Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start. Did not inconvenience me with my time and money one bit. I actually felt like they genuinely wanted to get me back safe on the road unlike other shops Ive went to. I recommend anyone to give Toledo Elite Automotive a call with any car issues your having.

When I had my truck towed there I had a lost tapes to my steering wheel of things I wanted quotes on but it seemed like everything but the issues I called them for were addressed, they had my truck for 6 days and my bill was over a grand... When my truck went to them the check engine light was NOT on, I told them I was trying to get down to Alabama for an emergency, the day I got my truck I was supposed to leave but couldnt because one of the issues I needed addressed was unable to be fixed by them... Two days after I got my truck back my check engine light came on and has been on ever since, smh Im glad I wasnt able to go out of town my truck could have broke down on the highway with my 6 kids in it😫.. very unhappy with my truck after spending over a grand to have it fixed, Ill be taking my truck to be diagnosed to see if the engine light is on because of something that wasnt addressed that I asked them to fix first

I started taking my vehicles to Toledo Elite about 2 years ago and will no longer take them anywhere else, despite it being 40 minutes away from where I live. As someone who doesnt know the most about vehicles, Toledo Elite has always provided extraordinary, personable customer service that gave me reassurance that I wasnt getting worked over, up-sold, or overcharged on work as I instinctively felt with other automotive shops in the past. The customer service is what really separates them from others, providing status updates, before/after pictures of any work that was completed, and its always done in a timely manner.Ive found that pricing is unbeatable as well. They match/beat any quote for any type of work....but I quickly found that getting multiple quotes was just a waste of my time because others dont compare.

They really live up to their name ELITE Automotive nothing less! I went in for a basic oil change just to try them out and i asked about a noise I heard from the engine compartment. 20min later they had my service done and a short list of what I should have done to maintain my vehicle. Best thing about it was they gave me a time line of when I should look into getting things done, they werent trying to push me to do it all and once! Long story short they have my vote for best auto shop in Toledo not just because of their Professional values but because of their curiosity customer service also

My check engine light was on for awhile and tried using a code reader to find out what was wrong. Kept buying car parts to fix the problem. Had enough and took my car here and its by far the best service I ever had. They found the problem and fixed it with out giving me the run-around! Im not one for driving to or around Toledo, but they are definitely worth the drive!!
