The manager was extremely rude to the customers and the workers. He told me they dont make appointments for tire rotations and that i called the wrong store. He went as far as asking me what day did i call and time. I showed him my call log with date and time and he still wouldnt honor my appointment time. Clearly the manager is not happy to be working, have workers or even customers. MANAGER lead by example and do better!!

Let me just say Dan is the man at this Tireman. After receiving poor service at another location (had to return two different vehicles to get tires properly sealed) I started bringing my fleet to the downtown location. I couldn’t be happier. Not only do they seal the tires properly and put equal pressure in them they actually torque the Lugnuts too! You don’t find that good old fashion workmanship these days and those guys deserve a real pat on the back.

Friendly service, employees are fast caring and sufficient. Here to answer any question you may have. Would definitely come back here if Im in the area and need a tire. Emergency stop here cause my tire went flat otherwise I would have went to the one on alexis

I was planning on replacing my two front tires and then the day before I took it in, a nail flattened one of my rear tires. The folks at Tireman suggested I get all 4 tires replaced, which was my biggest fear. Thought I was going to drop well over $500, but they did all the tires and maintenance work for just over $300. Couldnt believe at how affordable it was especially when I expected the worst.Drop off and pick up were super easy. Didnt have to wait at all. Took it in before work and it was done by noon. I will always take my car here for my tire needs.

Never had a problem with them. Always get my vehicle together while Im at work and its ready for me by the end of the work day. They even have a shuttle to get you to work.

Ernest took his time explaining and printing out my various options and was able to beat the price of my old shop in Michigan. The customer area was clean. So far I am very impressed. I go back tomorrow for my new tires.

This shop is hands down the best Ive experienced among the 3 cities Ive lived in. Even through the COVID-19 crisis & nationwide movement, they were able to get everything I needed taken care of in a single day & completely unscheduled. Assistant manager Malachi did everything in his power to deal with a warranty issue and saved my wallet and stress levels big time. The manager was equally helpful when dealing with invoicing issues as well! The store had great communication from the shop to the front desk as I watched several people come in for pickups/drop-offs with little to no wait time.Id recommend service here to anyone I meet in the area and will be making this shop my primary go-to from now on!

Fair and friendly!Update: be sure to verify fluid levels before leaving; horrible noise in front wheel day after service caused me to go to neighborhood mechanic who discovered empty power steering fluid. Fixed me up quickly - saved me from a major repair.

Took my car here to fix something that cost $300+ before a trip to Alpena Michigan. They fixed my car and cleared it for the trip. We got to Alpena and a horrible thunking started happening when I would hit the gas or brakes! Found out that the part they fixed was loose which could have caused my wheel to fall off! Not only that, but they tried to blame my husband for working on it, yet we have not worked on the car since taking to them! If the other part that it put strain on goes bad soon, we are taking these creeps to court! Go somewhere else before they fix your car right into a junkyard! They would do anything they can to try and pass blame to someone else rather than to fess up that they screwed someones car up bad!

We were visiting from Columbus and got a screw in a tire. Called Tireman and they got us in within two hours, fixed the tire and charged us NOTHING for the repair. Wow! Thanks to Ryan and Tyler. Very friendly staff, very clean store and they live up to the claim of free repairs regardless of where you bought your tires. Very refreshing to receive top notch customer service. If we lived here, we would go no where else to buy tires.

They were quick to get me an appointment, however, they did not top any of the fluids off. I waited for a while in the store to get a shuttle ride back to work and my stuff from my glovebox was all over the seat when I picked up the vehicle.

This location Ive been to several times . The last time I was lied to by 2 employees about an oil change that was never performed. I called that very day and he assured me it was done. 2 days later when I had no wiping fluid, I called and was told the same thing and to bring it in. I asked for my money back(paid cash) and was told a check would have to be mailed or sit there and watch them perform it . They literally sat in front of me and did a whole oil change that was supposed to be done .

Went for a bad bulb... Was quoted $200 to change it. I explained I had the other one changed for $50 at the dealership and the guy was like oh we can do it for that price. They used a part that was not specified for my car and still charged me the same as the dealership... Was told it took 30 minutes to change the bulb and the labor for that was $55 so he gave me a discount...Will never give them business again.

Paid 1100 dollars to get my intake replaced. They had my car for 4 days. 2 days after a got the car back it car lost power and you had to floor it to get it to move. I almost caused an accident. 2nd time giving them the benefit of the doubt took my other car there for a fuel tank and lines. Changed the tank and everything didnt check the fuel pump. 2 weeks later fuel pump goes out and line is leaking again. Supposedly fixed the line again and now its leaking again. Worse shop ever

Called in advance, no parking when I got there so parked in back near bay thinking guy would move my vehicle where they needed it. Had hundreds in my hand just wanted them to throw a new tire on. Guy was rude, gave me run around about tire processes ( plugs saying the plug I put in to get there could ruin my tire.ect....( Mind u i called and wanted a whole new tire regardless. Then told me I couldnt park in front of the bays and had to move my vehicle....At that point I just said, ok thank you for your time but Im just gonna go somewhere else.Cash in hand, the most arregint dude ever....
