I brought in my old Ford truck to Aamco on Cheney Hwy. In Titusville, Fl. They went through hell trying to fix her, any other shop would have turned me away., but thru their sheer determination she is fixed and runs like a champ!!!

Horrible experience. Took chevy truck there for transmission problem. Paid for diagnosis and indicated it was torque converter. Told us it would be $800 to drop transmission and diagnose but worst case would be $3000. Texted us a couple days later and said it would be $3700 plus tax at lowest cost for rebuild which rebuild was never discussed nor authorized. Went to pick up truck and transmission was in pieces in 3 boxes. Towed the truck to another transmission place and it took them 2 mins to look at transmission and tell us cost would be $2200 total for repairs and told us aamco really screwed us in taking apart transmission. Would never recommend this place.In response, you told corey transmission was a total fail and then called oreillys and chevy to get quotes for new transmission after you initially spoke with corey. Appears your goal was to claim total loss of transmission and get as much out of us as possible. You even stated that you would not recommend us purchasing one from OReilly or chevy on our own yet thats the exact place you contacted. Btw OReilly gave us a quote for $2100.

$76 dollars for an oil change...on a Honda Civic. Way overpriced. Clerk presented price as it would not exceed $71. They obviously always intended to over charge and tack on tax as well. Misleading and dishonest. Dont go here for a oil change unless you want to get ripped off.Edit: Based on the explanation below and the prompt response of the owner I am changing my review. The way the cost was presented was misleading and lacked in explanation for a high cost. However, I believe the owners response is worth the 4 stars as it has compensated well for the initial lack of customer service. Thank you for responding to my concerns.

Went in because my truck was going into limp mode I went to Dustin he Reassured me it was the transmission I spent $3800 check engine light came on again truck went into limp mode I took it back he said there was another problem he told me had to spend An additional $700 after spending 3800 also up charged me for a special Diagnostics end of story truck was still Going into limp mode after $3800 spent.

I will be taking my vehicle here from now on. I needed my gears checked out. I took my truck to AAMCO, the wait time was less than an hour considering how busy it was. They checked out what I thought was going on and couldnt find anything wrong. Dustin and Manny took the time to walk me through some things and explain how to possibly prevent any further problems. When they were finished I understood completely. The best part was NO CHARGE !!!! I would recommend the is place to any one looking for car care.

I broke down on 95 and AAA towed me there. They told me the battery was dead and I had a warranty so we picked the battery up and went to AutoZone to get a replacement. They kept the car for the next day and checked everything out. It was very fair pricing. The manager is nice and the mechanic is very friendly. I like these guys.

This branch alleviated, what could have been, a disastrous financial scenario in a rapid and professional manner which exceeded all expectations. I had a transmission related job incompletely preformed by a honda dealership which led to a catastrophic hardware failure while on i95. After having my car towed to this facility Dustin and the AAMCO Titusville team assured me a rapid and complete repair which would not only be fiscally possible on my end as a veteran and student, but also place my car in a functional status BETTER than what I had ever experienced it in. Having read the few negative reviews of this installation prior to my tow I can assure each future customer that their polite and professional work ethic was met by people, such as that, upset with their own predicament and used this fine team as their scapegoat. It is surreal what these craft masters were capable of providing for me and I would recommend them to ANY and EVERYONE in such unfortunate situations. If I ever run into these guys in public the drinks are on me, you all really came through, THANK YOU.

DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to get ripped off!! First, they wanted to charge us $500+ for a part that cost $100. and then $115 per hour for 3 hours of labor which should take 2 hours max. All with NO guarantees. They basically made up the price which was RIDICULOUS!! We called Ron Norris Ford which is 2 miles down the street and received excellent guaranteed service. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Awesome service....just bought a used Saab and need to have and oil change and inspection. The guys were awesome even gave me a ride home to do some work and even picked me up when it was finished since I lived really close. Dustin answered all my questions and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Loops like all my cars will now be serviced here. I would highly recommend for good old fashioned people service with knowledgeable staff.

