(Tuesday, May 4, 2021; 4:45 P.M.) Extremely rude..!! I used the proprietary ATM the was inside the carry out.. After I withdrew the maximum withdrawal amount that the ATM allowed me to withdraw in a single transaction - $140 - I wanted to withdraw more cash to buy a few cases of beer, etc. Yet, the ATM displayed a strange message on its screen - Out Of Service (the 1st line) and F100 - Number Of Bills Already Given (the 2nd line).. So, I walked a few feet over to the front counter/register and asked the clerk (the foreign looking adult male, who needed a decent shave and a better fitting shirt; whom also didnt greet me when I entered the carry out, nor looked me in the eye at any time during my visit, even as I was engaging him in conversation and asking him a direct, simple, customer service-oriented question..), whats wrong with the ATM? Its showing a message that its out of service.. His reply was - simply, dryly, and clearly unconcerned - that means its out of service. Whereupon I thought to myself AND spoke out loud, Well, no sh*t Sherlock! What type of place is this anyway? I came in here to make a nice big purchase and pick up some cash in what Id hoped to be one quick stop, but you cant even provide decent service...! Ive never seen an ATM go out of service before, either, anywhere in the entire United States...! (Seriously, I never have....)In closing, with this experience, I only expected to at least get a better response out of the guy regardless of the fact.. Because, I wasnt exactly thrilled to pay his $3 ATM fee on top of what my bank is gonna charge me for withdrawing $140.. I definitely stopped at the store, though, to buy what I wanted and pick up cash quickly and easily so that I could jump on the highway and pursue my destination, instead of stopping anywhere like Walmart, Kroger, Meijer, etc., where it would surely take a minimum 15 to 20 minutes to do the same thing, ya know? Well, so much for Crossroad Carryout.... Absolutely not worth the hassle, nor my money (hard-earned or not), nor my time, nor my attention in any amount, since they (apparently) only have as*holes working there.. I mean, hopefully and for anyone elses sake, maybe the clerk was just having a bad day today or he was really irritated that he had to even work (there, at a carryout that looks more like a flea market), etc. Because, life should be much more exciting, meaningful, and/or worthwhile than to act the way he did towards a paying customer in the Age of Information and Google reviews.... 😊

Google says they close at midnight but its 11:42 and there closed but I was there at 11:30? Go figure

I prefer this place over other carry outs in my area. Theyre always courteous and friendly. If I request certain things they do their best to bring it into the store. Line waiting is very minimal, which I love when Im in a rush. There is one line for general purchases and another for lottery, so theyre very efficient and you dont have to wait behind someone requesting multiple lottery items.

Been going to this place for years. The owner is always friendly and has ice ice ice cold drinks. Decent selection of craft beer and wines for a mini mart.

Worst carryout ever pop is always old there over priced and think the can make there own rules wouldnt let me use marlboro coupons because the ciggs were already a dollar off

Wish there was 0 stars. They had 75 cent off cigarettes but charged me more then full price then when asked for a receipt he said you should have told me before the order I cant give u one now. I will be calling the bbb on them.
