause you legit need that long to fill one prescription.

Waited on hold to speak to someone in the pharmacy for over 20 mins!!! I had a patient call me who said that this CVS refused to sell her a diabetic glucose meter without a prescription, even though she was paying cash. Called the pharmacy to let them know she had a prescription and didnt even get to speak to anyone for over 20 mins! Poor customer service.

Shoutout to DAVID the store manager who helped me in my desperate search for the Frankenstein Hello Kitty Greeter. I had called several stores including corporate but David was by far THE MOST HELPFUL CVS EMPLOYEE. I gave him the item number, he searched Ohio, Michigan, and even Chicago. It was his search that provided me with a store in California who had them in stock. My daughter was able to purchase one within an hour. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL TO YOU DAVID. It means so much to my daughter. THANK YOU ☺️

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but my word this is the worst pharmacy ive ever encountered! Super long wait time in drive thru, super long wait inside, constantly not having scripts filled when they say they are filled, and if you call for questions prepare to wait for an hour. If youre looking to waste your time, then 5 stars, this is your place.

Dropped my script off Thursday and was told it would be ready in an hour. I go back 2 1/2 hours later to be told it would be great the next day...ooook I call the automated line Friday and it said it would be ready by 3:30. I signed up, via automated line, to receive a text when my order was ready... well here it is SATURDAY and I still havent received a text. I tried calling the store to speak to a Pharmacist and was on hold for 10 minutes and no one came on. Im over it. Im going to pick up my prescription request and take it elsewhere! TERRIBLE PHARMACY!

They NEVER answer the phone. Waiting in line is a real problem. 3 and 4 techs/cashiers standing in a group chatting about where they are going when they get off work. Prices are NOT matched from other pharmacies. I have 2 scripts that at $30 & $40 higher here.

I get they’re busy. I get it. We need another 24 hour pharmacy in the city. But, a 48 hour turn over time for something as simple as birth control is insane. The automated refill system told me Friday, 6 PM, then Saturday at 3 AM, then I went up there today, Sunday, and they told me 30 minutes. It’s been 2 hours. I still don’t have it. This really isn’t something I can just skip and not take. What if it was something important? Like an antibiotic?? This is insane. They need more staff and we need another 24 hour pharmacy.

The wait is too long!! At this point ask people to pull over and bring their meds out to the car. Average wait time is 35-40 minutes day/evening/night. I also suggest having the the second drive thru fixed. The staff seems unfriendly and rude at times. The lady I had today was nice.

Horrible customer service. I had a complaint to make about an employee in the pharmacy and the manager came over and made it worse. No regard for my complaints. Even refused to hand me my prescriptions until I responded to her as if I was her child. Madeline and Raelyn should be terminated from the Monroe location. The experience I had today was unbelievable.

If you have to speak to someone, be prepared to sit on hold for AT LEAST 10+ minutes (assuming they answer at all). If you need it mailed, theres a 50/50 chance (after they say they will) that they wont and itll just sit there.

Rite Aid across the street is better. CVS takes forever and you are always waiting around. And I went to them to refill my prescription and they said it would be done same day. Its been 2 days and I havent heard anything and no one wants to answer their phone. Never had this problem across the street.

I used to go there for prenatal vitamins. The order was requested on jan 13, they said they will refill. However when i went to the store on jan22, they said the vitamins are out of stock. Extremely slow takes hours to get a script fill, I have waited days for scripts they normally dont answer phones or if they do your treated rudely. Dropped of script for medicine doctor wanted started right away, pharmacy said it wont be ready for 3 to 4 hours. When my insurance paid for rite aid I never waited over 15 minutes

First I would like to say that the pharmacists are very nice and professional. But the pharmacy technicians three of which are very rude. The one that takes calls during the day exceptionally rude. They shouldnt have customer or patient contact. I had three medication errors in the past 12 months which I didnt discover until I got home. Had to make extra trips. And one time I was shorted 90 pills. They refuse to believe it I had to pay for a full new prescription. There should be no errors in Pharmacy let alone three errors on one account within 12 months unacceptable and there should have been at least two incident reports and Im not sure that thats even happened. We are made to use this Pharmacy by our company.

