I love JoAnn Fabrics! I always get coupons in the mail and on the phone. This always presents a great savings to me.

I like shopping at Joanns because they have the best selection of fabrics and everything else you can think of try going I think you will like the store.

Staff very friendly. Way too pricey even with a coupon.

Love Joann fabrics!! No matter what project Im working on, I can always find everything for all my projects, and I have a lot of them! Crochet, cross stitch, painting, drawing etc.Oh! And since Michaels doesnt so fabric anymore ( at least not by me) best place on town to get fabric!!

No flesh colored fabric! Cashier never ask if i have a joanne members card. I think that is important to ask the customer. But other then that and the grouchy lady who cut my fabric everything was good!

They had a great sale on craft storage supplies and more. I always see a friendly face and get great deals when I am here.

I avoided Joann Fabrics for quite a while as the lines were atrocious for cutting and cashiers. They seem to have undergone new management as over the past few months it has changed.

Great store, easy to access location. Great deals and customer service. The store can be a little messy at times, but what craft store isnt =)

The people are very kind and courteous dont see that much anymore when you go to the stores it was a pleasant to be in the store and they had everything that I needed keep up the good work your employees are excellent

Found what I needed and also what I didnt need. I always find something extra I hadnt planned on purchasing. Employees have always been helpful and friendly, from my experience. I enjoy going to see what other ideas I can come up with.

I do love this store but I feel they have a limited stock compared to other locations. Their ribbon selection is limited, their cricut selection is nice.

Went in last night for the first time, will DEFINITELY be going back. The staff were fun, VERY helpful. I was the very last one to leave the store last night. They stayed over for me (just by a few minutes) and they were happy to do so. Even though the Christmas items were already like 60% off, she also took a bit more because on one of my pieces not all the lights were were working, it was a GIANT bow to hang on your door and it has lights on it, 2 of the tiny lights were not working, so she even took a little more off for a damaged product. She was awesome and ran 2 orders to help me maximize any coupons that were usable. DEFINITELY will be returning. ⭐ Totally a gold star trip.

This is my go to spot for my craft items. Theres usually a coupon or 2 to reduce the cost, even on top of sales sometimes. If they dont have it in stock, theyll order it and I receive it very quickly. Customer service is great with extremely friendly and helpful associates.

Team members are always helpful when you have a question. I highly recommend downloading the app on your phone and signing up for a points/reward system. The coupons you get are really awesome. They also have the cutest home Decour and it’s always on sale

I love Jo-Ann fabrics can always find what Im looking for however sometimes their prices are a little high for me but I appreciate this store and the staff that are working there are very helpful and kind so I will always go to Jo-Ann fabrics

The only problem I have is that its so many items to choose from so I guess thats a good thing.

I bought some fabric for a homemade greenscreen here. I love the amount of options they have and it was a very quick and easy experience. The store was clean and the associates were both friendly and helpful. I love how affordable the fabrics are and Im sure Ill be going there again in the future for my costuming needs!

They have great deals . . . It is not a quick in and out. . . VERY SLOW at taking care of the customers. . . At the cutting table and check out. . . I personally feel they have been under staffed ever since the new owners.

Yarn was buy 2 get 1 free. Got two brands of yarn. The sale only works across the same brand of yarn. This is why I prefer Michaels. Service is much better there.

Good for fabric, and paper crafts, not so much for other arts like wool felting or art painting, but they have a lot of craft painting stuff.

While receiving help at the cutting counter I had a young lady helping me that was pleasant however her older co-worker was incredibly negative and complaining for guests to hear. Everyone has bad days but when you are working with guests you should save those personal conversations for later.

Love these ladies! I went in tuesday afternoon to get some fabric. A young lady ( longer wavy brown hair and black pants that had zips up the back.) was so sweet offering help to everyone, while she put fabric away. She sounded very sincere and even happy while doing her job. That always stands out too me. The lady (shorter blonde or red hair, I cant remember) was at the cutting counter was one of the nicest people I have met in a while. Even the cashiers were upbeat and friendly! It must be a good place to work if employees are this happy.

Great selection of items you dont find in the smaller JOANNs. However found some past discard items (items that are no longer in the system that are unable to be sold) on clearance that we werent able to purchase which brought down the overall experience.

I was in the store today & very disappointed with the service. Finally found what I was looking for, but the 2 items had been ripped open and didnt look very clean. No other items were in stock, so I went back to front & asked if they would discount items (thinking Id wash & sterilize prior to using). They refused and I definitely will never shop there again! Unhappy former customer here!

Called here yesterday to ask about a cricut that I was on my way to buy if they had it in stock. The lady on the phone was very rude I drove here because I was going to buy it anyway but remember seeing Michaels on my way to this store sat in the parking lot & thought to myself that I’m going to call them, I called they were very friendly & knowledgeable so I went there instead. Customer service was great & I was greeted as soon as I walked in. #ShopAtMichales

I ordered 16 skeins of yarn and got 16 scanes of yarn in three different shipments but I got it and I was charged for the price that they advertised it for unlike some other companies.

They have a nice selection of many things. But so many of their items are overpriced. I have shopped at Jo-Ann fabric since high school. Im now 60, and now only can afford to get something special that I need for whatever Im creating. Store is always clean & well stocked.

This JOANN location is great! The store is always very organized and the staff is always super nice and helpful. They always have exactly what we need and have great sales and prices.

Awesome staff and store. I had an issue finding what I needed. The manager, Christina, showed me around to everything I needed and helped me decide which product would work best for my project. Best service Ive had in years going into any store hands down.

This store is clean.and well organized. The line was HUGE today (it usually is much shorter), but they opened up multiple registers and it went very very quickly! I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for, but that was because it was very specific, and was in no way the fault of this Joanns. I enjoy visiting this location often.

Love Joanns, but this one was seriously understaffed. There was only one checkout person with a very long line. It took over 20 minutes just to get one item.

The staff were great! Im attempting a project Ive never done and they (particularly Darlene) were extremely helpful in helping me figure out the yardage of fabric and other items I needed. The store itself is bright and clean and very nice to shop in.

I was advised to visit the place to purchase clothing materials for our Church..In fact..my learned friend encouraged to visit the site on Wednesday.being the Seniors day to receive discount... which is smart and wise.Therefore..I had to check the two stores... one on Monroe Street and the other on Reynolds@ at Heather down..Definitely I will be there next week and make my purchase.
