I should have read the reviews before ordering! They do not notify you at time of order that no parts are in stock. I called for 3 weeks and emailed but was never responded to until I notified the BBB of the issue. Only then did I receive an email saying the part was on back order. I had already emailed them and asked for the order the be canceled but that didnt happen right away either. Everything was finally canceled after 27 days.

Wow... Never ever again will I recommend Eckler’s Late Great Chevy (58-72) Full Sized Chevy and ImpalaAfter always been recommended them to all our customers To this.....We start with 45 min hold, then transferred for another 10 min hold but this 10 min one they forgot the mute button when they talked about how to get the custody back for their children....But....Had a few customer placing orders that we went up and picked up and the come out with the orders, put it in our car because we are not allowed due to covid restrictions they have.They said thats it and we left.Now we see that 90% of one of the orders is missing and its sheet metal pieces so you see it pretty well.I called them back and told them and they said that we got everything we should have gotten.When I say that I have a video from them loading it in the car they simply said OH OK! We will call you back and make sure we get this right.Well the manager called me back and simply said, its nothing we can do, and I explained that I have a video from when we got there to when we left that shows everything but she just refused to replace the parts we never got or give the money back.Understand the 2 star review on Google now...after doing buissnes for years and get this service? No thank you we take it somewhere else.Picture from the video and some of the other order.

Bad my experience was terrible this people is not professional at all! I order parts from this company and take me longer to pick up and they sale the parts. I drive 1 1/2 hour to pick up 2 windshield washer caps. Very unresponsable. Dont waist your time do not order from this company it is not worst.

Do not purchase from this company. Customer service is non-existent. Does not respond to emails, hours on hold, no resolve on incorrect item shipped. Worst company I have every dealt with on customer service level. Never again! Having to file dispute with CC company.

The absolute worst company to deal with. ZERO customer service. If you call hold times are 30 to 40 minutes. If you email it takes you 3 to 4 days to get a response if you get one at all. Never again will I order another part from these people. Shameful.

Would not recommend this company. Customer service is an absolute joke! They will not answer phone calls and require you to email questions. You receive an response saying that it can take up to 5 days to respond!!!

Extremely poor customer service. I called to place an order and the gentleman added the wrong part to my order. I called three times and wrote emails asking for the order to be cancelled. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK OR RESPONDED TO THE EMAILS! An order arrived that did not solve my problem as it did not have what I needed.

I made my first purchase from Ecklers for a variety of front end parts and Im happy with my experience. They shipped what was in stock and kept me updated on what would be delayed. All the parts seem to be of great quality and I will definitely be ordering more parts as the restoration of my 83 Chevy truck continues

Placed an order on 9/7. item was in stock. 2 weeks later the item is still in processing. Ive sent 4 emails and called everyday for a week. I cannot get anyone to answer or respond. I just canceled my order today and will never do business with this company again.

The WORST customer service. You cant get anyone on the phone with in 30+ minutes. If you pay through pay pal and cancel you order, make sure they VOID your order otherwise your money will sit in pay pal jail up to 29 days. Also, they never have anything in stock. You place an order - then a few days later just to find out they are out of stock without an ETA or ready a month or so out. Ive made returns before and they take FOREVER. Use Chevy of the 40s and Ebay for parts. Never again will I ever order from Ecklers.

This is for ordering and shipping (not placement yet).. so I ordered on Sunday and received today (Wednesday) so all these reviews of bad ship time im not sure but maybe it was in there end .. cause the stuff I ordered for a 50yr old truck came fast and Im satisfied (as of now pre fitment)

Placed an order on January 26, 2021, for a power steering gear box and bracket It was listed as in stock at the time I placed the order. I received the bracket, but the steering gear box was back ordered, first till February and then changed to July. I cancelled the ordered for the steering gear box and was told that I would receive a shipping label to return the bracket for which I had been charged $62.86 for shipping. I never received the return shipping label and was later told that I had to pay the shipping to return the bracket. I would advise not to order from this company.

The workmanship of quite a few parts Ive purchased is laughable. Customer service phone hold time is usually well over 30 minutes. If you are looking to actually speak to someone over the phone without a wait, option 1 for sales, in which they will pick up right away...funny how that works.

