I found his bills that he makes for the dealership and thought they were funny.
I purchased a brand new vehicle and they put the VIN number to a different car on all my paperwork. This led me to insuring someone else’s car while I drove around unknowingly with NO insurance and fictitious tags. They also set up my Bluelink account with the wrong VIN # so the app to the service of remote starting the car don’t work either. I’ve reached out for 3 months now.... I’m done dealing with the dealership staff. I WANT TO TALK TO STEVE He is well aware and has been for over a month that I want to talk to him for resolution and possible customer recovery... but he won’t reach out to me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE IN THE WRONG!!
Constant phone and text harassment until I threatened to contact my attorney. This company/sales jockeys cant take no for an answer. Very cocky, very pushy and a bunch of LIARS
My family and I had a wonderful time at the Trunk or Treat event that was held there! Even with the massive crowd I was able to speak to numerous employees and even was able to talk to Mhartez about my options when buying a car in the middle of the event! You will definitely not find service like that anywhere else, I will definitely be back!
My welcome to the Taylor automotive family letter said your satisfaction with the dealership is my first concern if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your experience please contact me I did try to speak to the assistant and she kept giving me back to Taylor Cadillac who never returned my calls nor my refund since March on a protection that only works in Ohio and I live in Michigan was told I would get my refund in several days been two months received a check couple of days ago for only half once again call the dealership no response as you can see I’m Not Satisfied
Id give 6 stars if I could. JJ was awesome, he bent over backwards to get me 2 brands new cars at a great price. He even delivered the second to my home because my wife was stuck at home with sick kids. Took longer than I planned but the whole staff kept me engaged and entertained the entire time. I didnt realise how long it took until I looked at the clock on my (fancy new) display. Most enjoyable car buying experience Ive ever had.
When my husband called and said he bought 2 cars I was a bit upset, but he did good and JJ got us a good deal. He even personally brought the paper work to me so I could sign, instead of asking me to come in! Talk about great service
Most dishonest business I’ve ever engaged with. When admitting they hide things in misleading fine print, they said, “hey all the big companies do it.” Glad to hear they proud of their scam techniques.
The service department staff is awesome! I had A/C issue with my 2019 Jetta. I took my vehicle 2 months after purchasing the vehicle last summer to a VW dealership close to my home last summer and was told I had no issues .As summer is approaching, I decided to take the vehicle to Taylor VW and sure enough I had no A/C! Phil Price took good care of me and told me I had a warranty issue with the A/C and gave me a loaner for a day. He and his staff treated me with great professionalism and awesome customer service. Thank you so much and thank you Mr. Taylor for telling me about Mr. Price!
I got jeep liberty from Taylor Hyundai in Perrysburg and Chad Hamlin help get a REALLY good deal ! He also help my friend and cousin a car when no one else couldnt help but he got us all in car thanks a lot Chad Hamlin

Broke down right after purchase. Told to get a tow truck even though I just bought and was a block away from dealership.tried to return.. exchange..get it fixed etc.. nothing has happened but numerous attempts for them to repair which only led to more problems and original issue is still there.was told by service advisor to wreck it since I had full coverage.maybe he was joking but maybe I wasnt.get the run around from anyone that is supposed to be higher up and shuffled around to other people.never again
Never did I think I would ever be able to get a new car the dealership worked five and a half hours with the bank and at the end of the day I walked out with a brand new vehicle with only 24 miles on it Im truly blessed for all their hard work thank you and I look forward to doing business with you again.....Amy adhforf