Dustin and his team were fantastic. I came in from out of town with a transmission that needed to be rebuilt. My warranty covered most of the cost, and Dustin waived any additional charges. They were fast, kept me informed all along the way, and didnt charge me for the safety and transmission check they did before I left town. I highly recommend this place. Ive read some of the other reviews of this shop where there were problems, and in each case Dustin or the owner replies and offers to make it right. They do indeed take these reviews seriously. You just dont see much of that kind of customer service any more.

Do not take your vehicle there. Total rip off. I went in for repair. I was charged for diagnosis and not offered to repair my vehicle. I took it to Jobes. What was wrong with my vehicle was not on the diagnosis. He refuses to refund my money for inaccurate diagnosis.Two seperate black women came in for service and waited and waited owner never came to the front even though there is a bell on the door announcing incoming customers. Both customers left because they werent waited on. One man came in to pay his bill, the owner ask for his id then jokingly asked if it was stolen, really and the wallet too. Is that funny when you are paying a major vehicle repair bill over $800 dollars.

The warranty was a 90 day parts only. We drove the car for 100 or so days when the very same transmission, with a 90 day warranty, began slipping. So, we had already emptied our saving account to pay for initial repairs. We drove roughly three months to be told by AAMCO sorry, its the parts dealers warranty, but if you want to spend the same amount again, we are here for you. Naturally we were furious. Unable to move forward, we parked the van and left a review in Google about the situation.Chapter 2: A few weeks later we received a call from the Titusville AAMCO asking about the review. After a conversation between us and AAMCO, clarity was found. AAMCO offered to cover the cost of the 90 day warranty, that the parts vendor should have. The phone call and the offer was very professional and a very good point of customer service. We reviewed the offer and took it. The transmission was rebuilt, we paid for labor and AAMCO covered the cost that the parts dealer failed to. The van seems to be running very solid. Every aspect of service and performance was way above and beyond anything required prompting a new/different review.

Techs have lots of experience and are quick on their feet. Able to diag my vehicle and do excellent work while getting the job done relatively quick! Will go back. Ask for Dustin up front he’s a personable guy and will treat you right.

On vacation and my brakes started grinding. Funny, because I supposedly had them inspected before the trip. AAMCO did the inspection and rear brakes in about an hour and a half while I waited. Very happy with the service.

Jim and his staff understood my situation as to quickly to be on the road. As professionals, they experty located the two major problems that had to be fix ASAP. A serious problem was awaiting me to get to Ohio. With Jims leadership and his techs of professionals they fixed two major issues in a day and a half. I couldnt ask for anything more. I took my 2006 Honda in for some needed car repair, after speaking with the service manager I was relieved and felt very comfortable with him. I had been to two other shops and got estimates I thought were too high.Donn, the service manager assured me he would do a free diagnostic check and prepare an estimate for me at no charge and no obligation I thought there had to be a catch he assured me there was no obligation on my part.After a couple hours Donn phoned me to review my estimate, again very professional and patient as I had several questions he answered most and even let me talk directly to a mechanic,WOW!!!The estimate saved me over $150.00 from either of the previous two shops,Donn never saw my previous estimates, I feel these guys can be trusted with any of your car repair needs and services finally I have a shop I can trust.Hank Jones

I am newer in town so I was looking for reliable car shop I could rely on with any car issues. Brought in my 2007 Honda to have it looked at. Squeaking from caliper/brake/rotor area very badly. Kept for 2 days and was told there was no squeak. paid $50 bucks and was on my way. Took the vehicle to the KSC repair shop. Dropped it off and within 15 mins they found the issues. Ill leave it at that.

I brought my car in for an oil change, as I had read on yelp they can do Volkswagen cars-sure enough yup, cheaper than the dealership and not far to drive, so I was thrilled to get my oil changed, had a quiet place to wait and read on my kindle, and got out of there in less than an hour (I had made an appointment)...they did the free check to see if you need any auto repairs done on your car, and I was worried they would find 100 things wrong with my car, but I am savvy to the hard sell- and guess what? No hard sell. My car needed a set of wiper blades- which I already knew, one less thing to worry about thank you- and they suggested I get a front end alignment check, which they do not do, but they did rotate my tires for free because I had some weird wear on the front. I will be back for my next oil change, and I would also not hesitate to call this shop if I have any problems with my car. The guy at the front was respectful and courteous, with me, and with other customers. I was happy with my experience and will go back.