This company has horrible customer service. I placed an order or thought I did and never received confirmation, no charge, nothing. It never showed up in my account I created so about a week later I looked again, nothing, no charges..checked even my Dads credit cards thinking I used his..nothing so we placed the order again. This time I did get confirmation and it showed up in my account. A few weeks later I email because no updates..its on backorder. Well I receive it yesterday finally, except they send 2. I let them know so they can send me a shipping label, they refuse so I show them screenshots of where it says I placed the order for one, and they then tell me I have 2 accounts plus a guest account..so why do I only have confirmation for one account and one order. Anyway I am done arguing when this could have been easily solved with them paying shipping back for the item they sent incorrectly..I am now turning it over to my card to handle. I would gladly admit my mistake and send back if it had been my fault but it is not my fault their website is bad and that they have bad customer support. Even if I had know the first order existed which how could I, I didnt even ever receive confirmation or even an email telling me the first order was on backorder..thats horrible.

I believe their customer service is taught too RIP people off, lie to customers, cheat the customers, on every level, refund good luck, I spent my hard earn money $2186.00 on an interior package because their web site said it was in stock, guess what nothing is in stock they are a distributor not a supplier, this is what we call (deceptive trade practices ) its a legal term . This is the type of company nobody should ever trade with. I ordered the interior package over a yr ago, now I just want my money back. They told me 7 to 10days, its been 30, and no refund, its time to take legal action.... they told me they have to wait for the interior supplier to refund my money, I didnt buy in from them I bought it from ecklers,

WORST PLACE TO ORDER PARTS FROM!!!!! WOULD GIVE -100 STARSPlaced an order Nov/2020. Called in mid Dec/2020 to realize that items that they said were in stock arent going to be shipped out till back ordered items were ready till end of Jan/2021. (Which they never mention at all during the ordering process) Had them cancel back ordered items and create separate order, and obviously they NEVER made a new order. Phoned in end of January to find out. Created a new order with Desteena was told ETA 4 weeks. Called in today Feb/4/2021 to be told by Holly will be end of March/2021. Then supervisor Amanda starts getting rude when confronted, starts saying ETA is just a guess.GARBAGE OPERATION.!!!

I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. I ordered two parts listed as in stock and after two weeks I received nothing. After waiting for 45 minutes on customer service I was told my parts would take another month because they weren’t in stock. I canceled and after almost a week no refund! Very poor experience for a first time buyer. Purchased about $1,000 worth of items. Of that order I paid $330 for seat cover replacements and the quality was terrible! After installing 3 of the 4 pieces I noticed the 4 piece was not even close. I was told it was my fault because I did not inspect it first. WELL how are you supposed to tell how some things fit until you go to install it! Customer service not much help. I waited 20 minutes and got disconnected, then 45 minutes. But their Sales department will pick right up! Take care of the new customers because the old ones are not returning!!

My new catalog says T/L assemblies are $227 order associate tried to charge me $279 I got them at Danchuk for $269 youve lost me as a customer because of that and your ridiculous shipping costs. Dont send me another catalog theyll go straight to the trash

I had missing parts She said buy again I’m not giving you free parts! I did not ask for free parts I asked for a replacement I would have even paid half to get complete parts was not even expensive! Very un professional No integrity! I even had a large new order to bad! If I could give a 0 star review I would...I ordered an exhaust kit, they said short delay, I call in to ask, said it would be a month, canceled the order, still no money sent back...strike 1 -I then ordered part from Jeggs had it in 3 days no shipping, over 100.00 cheaper...Tune up kit...They sent wrong parts for the vehicle year, and also said it would be OE equipment, sent me Chinese made junk...strike 2-Multiple charges on the credit card, extra 18.00 for unknown, I am guessing shipping...Its not like they were not charging enough in shipping already. Strike 3...Trying to call to return order. 2 days no answer...Strike 4-Do yourself a favor, do not order parts for your Vette here...This company needs a lesson in customer service...

Ecklers was great before the Covid pandemic.Showroom/parts counter closed for months now.. Website says open but they are not. Open, yes for phone or online orders. They do offer curbside pickup. If you call you may wait a long time if you dont give up.

I ordered a Chevelle part August 25th, recieved the wrong part 3 weeks latter. Called them, a week latter they sent me a return label, 3 weeks latter still havent got a part or heard from them. Called again, waited on hold over 45 minutes, they said that they dont have the correct part & would issue a credit for everything but shipping. Ive waited over a month for a part with no call, or communication from them @ all! On top of that its there mistake and wont credit me the shipping! I run a professional auto repair shop, both myself & my customers deserve better vendors than this! Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and absolutely no technical knowledge what so ever.