They are okay. Some pharmacy techs are more rude than others but I have been on hold waiting for someone to take my call for 50 minutes now..Edit: Stayed on hold for 1.5hrs. Decided to hang up and call again, on hold for 30 min and someone picked up, didnt say anything, and hung up.

Worst pharmacy ever. The drive through window guy is incompetent. I go to the pharmacy yesterday, get home and realize 2 of my scripts were missing. I called, they apologize that he never told me then assured me they would both be back in stock by the next day. The next day I go back, they only have 1 of the 2 and can’t give me an answer on when my other will be in. They also wouldn’t help me transfer it else where so I can actually get it as I need this prescription. VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!

Not only was the person that answered the phone super rude every question he asked me when I went to answer he’d cut me off in the middle of talking then ask me to repeat my answer.... no wonder people don’t deal with that store they are extremely rude and ghetto. Wish I could give this dump 0 stars. I left my prescription at the pharmacy. It wasnt for anything complicated. The pharmacist told me it would take 2 hours to prepare my medicine. I left and came back more than 2 hours later. They then told me they would need another 20 minutes to fill my prescription. They feel nothing about wasting other peoples time. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere

Usually when I call after hrs theres is a concerned caring male pharmacist that answers my question but not just now. She was rude chewing in my ear and wasnt helpful at all. No one wants you to change their prescription dosage lady I just didnt want to spend the night in the ER for something I could of handled at home. I cant wait until they open up another 24 hr pharmacy so I dont have to speak to this c*nt ever again.

The consistent high volume of prescriptions seems to overwhelm the pharmacists on a regular basis, leading to slow service, poor customer service, and obvious anxiety among the pharmacy staff. Ive had a mixture of good and bad customer service, but I would say bad overall (definitely depends on the employee). CVS should not have taken on the Promedica prescriptions if they were not capable of managing the new load. I enjoyed the 24 hour convenience of the pharmacy, but the terrible service and ridiculously overpriced prescriptions is no longer worth it anymore. I highly recommend the Rite Aid pharmacy on Monroe St. They give my dog a treat every time I pick up a prescription and went out of their way to find me the best Rx coupon possible while I was renewing my medical insurance. Do not put anymore stress on the overworked staff at CVS.

Dont use this pharmacy even the manager Tiffany Brose was rude. I am desling with a child with a terminal illness. Tiffany Failed to run my insurance 3 times.Two weeks I had been back and forth at the store. Then Tiffany told me I was committing insurance fraud. The insurance company had to call with me on the line and force CVS to run it. When I went to pick up the medication I wad told it was out of stock. Then someone found it on a shelf.I had been a customer for years. Dealt with the poor attitude s for years. I will never you this pharmacy and I suggest no one should. Just read all the other reviews as well.

Absolutely freaking terrible, every CVS before I moved out here was great. You would think they are extremely short handed but there’s usually a ton of people back there looking incompetent and confused. Actually probably going to fight with our international union for allowing our perscription benefits to switch to CVS which was something I was excited about but this store is the only 24 hr one by me and they are all a joke. I’ve had people not speaking fluid English in the drive through and say there just 3 cars back for at least a half hour. Then another atrocious time was similar and waited for ever to have a woman who was wiping her nose on her hands and handling all my stuff and change, so unprofessional and disgusting. I’ve been in the store and in line for close to an hour. A whole isle down long and wrapped down the side to side isle. It wasn’t moving and you could tell the person was incompetent. Other CVS’s would call to a supervisor to come back and assist, not this one. Incompetence ALWAYS!!!!!! Now it’d be one thing if it was just this winter because we’ve had a bad winter in the area health wise this year but no it’s been the whole 2 years since I moved out here!!!! I’ve got heart issues and been so pissed off with people at this store I’ve had chest pains leaving. No where else, no other business, just this place!!!!

This CVS is unimaginably terrible. If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. The customer service was horrendous. I went here because I needed a 24 hour pharmacy, now I wish I had waited. It took nearly an hour to run my 2 scripts through insurance. I received only one script, that had not been run through insurance. When I tried to remedy this on the phone later, I waited on hold for 20 minutes only to be told that they could not, or would not transfer it to my pharmacy. I will happily never return to CVS again.

