There are no more frequent customer discounts. The staff is great. Nice to have some different options than other stores. Would be nice to get a little savings here and there instead of constantly being told that the savings are online and not inhouse.

Not only is this my favorite parts store chain, but this store in particular is awesome! The guys who are always kind and understanding. Extremely helpful and nowhere near as judgy as some people in other auto parts stores. These guys have never let me down even if they couldnt help me they have referred me to other people that may be able to. and if you ever make a big purchase I highly recommend signing up for the rewards program. Its a great way to get coupons and save on the little things.

I pulled my headlight bulb. Was greeted when I walked in the store and took the headlamp to the register. The Gregg L. was behind the counter went and got the bulb for me. Gregg L. was not all smiles but he helped me without complaint. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Thanks to Gregg.

Manager Stacy is exceptional! I was having battery issues and she was able to test my battery and tell me it needed replaced. She informed me that my battery was under warranty and she would be able to help me install a new one! I had my 3 year old daughter and this Florida summer heat is no joke. She was very quick and professional. Within 10 minutes I was walking back out the door a very satisfied customer! This world needs more hard working people like her in this world!

Dont know the elder gentlemans name or the other two younger guys names, but the 3 of them were incredibly helpful when our car stalled and started emitting gas from the back while en route to Kennedy Space Center from Orlando. They immediately took a look at our car with their diagnostic tools, and when they determined they couldnt resolve the issue, they advised us to head down the road to a manufacturer auto repair shop that would be able to help. They did not try to charge us for attempting to repair it themselves, once they determined they couldnt resolve it. Really genuine guys, who gave their all and honest opinion and advice. Highly recommend if you run into issues in this area!

Thought I needed a new battery so I stopped by. After a quick test the answer was a new battery. Paid for and installed all in one stop. Picked up a sun shade too!! Nice staff.

This is a good store. Very helpful people, and they give a very nice military discount! Very easy to find, and easy to get in and out of the parking lot. I even had someone come out and install new headlight bulbs and loaned me the tools to fix another part on my car. I will be going back to them.

The young lady working there gave me good advice on how to put new fluid in my air conditioner I got it right works fine.

Went into the 820 Cheney Highway location this morning as our 2014 Nissan Altima wouldnt turn over and needed a jump to get started this morning. After jumping my car we drove to Advance and Stacey greeted us at the counter. I explained the situation and she tested our battery, alternator, and starter and showed us our battery wasnt getting a full charge. I purchased a new battery and she changed it for us on site. She was very pleasant even in the extreme heat conditions were experiencing now. Thank you Stacey for all your help today, you deserve a raise!!

After having a horrible experience at AutoZone, I went to Advance Auto Parts. I was immediately welcomed by Dawson. I asked him to help me find several items which he did without fail. I also asked him if there was a way to find the torque specifications for a wheel bearing hub assembly. After doing a quick search online and not having any success, he switched gears (no pun intended) and called the Chevrolet dealership. He waited on hold until a service rep answered. He was able to get the information needed. These guys are true professionals and I appreciate their time. Thanks again Dawson! Ill be coming back because of you and the service you provided without hesitation.

No one at the counter for 30 minutes after I walked in. People were already waiting when I got there. Though what I was looking for was in stock. Clean and orderly.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rented a tool yesterday to compress the Pistons on the rear brakes. It actually didnt cost anything...received full deposit after returning the tool.

Ok so I understand its just a parts store, however let me begin with this...my family has always trusted advance auto parts. If I get a code I can usually roll on up and get a somewhat knowledgeable answer, the guys will always offer help to find what the code means and ofcourse try to sell me the parts! Lol silly I know...but tonight I couldnt believe how terrible we were treated by this guy. I get it your ready to close but guess what my family wants to make it home too! So Greg...thanks for doing the bare minimum. Glad we are resourceful people who Googled it as he suggested. And we have a mechanic friend who left his home to help us since Greg wouldnt. Im disgusted. By the way I will continue to shop Advance Auto Parts in Orlando. They go the extra mile...think Ill go review them next.