Ordered a radio that was supposed to be in stock 2.5 months ago no emails or updates have called numerous times no answer from human put on hold and I waited over 30 minutes one of the times finally hung up... sent emails no contact and they still have my money even though I tried to cancel order...will never order from them and will tell every body they should think twice before dealing with them.

I have dealelt with numerous automotive supply stores online for years. I was told about Ecklers and decided to give them a try. Ordered a passenger door vent window for my GMC. Stated would recieve with 5 days. After 2 weeks still had not recieved so called to inquire. It had not been shipped for supplier. I was not informed that it had to come from supplier. Ask for a refund and cancellation of order. Order was cancelled and was informed a refund would be deposited in my bank account within 5-7 business days. Have inquired 3 other times on refund and as of 2 months later, have not recieved. I would not recommend this business for anything, including a wheel borrow tire. TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

First of all they shipped me the wrong custom window kit which was not discovered until the window tech modified my 1972 Classic to accommodate the new one piece glass only to find out they shipped me the kit for a 1955 Chevy. Once I contacted Ecklers, they never apologized for the mistake or the fact that I lost $300.00 on the window tech, but provided a Fed Ex return label for me to return the wrong kit. They promised to ship out the correct kit once the wrong one was in the receipt of Fed Ex. I shipped it back only to find out the correct one was on indefinite back-order. I told them to just refund my money and I have been calling them everyday to get my money back and every time I do, I get the runaround about why they cannot process my refund because they tried to put in an order for the kit they claimed was on indefinite back order. What a mess. Still waiting for my money.

This is my second order. First order went smoothly. I just recently ordered 2 leaf springs and 2 front coil springs for my 56 Chevy Bel Air. I ordered online through their website and noticed the shipping charges seemed high. I processed the order anyways since it was a one day sale and it was almost midnight. I knew customer service was closed. After researching on Ebay I found the exact same parts with a slightly higher price but free shipping. I would have saved $91 on my order since I was charged $190 for just shipping 2 parts. I called Ecklers to state my case about the shipping charges and they were rude. I stated to them their online shipping calculator is not correct and if they would match thsir own eBay total price. The female supervisor had the audacity to ask me why did I place an order online if I thought the shipping costs were high. She said they dont match their own prices. Bottom line is dont expect good customer service after the sale.UPDATE: I got a call from Kelly Bell - Process Improvement Coordinator and she rectified the issue. She was kind and offered a refund for the oversize charges and shipping of the leaf springs.

I signed up for a membership in January 2020 and as of this date have not received anything from Ecklers Chevy . I called twice and the people are clueless and dont care . Ecklers has no problem taking your money . I would hate to order any parts from this company . I asked to cancel and refund my money and they are what ever your money will be refunded . A good company would try and make things right with a customer so my advice buy your classic parts elsewhere .

Not sure what the others are smoking. This company is by far THE BEST! Dont take some grumpy peoples trashy reviews into account when looking for quality parts. They cant even put why they gave those reviews. Probably because they are terribly mechanically inclined an ruined their own parts. Or just couldnt get ..... to save their life. Who knows. But ill tell ya from personal experience that from the minute i walked in i was welcomed by a lady at the front whos name I cant recall, sorry. But she helped in making sure that my order was on point. The counter tech Adam Zampanardo was the absolute best person for the job. He told me congrats on buying my dream car. Asked me more questions than i knew an accordingly got me the kits needed an showed me how to save while building a monster. An not always going to take my last dollar. Lol, as a project can. Ive lost a lot of hard earned dollars before on a cadillac build before an he helped ensure that this would be way easier to actually do. He basically told me that eating an elephant is one bite at a time to finish. He also insured that i was getting the best parts for my budget. I started with a shell an rust bucket to a daily driver in no time! Well a few months ha! There are youtube videos as well for technical support as well as a 1800 number for further support. Unless you forget righty tighty lefty loosey. Or cross thread something they are meticulously made an sought after products. From frame off restoration to quick fixes. I now live across America in Arizona an have no problem ordering with confidence. I know shipping is more to get out here. BUT ITS WORTH THE PRICE AN WAIT.I also had a issue with fitting of a part turns out i ordered it wrong an Adam Z helped me get back on track. I never thought a parts company could be so friendly an efficient. Dont let the other reviews affect your decision. Or it may be good to keep the riff raff from acquiring the BEST.
