I know people think that these reviews are fake. To be honest I got my van, a 2013 Grand caravan last march. I test drove it it was smooth, looked under the hood and seen that there was a leak. I know the van was in okay condition but when I seen that leak it made me nervous. I asked if they can fix it...they did! Bought the van for a great price took it to Kentucky and Tennessee. The van originally had 167,000 mile and since then we drove it for and additional 8,000 miles with no engine and transmission issure...best investment I made for my family

-5 🌟This place ripped me off. We got a car and not even 2 weeks later the engine is gone. No help at all. Then when the BBB got involved it became worse. I was told to give This $2600 for an engine then, $500 to get the car started. Then I went back up there with my wife Thor told us $1500. He would not give us anything in writing to confirm that the price would not change on us like he has done in a weeks time. This place is a rip off. Trust if I could I would give a -5 🌟.

Horrible staff!! My father needed to find a truck to buy he had 5000 cash in hand. we live in Michigan and it came up on Facebook market place a clean truck with high miles but it was suitable for what my dad needed he is not being to picky when it comes to a 5000 dollar truck. so i call this place last night and let them know we will be driving almost 2 hours to come buy this truck in full and if its available and if it has any issues. they tell me it runs fine and if anything is wrong anytime soon it would only need rear break pads. so we drive 2 hours down to this dealer today to be told its down the street at the other dealer ship associated with them and that it has every light on the dash lit up. so we drive 5 minutes down the road to that dealership and they tell us its back at the dealership we just left then come to find out neither of them seem to be able to explain where this truck but its in there system. so we drove 2 hours and couldnt even look at the truck they have listed on the website and on Facebook and they confirmed it was not sold. we both took off work and wasted a half day and could not even look at the truck and we were lied to the night before. i give them 0 stars i dont know why they couldnt tell me on the phone the night before they didnt have the truck but instead they waste our time this place is very shady, dishonest and if they cant be honest about having a vehicle can you trust them they will sell you one without underlying issues?? they offered us to look at another white truck a little more in price and the fenders were all rusted out and they put multiple layers of rubber bed liner over it to try to hide it and the whole side of the truck bed flexed like a trampoline!!! The guys name who caused all this was (THOR) so if he trys to sell you a vehicle walk away dont get burned like we did.

Very friendly staff. We were helped by Alan, who did what he could to get us the best rate on our car. They are even fixing the minor problems we discovered with the car we bought at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a used car in the Toledo area.

I will be very honest about what happened to me and my wife we have over 42,000 dollars a year and I tried to get them to buy my 2017 Altima and I would buy the yellow Hummer (2006) my car has 44,000 thousand miles on it and the Hummer has 86,000 miles on it and I was notified about this though a on line rep from max auto well this salesmen was just lying to our face and instead of him calling me and said that he could not get a fiance company for the Hummer the price for the Hummer on Kelly blue book value from a dealer was anywhere from 9500.00 to 13,000 and the salesman knew that I was aware of the value of the Hummer and I even told him that I would buy it as a buy here pay here but nope if you want to buy this Hummer you will need about 23,000 dollars and if you really need a car please dont waist your money on anything that is sold from auto Max or Max auto I even asked for a price on a truck without my car as a trade but no answer from anyone and they are waiting for tax time so when you buy a car from either place its not going to last very long so Im a guide on many sites and when a company is not willing to let you buy a car or truck and before I even went there they New that I was a veteran who protected them and there familys but Im not going to make a comment about how much was lost fighting for there freedom and the opportunity to be part of the best country in the world but I will say this DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON EITHER ONE OF THESE CAR LOTS AND I HAVE MESSAGED THEM ABOUT A DIFFERENT TRUCK AND NOT ONE OF THEM HAVE CALLED ME AND SAID COME ON IN AND GET YOUR TRUCK DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY REPLY TO ME AND I WILL SEND YOU TO A CAR LOT WHO CAN GET A NICE LOW MILES CAR AND THE ONLY REASON I WENT TO THEM WAS ABOUT THE HIUMMER......... GOOD LUCK ON MAKING IT DOWN THE ROAD WHEN YOU BUY A CAR HERE......
