I believe I got a fair deal on my purchase, however, Bob told me twice that the price of the vehicle I was interested in was $6100 (+tax/title). When I called to see if the car was ready he told me he made a mistake and that it was $6500 (+tax/title). I still bought the car but cant help feeling like Ive been scammed.

Worst truck buying experience Ive ever had. I thought the check engine light was fixed but it came back on. Oil change reminder came on right after I bought it. I had a tire agreement figured into my loan and had to call a dozen times to get it figured out because I couldnt get a return call after I was told every time Ill call you back. I was even told no worries Life goes on. Thats not professional. I will never buy from here again and I dont recommend you do either. Now here we are with 3 days left on my temp tag (tomarrow is friday so i have until monday) to get plates. And i dont have a copy of title to get my plates. I really am not happy with Joe from here and its gonna be worse if i cant get plates so i wont be able to drive my truck.

Very Disappointed, havent even made my first car payment yet and mechanic from Auto Connection where Northpointe sent me said I need new tires, rotors, break pads, shocks, and mind you thats where Northpointe sent me. Northpointe isnt covering anything! Had the car one month. Thanks for teaching me a lesson. Highly dont recommend going here!

They were rude as soon as i walked in the door and since i wanted to buy outright they had no interest in helping me. Even told me its not worth his time unless i financed because thats how they make money. Terrible personal skills as salesmen. take your business elsewhere if you can.

At first they were friendly and everything seemed great but of course they will be when you are trying to buy a car from them. Bob was great when working with him but the owner Randy, not so much. Claimed the engine light was on because bad connection. It needed a whole new alternator and alternator belt. Warranty covered the alternator but not the belt. I have brought the car back multiple times where they said they would get the problem taken care of but they didnt. Seems like they dont know whats going on half the time. Also will lie to your face about cars. One salesman told us one thing about the car while the other said something completely different and both werent true after talking to the owner. Stay away form here, they want your money and will be done with you after the car is off the lot with many problems.

Went in not knowing what to expect. Met Danny Thomas and man he felt like family. He sat with me explained everything very thoroughly and showed me all my options I recommend northpointe auto sales and highly recommend Danny Thomas! THANKS AGAIN!!

They tried to sell me a 2012 Dodge Challenger that had been in a pretty bad rear end collision and poorly repaired for full market value. First off the car wouldnt start and once the damage was pointed out the salesman admitted he knew the vehicle had been in a bad accident and then stated they paid someone to attempt to straighten the chassis. The real kicker was the salesman was fully aware i was traveling 3 hrs to see this car and never once disclosed this information. Professionalism and honesty doesnt appear to be company policy here.

My advice to anyone whos looking to buy a used car is to go somewhere else. I used to service most of theyre vehicles, all they care about is money. Most of the cars the sell are junk and unsafe not to mention flood cars. Very dishonest and very shady.

My husband bought a truck from this dealership a couple months ago, within a few days we started experiencing major issues. My husband took it to a local mechanic which then proceeded to let us know that the check engine light was disconnected/not working and there were several issues with this vehicle. Had the check engine light worked we would NOT have bought this vehicle; Luckily I advised my husband to purchase the extended warranty which will cover the transmission but was told that some of the other issues will not be covered and it will be costly; we had this vehicle for 2 weeks and now it sits in a shop which it has been for 2 months waiting on an insurance adjuster and the owner to rectify this major inconvenience; Also during the course of this last 2 months my husband had to call several times to get the registration to get a license plates AND still has not received the title but has been told on numerous occasions that it was mailed out!!!! If this is not rectified properly we will be contacting the BBB, the Point Place association and 13 action news and anyone else that deals with these unjust situations!!! I didnt even want to give one star but cant post without doing so however I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!!! Very sad weve been treated this way!!!

What a joke. Just inquired about this 2010 Lincoln MKZ I found on Craigslist. AD obviously states CARFAX CERTIFIES THIS VEHICLE HASNT HAD ANY ACCIDENTS... -- Well, CarFax sure doesnt seem to think so. Lets talk about that $13,599 CAD collision damage claim reported on 01/18/2014 in Nova Scotia. Whomever the older gentleman I spoke to on the phone at first blatantly denied the accident stating he pays over $1,000 per month for CarFax reports and his report says it was accident free. Well guess what, my $29.99 USD Car Fax says there was an accident. After running through essential the first 1/3 of the Car Fax in front of me he decided to tell me he would hop on the ad and change it (well see if that happens).Moving on, Im looking to pay cash for this vehicle. I simply ask this guy what hed take and he tells 11,500. I asked him what he would actually take and tells me to make him an offer. I run through my logic with him stating the average CLEAN NADA Retail (with options) is only $10,700 USD in PERFECT condition (aka Accident-Free -- Obviously his isnt.). Average CLEAN WHOLESALE NADA (auction/dealer-to-dealer) is $8200 USD. He interrupts and laughingly states he owns the car for more than $10,000. I simply rebute him and jokingly state he should probably find a different place to buy his cars if thats the case (as is what Im going to do since this guy cant act like a professional adult) and he proceeds to hang up on me like a child.A Few Things: 1) Dont lie in your ads. 2) Dont lie to someone who is informed. 3) Dont act like a 13-year old girl who doesnt get her way. 4) Youre the problem with the car business - youre why anyone in the business has a horrible reputation and I hope anyone reading this review will seriously take it in to consideration and reconsider any-one-single remote thought of doing business with you. 5) I wonder how many more ads you have up that are blatantly deceptive. Shall we find out?