They never have my prescription ready, even when I call before I go over and ask them if my prescription is there. Then they get nasty with the customer when they are upset that they have to make another trip. They dont contact you when they do have prescriptions ready for you, even if you give them your cell phone (and they have an automated system that is supposed to call you when they have prescriptions ready for pick-up.) The staff is slow and then they are rude on top of it. Almost EVERY prescription I have needed filled in the past two months has been wrong, whether it was faxed over to them, or whether it was delivered to them on a paper prescription. Then they have the audacity to say that the mistakes arent their mistakes.

Treats Paramount patients as outsourced. Acted like Im an addict because I take narcotics(even though I dont, bc the techs there arent educated enough to know what lisdexamphetamine is. Its Vyvanse; which is a stimulant).Reluctantly transferredy Welbutrin over there d/t preferred Rx stipulations on my insurance.A week after the request and they have no record. They offered to fax the doctor. I said Id just had it sent to Rite Aid and wanted it transferred. They said well its probably expired is all. I said I hadnt had it filled so how could it be out of fills. Pharmacy is horrible, nothing is ever filled when they say it will be. Their favorite trick is to keep having you get back in line through the drive through. Every month I go through hell dealing with them. If my insurance company and they store werent owned by the same company, I would switch. I am sitting in the parking lot now waiting for a prescription that was supposed to be automatically filled this morning. I was here over an hour yesterday waiting for it, the 3rd trip through the drive through, they decided to tell me it couldnt be filled until today and they would do it automatically. Called after work, still not done. This place drives me insane.

Doesnt accept use of Google wallet or NFC based payments, because they are pushing their own insecure payment system that leaves you to pay fraudulent charges. Will not shop here again because of their anticompetitive behavior. Also, its best to just go across the street to a local pharmacy thats friendly, and has been there for years.

Refused to accept a government issued DoD active duty military ID to purchase OTC cold medicine for my wife and I. We just drove in from Norfolk, VA to visit family. This being the only 24 hr pharmacy near where we’re staying. I have a Michigan driver’s license, but it expired a few months back. The manager on duty said that the pharmacist makes the rules, not anyone in the store. All this because they said they haven’t seen an ID “like that one” and didn’t know how to input my information. Filing a formal complaint with their corporate office tomorrow. This is unacceptable. One star is valid, as the associate stocking shelves was very kind and helped me find some apple cider vinegar. The rest of them evidently need training.

If I could give this location a negative 5 stars I would. This location is a joke. Don’t go here if you want your insurance or address protected. The staff here allowed someone to fill prescriptions using my 21 month old son profile and insurance. Was even told they verified the address by repeating it to whom ever used my sons information. Funny thing is, I received the txt that a scrip was ready for pickup. And when I called them to let them know they were committing fraud they told me there was nothing they could do about and it was my and my insurances fault for not catching it. I live about 3 hours away from this pharmacy. This place is a joke.

Generally speaking I have no problem with the chain but this pharmacy is unprofessional and dishonest. On my way home from the ER 2 nights ago I dropped off 3 scripts to treat a bad case of influenza A. Early the next morning i called to see about delivery the lady supposedly checked and then promised they would go out that day, also giving me a timeframe to expect them. The timeframe was late in the afternoon. When that time had elapsed i called again to doublecheck they were still coming. The lady supposedly checked then got back on the line and yes my meds were still out the driver was running behind. A few more hours passed so i called again feeling desperate because my symptoms were so bad. The man i spoke to told me they were filling my scripts now and theyd be delivered late afternoon the next day. I explained to them how sick i was and he was dismissive. So i took some time to calm down and called back asking to speak to a manager. The best remedy they offered was to ask the driver if they could please drop my script first on the route but even then Id still have to wait until late afternoon. And they couldnt promise that the driver would do that. I have been getting continuously sicker this whole time. So finally this morning I called my insurance company they said they would try to send me a cab on short notice but no promises. The result? Unnecessary pain and suffering due to incompetence and dishonesty. Never going back. I really hope some drastic changes are made there soon because screwing around with peoples medical needs is potentially dangerous.

They after a week and standing in the store 2 different times for over and 1/2 hour each time not only did they not get the job done ✅ they were not able to fill my next month scripted even though the text messaged me they were done ✅ 48 hours later when I moved my scripts to Monroe pharmacy Matt manager proclaimed they were all filled I’m not using them again they told m the only cvs in Toledo that had my meds of 30 years was several townships over. 🗣👵🙅‍♀️🤦‍♀️