They lied about the kind of service i needed and made me out for a target this is exactly why people have fears of going to shops these people will do anything they can to get you to spend top dollar on services you dont need and swindle you in anyway they can dishonest no integrity worst place to go if you want forth right honest people working on your vehicle. Honest, didnt like that my transmission was bad, but with the bad news, I decided on another vehicle. AAMCO has been around since I was a kid, so theyre where Ill always go with transmission questions or maintenance.

Well my transmission took a crap on my 2008 Nissan Titan and my experience so far:They updated me every step of the way dealing with the warranty company and as soon as they said the warranty trying was trying to find a used transmission to replace it with I called and raised hell with my warranty company, took 4 hours on the phone to finally give them the go ahead to rebuild mine. I also asked them to install a TransGo Shift Kit to help the transmissions life and performance and Id pay the difference. So far working with this specific Aamco has been very pleasant and always answered my calls quickly. Thank you guys, I hope you all get my truck running amazing!

I cant say enough about this place; my car which is an MR2 Toyota with 268,000 miles, and already had a transmission replaced by the dealer 2 years ago for $3,500 -started acting the same way, slipping when accelerating, the dealer told me since they only warrant their work one year it would be another $4000 for a new transmission,,,, well, i decided to let AAMCO take a look at it, and guess what,?- all it needed was a coil pack and Justin was great and recommended a complete carbon cleaning for the engine- all told, it was $900 and my car runs like a top-----what a great place- thank you so much

Dissatisfied with customer care and service. Questionable process and policies that do not require any signed agreement. Fees and services regulated to posted information. They have little integrity in that they will change their discussion of fees and services and little effort in negotiation.Attempts to gain assistance in letting people interested in buying a car in their storage in order to pay the bill of service was not supported in any manner.Corporate Customer service does little more than point at the franchise and in effect simply relay conversation rather than attempt to negotiate reasonable settlements.Left with a firm commitment to advertise how poor they treated my single mom daughter

I thought I was having terrible transmission problems with my car. Initially it would drive well for the first few miles. Then after a few miles, it would begin to really struggle moving forward and this condition would get worse and worse! AAMCO mechanic, Manny, quickly found that the problem was the result of a faulty brake pedal repair that had been done by another auto repair shop. I was very impressed with how quickly Manny was able to find and fix the problem. I would highly recommend his honest professional work – you would have to see it to believe it!

I always get the real story here. The personnel at this location take their time to explain what I need and why I need it - and more importantly, IMO, is they will tell me what I dont need and if I can get by without it safely and appropriately. In other words, they will not sell you something you dont need.Also, their diagnostic ability is supreme and will troubleshoot hard to find troubles.

I thought Dustin was a little unfriendly at first but he proved to be very honest and knowledgeable and my total experience was great.

I want to thank Manny for his knowledge and the time he spent showing me the problem with my truck. Spend $3,500 on a rebuilt transmission that they said was good five months down the road its back in the transmission shop tore up because the torque converter bolts sheared off and theyre telling me its not their problems its my fault they say

Wish i could put negative stars. Dustin is an idiot dont go here. He is the owners son. Went there for transmission rebuild $4,075. After received the car back he said it was maf sensor. Though also said he isnt a mechanic so doesnt know. I had it Replaced $250 still had issues. Then said it was throttle body wanted to charge me additional $700 to replace it. Claimed they tried to clean it. Took it to nissan for 2nd opinion. They leaned he throttle ody said its opening and losing correctly now.They told me aamco used transmission fluid that can void the warranty. Granted i no longer have warranty on the nissan. Which he didnt know that But if it can void warranty obviously not good for nissan transmissions. I brought documentation from nissan to show him this. Instead of working with an irritated customer. He wouldnt even look at it just stood there smiling at me and nodding his head. Adding insult to injury. Told him i want him to flush the tranny and put correct fluid in. Instead of working with the customer his response is to call the cops. He called the cops for no reason. I wasnt yelling at him or threatening in any sort of way. My hands were all the counter to show him document on the counter from nissan that he wouldnt even look at. Just smiled and nodded his head. Claimed i was mocking him. First he claimed amsoil was used. Amsoil website even says not to use on my year make model nissan. Then he claimed he used castro. Before they even did the work i informed him not to use castro. All castro website says same thing not to use on my make and model nissan. He was not willing to work with me for a fix. I had to call aamco cooperate office to get them to attempt to fix the problem after telling them i am meeting with lawyer monday. Horrible experience wouldnt recommend anyone go to this shop. I heard bad things about this shop before wish i would of listened but thought i give them a chance. My mistake never again. I work in the automotive industry for huge company. Trust me im letting everyone know of my horrible experience. An apology would be good start. Im giving you a 4th chance to fix the issue so agreed upon cooperate office. Willing to pay difference for correct fluid. Im trying to come to resolution but this aamco is not. This one in titusville is rated a c with bbb

My husband and I took our car for repairs and I must say That Manny knows his stuff. We felt comfortable and our car was in good hands. That place really put us first and we felt good about the recomended repairs and cost to fix. Our car runs fabulous and I will be making that Aamco my place of choice and I HIGHLY recomend them to anyone. Exceptional service and quality work!!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I was told that they would give me a free inspection of my tranny but after leaving my truck. The next day they called me and told me the problem was internal and they had to drop my transmission and the cost now would be 500 but the cost would go toward a rebuild that would cap at 1700.00 I tryed to get this in a email but was told that they could do this with only a verbal and wanted to get going on it right away. So I reluctantly approved the work over the phone. I was then called back by AAMCO Titusville transmission shop and was told my trasmission was a mess and it needed to be upgraded with internal and outer parts like another cooler because the one I had on there was to small and they were doing me a favor at only 2500.00 which I paid to get my truck back but after inspecting never even changed it. Frustrated... They tryed telling me that it was changed. Even I could tell that my old bent up cooler was not changed. long story short they gave me my truck back that now was no longer running the same which I had to have fixed at another shop because I would never bring my trunk back to these jerks. Lastly after only 4K miles the trasmission failed and Arnolds tramission shop told me it was burned up because a part was installed backwards. I hate being looked at and treated like a dollar bill. Service shops are only as good as there technicians and this guy at the counter up charging customers for something he doesnt know how to inspect is sad. Go to Arnolds who gives you a fair price and does the work even In front of you because he has nothing to hide. If your still reading this dont waste your time trying to fix this shop. buy a tranny already rebuilt With a 3-5 year warranty or go to Arnolds and you will leave happy. Thanks and God bless You!

I had to make a yelp account for this, but thank you to the guys at the amco in titusville. visiting family driving from dallas and my transmission gave out in my bmw. 0 bmw centers in titusville, finding someone to entrust with this work is near impossible. i decided to trust amco. they rebuilt my transmission for thousands less than the dealer. the experience was pleasant, justin called me when he had any kind of update for me. i was well informed during the build. they even took me to the build room and manny showed me what he was putting into the transmission and what had caused failure.these guys dont just replace one broken bit and leave the rest of the transmission worn out, they rebuilt this thing so it was basically new! i didnt know any facility like this was able to do that. but i was wrong.its been 6 months since the build, i told justin i would make a review. so here it is justin! thank you so much for yalls prompt and professional service. it seems no one in the auto industry cares anymore and it is prolly because sites dont post their positive reviews. well heres hoping that they will post mine because i truly had a wonderful experience.thank you again guysMike

They could have told me anything and I wouldnt have known because I know nothing about automatic transmissions. They diagnosed the problem (a bad PCM) for free, even tho I told them I would buy it online.

You put a transmission in and it slipped and it has a warranty and you you still wont fix it right you just put fluid in and said you fixed it
